Opulent bar for cocktails in a serene environment, with a designer interior by Swarovski and Fendi.
Great English cafe. You can take away or sir down and order. The English breakfast is great and of high quality. The staff is friendly. Very easy to find. They have a wide menu where you are sure to find something for you. I can highly recommend.
lovely bar but when will you reopen
Great food and cocktails. Attentive and friendly service. Hope they reopen again.
This polo burger is the single greatest burger I have ever tasted! Medium well, blue cheese, mustard, tomato chutney, bacon and pickles! The taste was explosive! The service was good too, servers coming to pour our wine as we sat in a beautiful bar with a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for looking after us.
Excellent service. Food delicious
Decent hotel lobby bar in a very convenient location.
Nice quiet place to rest legs after walking round London. Excellent service
Visited here for pre drinks for our Christmas work party and the decor was amazing and staff were attentive and friendly.
Great service but a little pretencious
Impressively furnished and well configured bar - good for informal meetings etc
If youre after something different for a cocktail, highly recommend. A little expensive but worth it. Very friendly service too.
Good Service, Food and Drinks
Quiet place for a nice tea/coffee
Went early afternoon for coffee and cake. They did not seem to have a selection so i decided to go just for coffee. The waitress was very nice and got me some chocolate and small pieces of cake .Much appreciated.Nice atmosphere
Great coffee.
Great atmosphere food was nice too
A lovely place for a cosy, quiet catch up over a few nice drinks. We enjoyed glasses of champagne and the nibbles were a welcomed touch. Good service too.
Very skillful bartenders. Pricey
New menu too much of Asian twist and , have been back few times some dishes not available due supply issues.Staff seemed under pressure with new menus and looked as if were not given enough of briefing when introducing new concept. Also too many staff chatting at bar station and not keeping an eye on seated guests spending too much time socialising amongst each other .Not near as effective or efficient as when Mr Elias Yiallouris was heading up the bars operation. Need for drastic improvement on front of house floor operation amongst team. Good and proactive staff covering for weak and the new and the inexperienced.Bar manager could be more proactive especially in checking on tables in up close and personal way. Too distant to notice when table supplies of snacks could be topped up.Experienced female waiting staff doing a much better and efficient job.
Makes the best cocktails in London if not in Europe... I drink whiskeysour ... I have not had a better one ...
One of the best hotel bar in Mayfair. They make great negroni!!!
Its very nice bar. Good service and quiet place, so good for people to have a relaxing time or just to have a drink and eat nibbles!!
Revisit, rewrite... This is still the best cocktail bar in town. Other places may be more exotic, more in-crowd, more anything... Polo bar does what it says on the label, fabulous cocktails, prebook a table, good service, not stupid pricing. If you are wanting cocktails rather than trendy social-media get together, this is unbeatable. Deserves applause.
Good service. Nice ambience. very chilled bar to go to wind down. Nice selection of wine
Very good quality food and service
Very nice place and attentive staff. Coming here on a regular basis for meetings
I often find myself here while accompanying my clients to business meetings. It has a very warm, comfortable feel to it, whilst remaining classy. A quiet Art Deco haven, away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby shopping streets. The cocktail menu is excellent and the expertise of the bar staff ensure that the drinks look as good as they taste. Would certainly recommend
The Polo Bar at the Westbury is my favourite cocktail bar in London. It keeps the original Art Deco look and feel and serves all the classics as well as their own house specialities. Snacks are also good and there is excellent sushi that is prepared by the in house sushi restaurant. Only shame is they’ve done away with the small ‘sampler’ cocktails which enabled you to have a taste of everyone’s drinks without having to dive into their cocktail
Great cocktails to be had here but pricey.
Very pleasant environment plus good service and food having regards to its Mayfair location
Excellent cocktails lovely lounge feeling
Beautiful, Good, drink and service. Love
Excellent service. Nice atmosphere- calm in the centre of LondonHad a range of cocktails-some had interesting ingredients- not sure they blended well but the mixologist was more than happy to change them when requested. Would certainly go back.
Very kind and knowledgeable staff, the manager, Fabio, made our day!
Best place for champagne. Relaxed atmosphere. Loved the cocktail de la Louisiane.
Beautiful setting for business meeting, bar staff a bit snooty but I guess its the place. Concierge very helpful.
Great classy bar in the Westbury Mayfair hotel with friendly attentive service.
Best customer service and they will make any drink or food you want (if you ask nicely and tip well)
AlhamdulillahI pray Zuhar today6 cars Parking spaceMaashaAllah
Lovely bar with good service at an excellent hotel
My fav. London bar. Best people. Always great quality.
Pleasant high-end bar, good service, good cocktails. A bit expensive.
Drinks were good. Feel like its getting a little tired though
Great for quiet meetings, something to eat or a coffee/tea. Lovely little sweet treats served with tea
Beautiful deco bar with a great drink selection and fantastic service.
Very nice decor. Good for meetings if you are looking to impress. Bit on the expensive side £8 for a bottle of peroni. Staff could be more polite.
Remarkable evening.. Was sitting and served by Poetin... Even better looking 😊😊😊
Great bar, great service, great atmosphere. Well worth a visit.
Good place in the evenings. Friendly staff that are happy to help.
Nipped in for a quick drink whilst waiting for friends on a Saturday afternoon. The place was quiet and atmosphere relaxed with a bit of edge from the art tastefully placed around the bar.The drinks menu was extensive and the cocktails looked great! Good selection of wine by the glass as well. Pricey but probably average for the area. Two glasses of wine came to GBP30.However, the attitude from the palpably hostile staff was amazing. In the end, it became amusing and made our visit memorable. So memorable, we cancelled the service charge.
