Great value and tasting food for the price. Pollo Tropical is easy to find and the food offered is usually very good.The wraps are a winner when they are in stock.The grilled chicken is also a winner.The juice is 50/50 and the Sorrel is a champion.Cons: Having visited this outlet frequently I recent had a staff refuse to give me one of their onion dips. This was ludicrous and after objecting she instructed the worker to give it and he did. This really should never be especially over onion dips.
