Was really unhappy with my stay there. Wifi connection didnt work 96% of the time, amongst other observations. All i will advise is pay as each day goes cos their refund policy is not customer friendly.... What a shame!

I love this place is very comforting to any one whats to be hosted by them there able to provide anything for there guest one thing theyre not after money so does mean when you ask for some services isnt every service should be payed some they do for free.

Looks good from the outside but was poorly organised. Our room didnt have musquito protection, towels looked bad and we were first checked in into a room that was already taken. For the prices they charge that is not acceptable.

My power bank went missing in my room. Report it to the management and they offered to replace it, so as agreed i went to town looking for a power bank similar to mine for 2hours. Went back to the hotel with the seller only to find no one there (managementand they were not picking up my calls. I waited for 3 hours before I decided to leave. Passed by the police station and reported it but I unfortunately I couldn’t follow it up next day cause I had to be in Moshi and I was traveling to Dar-es-salaam next day. Long story short, they are all thefts and dishonest people. DONT STAY THERE

We did not have a good stay here... Although the staff were nice, their English was very mediocre. We had a problem with the shower in the room (shower head splashed water everywhere, and no hot water), but the staff didnt seem to want to deal with it.Food was OK, but not a lot of choice, especially if youre vegetarian/vegan like us. Wifi was too slow to even use WhatsApp.

TERRIBLE experience; the manager Rehema has a rotten attitude and lacks professionalism, no hot water in the morning and the option is showering from a bucket, the breakfast needs major improvement, bad customer service and the Wi-Fi connection is not good

I RATE SINGLE STAR I could rate this place nothing just because it seems that the security management has some problems needs to be amended.I said that because I mean when someone seems to be of causing a problem then the security guys must handle him or her the professional way not just throwing someone out without caring if you can harm him or her anyhow despite of knowing the behaviour of someone when they get drunk.I dont know if the owner can read this but honestly thanks to disrespectful security guys that I was lucky only my foot toe and right hand shoulder get harmed and I cannot even walk properly.In terms of service - I dont doubt you guys have a good place and services.

Some how good. The only mistake is when there is any musician the entrance fees goes higher. They forget about their daily customers who goes there even the days that they dont host special events.

Usually this place is most likely by Local people and not foreigners but they have good service and rooms too being there like 7 ago,am not sure if they just improve there services or they still offer the same services.

Affordable accommodations. Rooms and building were a bit old but okay. Hotel was hidden somewhat behind some building under construction and I didnt end up staying since they could not take a card payment at the time (only accepted cash). Only stairs, no elevator.

The fuzz is a beautiful place especially I liked the setting from the outside spot but both of the djs hve no taste in music people look for good music and that is a service you guys failed to deliver and that puts you in a position to miss opportunities of becoming one of the greatest club in Arusha....also there should be a minimum number of people coming in alot of people makes the place more disorganized ....

A very very cool place to stay and hang and have fun, live band, food, soccer but, car park is very very congested and its like we are out of empty spaces in our country. Sometimes I dont go there once I remember I may not find a good space for my car.

Pro: quite cheap. Cons: everything is broken. Every curtain rail, every door handle, every fitting. Paid for an executive triple room received a single room, with a cold shower. One towel, no bath mat. Water pools on the floor of the bathroom. Food takes an hour, is not what you ordered, and is pretty much inedible. No TV remote, no heating ( gets cold here at night ). Internet works about 10% of the time. Staff have nothing to do so will come into the dining room and put on the Swahili news and stand around chatting while you eat. Cleaning staff enter your room without warning. At checkout time they cannot accept credit cards and have no change (they dont have a till). If you are expecting a hotel you will be disappointed, if you want a private room at backpacker prices, or you have been homeless for a while, it will probably seem OK.
