The best RV park in Tillamook County
The name says it all.. Loved our stay there. Thank you 😊
Mom share a driveway, nice people quit place to stay. Close to Pacific city
The cleanest and most attractive RV park I have ever been to.
Were full time RVers and this park is on the less welcoming side in regards to the residents. We have stayed here twice, but will most likely not be returning. Seeing Confederate flags displayed is very unappealing. Also, there were several times during walks when residents would just stare at us and when we said hello or waved they either quickly averted their eyes, or worse, just kept staring without a response. I have to mention that there was a very nice couple at a site on the end near the playground. They saw our 5 year old and stopped us to recommend taking him to Munson Creek Falls. That positive engagement was certainly appreciated in contrast to the others. The other downside to the park is how tight the sites are.I wish the atmosphere was a little more pleasant because I think the park is very beautiful. There is a playground for the little ones, rabbits running around (my son loves seeing them), large grassy field, and access to a creek to play in. The office lady was always polite when I went in to pay, and the park is also close to Tillamook for explorations.
Quite, clean park, pull through spaces. A little wet for weight of DP.
We made arrangements for staying here over the phone so did not meet the park managers face to face. The woman I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and hooking up to a spot was easy. The spaces are pull-through and flat, with power and water hookups. Highway 101 is about a block away from our space and not bothersome. We’re so glad we found this park.
Very rude customer service/front desk
The park is older and it seems a lot of people live there full time in older trailers, some not kept up with very well. The facilities are showing their age, and the sites are pretty close together. Our neighbor was pretty rude and they walked their dog without a leash and didn’t pick up after it. This was an issue because we were walking our dogs on their leash and the neighbors dog ran up on our pit mix and nearly cause a huge problem. We would stay again in a pinch but will look for a different park on our next visit.
Well this certainly isnt "the nicest RV park on the Oregon Coast" like the business claims. Let me list why...The pads are very close together, and ours was not level at all, and they were covered in sharp shale rocks which isnt great for tires or for dropping stabilizer jacks. They claim there is wifi available (which was a dealbreaker for us because there was zero cell servicebut their signal SUCKS and the time I had it (only about 10% of our stayit was VERY slow, even when I had to inconveniently walk to the office area where the router was. They are dog friendly in terms of their gated doggy run but dog owners beware that there are loose pet cats running around all over and also feral domesticated rabbits EVERYWHERE. My dog that has a strong prey drive was driven insane just going right outside our camper to pee. It was a huge nuisance and very unenjoyable. We were happy about having washers and dryers on site but the first one we spent 1.75 on to use didnt have any heat and wasted 2 hours of our time, and 1.75 since the office was closed and wasnt available to give a refund. The supposedly spotless private restrooms were out of order. This wasnt a huge deal but was definitely another annoyance, we had to listen to the groundskeeper running an antique steam roller all over and it was loud and smokey.Lastly, three sherriffs showed up for a problem tenant, probably one of the many permanent residents. We feel like we way over paid for this subpar experience, and I honestly would never recommend it.
Ok RV park. Sites are of decent length the width is a bit tight, about 20 feet pole to pole. Sites are level with gravel and grass. Easy in and out.Reasonable clean and well kept.Solid ac and water. Sewer hookup available. The utilities are well placed on the sites. Two three bars with Verizon. The best WiFi I have had at any park this year.I would go back again.
Fantastic hospitality. Great spaces for big rigs, full hookups, 50 amps. We will be back.
This place has been my go to in the area for years now and I thought Id write a review. I stay in their cabin and it is always clean and comfortable. The tv is really a nice thing as is the fridge. I am always refreshed here after a few nights of tent camping. I also always use the laundry. The facilities are clean and perfect. Thanks for always being there for me on my cross country trips.
Cute hidden place. Great staff. Beautiful little place. Will definitely come back.
Friendly clean long term and overnight
I always like to post something positive.....the front desk lady was nice, the grounds were attractive once you went out to the perimeter. Laundry was fine. The sites are on top of each other and most here are full timers. Unfortunately, the bathroom was filthy......hair all over the floor. The grounds keeper was mowing at 530pm and couldnt do our grass area. He did it the next day while we were gone and there were grass clippings in all our belongings that were outside. We would have moved our things had we been asked. Also the bunnies and large amount of stray cats was cute, but if you have a dog, it may be a bit distracting.
It was nice and quiet. A good place to stay.
We are having an excellent stay here. Arrived 10 days ago, we hope to stay another two months. Very peaceful and quiet, the staff here works hard to keep the place nice. Shelly in the office is efficient and easy to work with. Great dog run and playground. Excellent laundry facility. Park is located near town and the ocean. Great WiFi. Lots of trees and grass. Couldnt be nicer.
Very nice setting and friendly people
It was OK. The bunnies were cute.
I loved it beautiful, quiet, adore the wild bunnies.
Clean and residents seem to be good people
Great place to stay. Bathrooms and showers were clean. And the bunnies were fun to watch.
Nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly! Park is kid friendly as well. Just outside the town of Tillamook. Lots of hiking to do in the surrounding area. Would stay there again if back in area.
Great place. Love staying here. All the bunnies are fun
Very dangerous holes in the grass along side your rig.
We have been staying at Pleasant Valley for many years. Our first time was about 1995 I believeIts a nice quite park with everything you could want,Especially now that they have the dog run.Not to far from the beaches and Tillamook ice creamalso close to bowling if your into that which we are.W. Hays
One of the nicest rv parks in Tillamook county
Very quiet place and lots and lots of bunny rabbits running free. easy to get in and out of with a trailer and space to around.
Was a nice place untill Covid-19. Now were paying for a pool, gym, playground and store, that we cant use. Paying an extra $500 over others asking price. No deduction for the amenities being shut down. We will be leaving soon.If the amenities are shut down the price should be reduced. *No relief relief for Covid 19 pandemic. They do not care about the people here just their profit. Lastly, it would seem they have stopped cleaning the bathrooms everynight. Hair all over the walls. Same black hair for 3days. Gross.
No store, cutting down the trees. Cable is very slow. No service for phone.
We had a peaceful stay the months of October & November. They kept up the restrooms, laundry and the park dayly. We really enjoyed the bunnies..we started feeding them some bread, sliced apples and carrots, soon we had forty showing up for dinner at 10pm.We went through a tarentual rain storm (hawian expressand couldnt believe how well the parks drainage system worked. And all of the tree branches were picked up just as soon as it was over.We were very impressed.Kerry and louise
Rent big cabin everytime we go crabing, people are friendly comfortable and resonable prices. Cute bunnys running around the park.. You need to bring your own bedding. Pets are welcome..
We loved our stay here. Beautiful grounds. Very nice folks.
Nice place to stay .
The owner is down to earth. The bunnies are wonderful. Bathrooms very tidy.
Great place lots of wild bunnies
Love love love Pleasant Valley RV Park. This is our third long term stay at this park. We love the grounds from the grassy areas to the beautiful trees and the creek in the back. Lots of birds. The grounds, the restrooms and laundry room are all immaculate. Love the goats and alpacas in the petting zoo area. And of course the rabbits. The wifi works perfectly as well as the cable tv. The electric service is great. I mention this because in the past ten years of full time RVing we have run across many parks with sub standard electric service. The location is great too. Close to beaches, hiking trails, Tillamook Cheese, Tillamook Air Museum and only an hour north or south to other major coastal towns. Beautiful area. Lastly the owners and the staff are amazing. Nice place to spend some time and relax. Just leave a spot for us next summer!
Excellent RV resort.
We are traveling in OR. My toddler, 3, had to use the bathroom. She had held it from Newport OR when we saw an rv park. Normally they are friendly (I was looking for a state park sign or anything). This one is not friendly. Coming out of the bath room, I got read the riot act because we stopped there to use the potty for my 3year old who was crying. I have never been denied a bathroom for my child before. We will never be staying here nor recommend it to anyone because of the rude response I received!
We have stayed here quite a number of times and is a great place to stop, park your trailer and do activities in the area.
Nice rent deluxe cabin for hunting season
Clean. Friendly peoe. Showers were clean with plenty of hot water. Really emkoyef watching the rabbits. Would go there again.
Great camp spot
Very clean. Lots of trees. Loved the club house. Treated our chapter great!
Quiet and beautiful,lots of bunnies
My mom and I had reservations to stay in their cabins. My mom arrived a few days before we did and on the second day she had bites and discovered bed bugs in her cabin. We cancelled our reservation because of this. When my mom spoke to the owner and manager they didnt care. They did say they would do an investigation but were extremely rude. My mom cancelled her remaining stay and asked for a refund. They didnt charge her for the night she didnt stay and when she asked for a refund or some kind of compensation for the 2 nights she did stay, she was told shes lucky shes not getting charged for the cancelled night. I understand theres a risk of bed bugs no matter where you stay but the terrible attitude, rudeness, lack of understanding and apology and refusal of any compensation or doing anything to make it right are what I have issues with. My mom had to find a new place to stay, bag up all her possessions and go to the laundry mat and go to the doctor to confirm they are in fact bed bug bites. She is out quite a bit of money due to this and I will never recommend anyone stay there.
.Beautiful park! Love all the critters to walk around and see
