It has been a terrible decision enter into an expansion Project and refurbishment of the whole place without proper signaling or a deeper communication strategy to allow customers know what is really going on with this shopping classic. This is trouble, communication between parking is a mess. We were allowed to watch a video of Project and little more. Lots of new top notch restaurants have been opened at the court garden and expansion of Palacio Satelite have come and the roof garden is now the face of a whole new facility. New Park in the old parking area is a marvel and a delight just be aware of the strong winds that run over. Next year a new third floor expansion is coming for Palacio De Hierro so this mess still continues...

Dont get me wrong, the place is very good, it has an outdoor park at the top, and overall a great mall. However, they just recently became pet friendly...for one month. Who becomes pet friendly for just one month? They even implemented rules, a system to register your dog and made a "dog festival" with several events for dogs. For. One. Month...This mall would deserve 5 starts if they became pet friendly, always! They have already proven that its possible and, to be honest, it was quite a hit. I just cannot fathom why they decided to do it for just one month and after going through so much.

It is a great place to chill, eat and have fun but a little bit expensive 🙂

This mall is great and has been renewed.. the only problem are the elevators: insufficient for the amount of people and confusing because the names of the levels are not quite fast to understand.

Recent refurbished with nice architecture and very big place, restaurants are nice and the other area for fast food is large enough to help all customers

Its very nice. The architecture and its features are amazing and beautiful. Its full of wonders for people of all ages. Its got expensive and less expensive items, but it isnt really cheap. The most affordable shops in it may be Cuidado con el Perro, Bershka.It has some restaurants, like Hooters, Chillis, P.F. Changs. It also has a big food court with multiple options: pizza, sushi, Chinese food, salads... Aside, there are many coffee or ice cream shops, and the restaurants of big shops (Liverpool and Sanborns). I think the mall offers activities some special days, like zumba or yoga classes.I only give it four stars because it gets cold in winter, since it is very ventilated. But everything else is very cool.

With the new extension to the mall the place has really gotten a fresh new look. The big open spaces make the experience even in times of pandemic really enjoyable.Almost every imaginable store is available, there are many parking possibilities, restaurants of all kinds are available and a cinema is also present.

Great mall plenty of high quality shops and a big food court. Nice cinema with imax and vip. Airy and lots of plants.

They have a lot of great shops but the reason they only get 3 out of 5 stars is because in some areas, there is a smell of sewer and there are some areas that still need to be build upon. They try to hide the construction site

Plaza Satélite looks pretty cool with the recent restyling and some areas renewal, it keeps growing with the addition of new areas that improves the retails offer, and if it was large, now is nearly huge and fancier. Now you can find from high end department stores, gourmet food to home supplies stores, cinemas and EVEN A PARK on the second floor.

Beautiful shopping mall. Gorgeous open air center. Good to just widown shop or walk around.

I hadnt been to that mall since they started the refurbishing and I have to say that I was really impressed, the place looks amazing. It seems like a different place but at the same time you can still recognize the old place it was. Really good job!!

Good place to visit. Many store options also restaurants and fast food option. It has a pet friendly zone too. Hope this help you.

Two crowded security is always following you and make you uncomfortable, all places ask forndidtance and desinfect when you come in, take temperature every store and at entrance ofnplace but then you see all empleoyes chating and no distance

The newly renovated plaza has a lot of new stores that were available only in other malls around the city, hopefully there will be new restaurant openings and options; the main problem I forsee is the weather, in winter it was very cold, the ceiling on the 3rd floor is completely open so the wind flows all over the place, hopefully in summer it will be quite fresh; rains could be also a problem, well see.

For many years this mall has been a greater one, a lot of stores boutiques, restaurants, atractions abd ebough parking lot with very accesible fares.

Iconic Mexican mall that has gone through many design updates. Literally a plethora of choices with regards to shops of all kinds, food court, banks and a cinema. Be aware, car park is not free. Nevertheless, Plaza Satélite is a comfortable place to shop and dine.

What a horribly designed mall. Don’t get me wrong, there stores are great as you can find virtually everything there, but the mall itself is far from friendly.1parking distribution, if you committed the mistake of parking in the main structure there’s nothing telling you where are the accesses to the mall. once you’ve parked you can virtually get lost just trying to access the mall.2user friendliness, so I’m in, great! now where is the store I want? Oh no maps, great. Oh wait where are the stairs!! if the stair that goes down one level is here then next to it should be the other that takes me down to the next level. Wait, the stair next to this one that goes down comes up? Then where are the next stair that goes down?!! So you mean you have to cross the whole mall to find the other stairs?? - in the end I had to walk the whole mall just to go down two levels, oh and because there are no maps I had to ask the people at the stores for the location of the store I wanted to go as the information booth was empty.

Parking lot is a mess, dark, dirty, still under construction after 4 years, the communications among the floors is complicate, the escalators distribution is terrible, its a fancy place now but no friendly at all. Conclusion, high investment refurbishing in a purchasing concept already old.

Parking lot is confusing, they are still remodeling many parts, not many restaurants, and it doesnt have a good distribution. Good things are ATMs from most banks, brands selection, and cheap parking fee

This shopping mall has nothing to ask for tegarding to organization, security, accessibility and customer service compared to any developed shopping mall in the world. Top destination for shopping and a good night of fun with friends!

This mall its really big with lots of different stores, from clothing to food and all kind of stuff for your home.... It also has a really big parking lot and has been recently renewed and expanded.Satélite its on of the best if not the best mall in this area of the city... I recommend it a 100% for any activity or shopping... You can literally spend the whole day in this mall.

Several areas are under remodeling and looks a little bit desolate, have prices according to this kind of mall, over rated, and people seems to go just for the movie theater. No much food places to chose. Buy the worst thing is that elevators, mechanical upstairs are so far that you have to go around the whole place to get up or down, plus there is signaling of exits. This seems to be not an big issue, but in case of an emergency to get out of the place will be complicated.

the modernization and expansion of the shopping center very slow, a real chaos the parking lots, there are sections where I feel like in London with the rails upside down, today I arrived 40 minutes late for an appointment, looking for a suitable place away from the world of dust that are the parking lots. very bad satellite plaza 👎 👎 👎 . Its one of the fanciest and more famous shopping centre on the metropolitan area of Mexico City. They have all kinds of stores, banks, restaurants, cafeterias and other services. Usually crowded on weekends. Prices are normal when compared with similar places. They have clean restrooms, big parking lot and wheelchair access.

Really a good shopping experience. The best make up shop is NYX cosmetics!I just wanted to have it closer because it’s a little bit far from downtown where I live but going there once in a while it’s more than ok.They also have a great vip cinema there.

This is a very nice shopping mall, with a large selection of different stores, very elegant and also they have a gourmet store plus a rstaurant area, very good selection on places to eat. This mall has 3 large ancher department stores. Enjoyed the shopping experience

Always a great place to take a walk while watching all the clothes, toys, furniture, electronics, food and the endless different products in the stores.It is always clean and has public bathrooms.It has been renovated and the food court is temporarily outside offering a lot of options but the Asian food dominates.

Very great place to go shopping. Many choices to choose from, good deals on shoes. Friendly people. You have to pay for parking but not expensive at all. Im visiting from U.S. and I highly recommend this place!

Older mall still full of good shops i have been here on many occasions

Have visited it since I was a child and it is still the same, only some shops have changed. Now with several more mall options this is no longer my first choice. However, the place itself is nice. Its recommended to visit during a weekend to go to the movies, have something to eat and buy some stuff. Not amazing but ok.
