Plaza Premium Lounge Transit Hotel New Delhi (International Arrivals, Terminal 3) in New Delhi

This is a great lounge available for various card holders including priority pass. Excellent selection of south and North Indian food including a dosa counter. Sometimes it tends to get crowded but it’s still worth a visit every time and a better option than waiting at the gates.

We waited for 40 min in the queue at terminal 2 Delhi airport . People were Randomly entering inside the queue in front and even after telling the guy on the desk that this particular person has not followed the queue, the person on the desk allowed him inside the Lounge .Secondly the size of the lounge is too small to accommodate hardly 20-25 people. There is no place to sit inside so we decide to go ahead with take away of our food. And when we asked for take away, they said that it can’t be done now . You have to inform in the counter when you entered inside the lounge. I mean are you serious? How would we know that there would be no place to sit inside. Lounges are supposed to be accommodate a decent number of large and that too at India’s busiest airport(Delhi). Other than this, the service was also not good and food was too bad. Please close this lounge

Pretty awful. We had access as BA Club class passengers. No seats available last night. We waited and grabbed two after about 10 minutes. Grim selection of food, long queue for drinks. Clean loos though and seats comfy. Flight information board was faulty. Overall, almost dismal but not quite. We saw better places in the main concourse later which would have been nicer frankly.

After two weeks of fantastic Indian food, this was by far the worst food of our trip – everything tasted cheap and bland. There wasnt much more than plain white rice, a couple of tasteless curries, and a cold pasta dish. There was no bread (naan/roti/paranthaor anything that would have raised the bar to even a mediocre level.Drink selection was terrible – the bartender said they only have whiskey, kingfisher lager, and vodka. Im aware theres an alcohol shortage in Delhi right now, but none of the many restaurants we visited were anywhere near this sparsely stocked. The least they could have done was offer a menu to show which cocktails or mixed drinks they could make with what they had available.Atmosphere was crowded and noisy, unlike other lounges that are designed to feel quiet and calm even when all seats are filled.I would skip this lounge and go to a restaurant in the airport instead.

It doesnt meet our expectations. There were less food options and management was also not good. We have to struggle a lot to get required things like plates and spoons.I hope they will take this feedbackpositive manner and work on improving service.

It is a good place to relax when you have a long layover but the food items taste should significantly improve. The options are great but it lacks taste. Other Airport lounges offer so much good quality and delicious food.

Lounge of average international standards. This lounge often runs over capacity, and it’s furniture desperately needs a facelift. Otherwise, cleanliness and food is good. Very happy to see that alcohol is not charged since most Plaza Premium lounges globally charge for alcohol. A great plus point for Plaza Premium at Delhi’s Terminal 3! Coffee machine and bakeries are okay but require improvement too.

Very crowded with people having their kids sleep on multiple sofas leaving lot of us standing and no consideration. Cleanliness was well maintained and so was the food. Would have appreciated if staff would have asked passengers to not occupy multiple sofas with kids sleeping

Very awesome experience, great ambience, hygienic and mouth watering food, overall a very nice experience.

The place is quite small and the variety of food is also less. You can have lunch, drink, juice or can rest also for a while. There are charging ports near the sofa so you can easily charge your electrical devices. The washroom is clean.

Overall Had a very bad experience overall in this Delhi lounge. Had very good experience in Bangalore domestic lounge. Expected the same and end up in Total disappointment.Dont find the difference in plaza premium classes. Doesnt feel like lounge. emptied food counters and no menu and chapathi is pathetic.In general staffs are very rude and the staff named Himanshu Goel is extremely arrogant and authoritative.please improve overall quality and service

Nice and clean place.Food quality and variety also very tempting.Coffee and tea are very good.You have to pay extra money for alcoholic drinks.I book the lounge before my traveling and I paid 750 INR.( which is worth to pay)Few things which I didnt like is limited charging points, Long chair for power nap and Small toilet and wash room.But overall very good 👍 I will definitely visit again because at this price you will get good facilities.

Its just awesome lounge experience with many buffet options to eat here for free... Debit and credit card holders can get access with nominal charges like ₹2 to ₹25/- . You may find it crowded most of the time. But its fine. You may also pay charges some where around 1100/- pp.

One of best lounge services at the India’s largest international airport at Terminal T3. All time veg food is available including snacks & coffee, tea. If you have next connecting flights within India or abroad then these people allowed you only for 3 hours. But if you have HDFC credit or debit visa cards you get access with a few amounts.Food is hygieneGood rest rooms.Worth to take lounge service.

Best option for rest and wait for flight. Seat in sofa, entertainment with TV, access to toilet, basic breakfast, water are provided. These all service cost you just Rs 2.

Plaza premium lounge for international departure is great. Good food, proper hygiene and clean toilets. Staff is helpful and polite. I loved it. But the premium lounge for domestic departure is pathetic. No AC. Rest is good.

Ankita Jaiswal was a good help and gave personal touch to the service.Food was delicious. Although you could have more variety in menu. Pl include some continental food too.

Staff is helpful and supportive - I’ve had a great dedicated service from Ankita Jaiswal. Good food selection, not too busy. Only drawbacks would be that some electrical sockets are loose in connection and maybe the lounge could use an upgrade in terms of having a delicates business centre facility. Overall it’s a good joint to relax at before you next flight.

Have been here quite a lot of times. But appeared that the services have deteriorated a lot. The food options were definitely less with no live counters.The lounge space was too crowded and travellers allowed inside even after that.Was planning to stay for 2-3 hours there before my connecting flight to overseas but went out in 45 min.It was much better outside in the general airport area.

Excellent lounge for Economy class passengers to unwind for a couple of hours during layovers. Good food and service with very courteous staff maintaining the cleanliness of the place throughout the day. The coffee machine was broken but overall it was a good experience!

I don’t know why the reviews are good for this lounge 🤷🏻‍♂️First of all, many where mentioning that alcohol is free, but it’s not. It is chargeable. Very limited food options that too with below average taste. Only water/coffee was available when I visited this lounge. No free soft drinks as well. I visited this lounge around 12:10am and air conditioning was not working properly. It’s too hot inside. There is nothing special to mention. After visiting Banglore airport lounge, I felt very disappointed visiting this lounge. Needs lot of improvements.

They need to optimize the inflow of guest, food was Okey with very less choices.Need to Improve on lounge condition and AC.Team is good but need to spend more energy on managing the expectations.All the best, looking forward to next visit

One of the worst lounge ever. The reception cannot control his emotion. He punched at the counter in front of me. Worst service. This airport doesn’t really provide other choices for passengers. Also, this lounge is too crowded.

Its a good lounge but when u compare the variety of food and drinks offered by other lounges at T3 then its not a good one... The staff is neither polite nor rude not welcoming either.They have shower rooms but didnt use them. Food was hot but it tasted like it was prepared a long while ago.

Luckily there was very little crowd on Sunday. The lounge is one of the biggest in Indian airports. There is an elite lounge beside this and this is termed premium (ideally for economic class). Good to have HDFC cards as they charge only ₹25 as entry. The lounge have 40+ comfortable couches with food placing tray and charging points.The food department had varieties - unfortunately only veg was available on that day. I am not sure if it was usual on all days. My friends were frustrated to see that and if one have to pay ₹2500 - should evaluate these facts also. There is a snack counter (self service), coffee & cappuccino vending machine (self serviceand a tea counter - served by a staff. The tea counter is always crowded. The meal buffet had 6 options with one main menu as rice or noodles - but all vegetarian.There is a bar counter as well serving good varieties. The prices seem to be similar to the usual bars and you can relax if the place is found less crowded 😉

The worst lounge service ever seen. The food items are only limited to a few items which is very strange.Pls avoid spending so much(Rs 1770 for 2hrsfor this service if you are not having any free access, instead enjoy the food courts.Pls note for card holders service is for 2 hours only.I saw many reviews that alcohol is free but alcohol is served on chargeable basis.One coffee machine was out of service and milk was not available on the other one.They are cleaning chairs but it was not up to the mark.Need improvement on service.Very much disappointing after visiting Bangalore & Mumbai.

You get everything that you expect in those 2 hours of relaxation before your flight...drink..good food...ambience...just that it tends to get crowded at times.

Nowadays this place is crowded a lot. Service is disrupted due to crowd. Taste and cleanliness is maintained well.Alcohol is available free of cost at international lounge for age above 25.

Very well maintained, layout is simple but elegant, you get very good personal space. Staff is courteous and helpful. Toilets are neat & clean as well. In Food hygiene is taken care of, but needs improvement in taste & quality. Simple food preparations like Idly/ Poha/ Sambhar can be done better. All in all you can spend your time comfortably.

Lounge was a bit small and crowded but the Dry Gin Martini that I had was very refreshing in the Delhi heat.

A very good lounge maintained by premium plaza. If you have free card slots then it will charge Rs.2 only per person provided you should hold boarding pass. Very good food and also you may enjoy work station.

This is the Plaza Premium Lounge for the Business and First class only. Please be sure to go at the level 4 and not the regular Plaza Premium Lounge. Amazing service especially when it comes to cocktails and more in case you prefer that before getting in your lay flat (tight as hellseat. Buffet is average or not so good if you are a foodie, but it wasn’t crowded at all when we were here. Servers here are very sincere and responsible. Me and my wife were very pleased with the service and food here.Good job!!

A well maintained and managed lounge, it has come a relief for a 4 hours layover between flights. The staff are very courteous and helpful and goes about with a smile. The food is good with decent varieties and taste well.The facility, including the washrooms are kept clean.In particular, Ms Gunjan, has been attentive and always checking for the comfort of the patrons. Recommended highly when one need to take a break.

I took short stay at Lounge A at T3 Indra Gandhi international airport. Front office staff was calm and polite. House keeping staff was quick in cleaning and taking up used plates. HoweverMr Gandharv was kind enough in hospitality services. Menu was though not much extensive need to add some more items.

Plaza Premium Lounge in the T3 International Departures wing has all the facilities that a tired traveller needs to get well refreshed before starting on their journey. It has excellent, clean showers, great food, drinks, and nice quiet ambience to rest (see the pics).Palash Paul the floor supervisor does a great job ensuring guests are well taken care of. I highly recommend this Lounge.

A safe place to relax while waiting for your flight , especially beneficial during COVID as it is very sparsely packed . P.S you get drinks and food for free in the entry. Although a note to people , drinks will only be served to people above 25 which sucks a bit.Also the toilets are clean and the staff is good.I found Mohit Saini to be quite helpful in clearing any doubts i had.The only issue is the you as very far away from the main airport gates and that too on second floor, so just start 15 minutes before boarding as itll take a lot of time to reach the gate.

The best Lounge in IGI. I got free access in Plaza Premium Lounge by HDFC Platinum Card. You can check with your bank for the lounge access. The overall experience was too good. I had 2 hrs waiting after immigration process so I choose Plaza Lounge to spend my time as well as to avail the facilities like free flow of house pour drinks, coffee, soft drinks & Juices etc.The food buffet is good enough with different varieties from soup to starter, chips to quick bites, main dishes to dessert etc. My overall experience was really so good. I recommend everyone to get a Platinum Card from your bank & get a access to Plaza Premium Lounge to spend your time while waiting for the flight. The wine they using was Made in India - Sula Satori, such a nice wine from Nagpur. It was my first experience in an airport lounge. Thanks to my HDFC platinum card. First thing which struck me was the long ques. Well, we can never skip this thing anywhere. It took 30-40 mins for me to get in. I was 3 hours early after security check and before boarding so was ok for me. But 1 suggestion is, try for lounge only if you have atleast 1-1.5 hours in hand after security check. It was clean, good amount of rush but still spacious to accommodate all of us. Food was good, I loved it. Service is good. They are able to manage this huge crowd. Well mainTained and clean it was

The Plaza Premium Lounge is aptly named. The service here is of premium level. Both Bharat Koranga and Akshit Rautak showed exceptional customer service. They are polite, courteous and kind. Great experience. Rajesh Kumar Singh went above and beyond in his service. All three of them deserve praise and a raise!!!!

Its my first experience here and I liked.The place is clean and taken care of proper hygiene during pandemic....must visit place only if you have credit card free lounge access otherwise charge are too high.

The place looks and feels amazing, takes away all the stress I had while entering the airport and clearing the immigration. Palash and Pradeep made my day by stirring some nice cocktails and the best food to go with that.***** Five stars

The staff try but the dereliction is apparent. This place is falling to bits. There isnt a great selection of food either, or soft drinks. For the price its still reasonable as a way to kill two hours, especially when its complimentary.. Cant really see myself coming back too much though. Feel like there are better options.

Pleasant visit to Lounge A, International Departures, T3, IGI airport. Food was tasty, limited choices, yet significant to appeal most taste buds. Alcohol choices were scanty, with incognito local brands, yet service with a smile made up for the shortcomings in variety. Gandharv checked me in, and was most courteous.Happy to be traveling again after almost 2 years. Fingers crossed 🤞
