The food was great. The lounge is comfortable enough to stay and chill before the boarding time.

I had very bad experience in this lounge. We were seven of them, and Me and my wife had cards which LoungeKey to cover more than 7travellers. This Plaza lounge didn’t accept my card saying, only one card can only accept from one passenger. We had cards from different banks, which are valid. But they refused and the Manager came on the phone and he said it’s their management decision to do it.But, same time we went to Oman Airways Business Class Lounge and they accepted and the service was excellent. So it is sure this is not LoungeKey problem, it is by Plaza Premium Lounge Management decision or the staff talking decision by themselves.This Plaza Premium lounge I had bad experience in Chennai also before.Either they improve the service by treating the customers well or they must stop their operation.They feel that, the card holders are getting free usage of the Lounge. But, they don’t know that we are dealing with banks for millions, that’s why bank is giving this facility. If the Plaza Lounge management do not change their attitude, LoungeKey must break the contract with them ASAP. I am going to launch complaint with Lounge Key also.

This is a new airport the building is magnificient all facilities are there from sim avaiablity to mobile charging and auwusm duty free shop available there

Nice service and good food..

So disappointed. Limited choice. Service was non existent. Maybe I set my standards too high but you could at least try to offer a premium service instead of hiding behind the small airport syndrome excuse.

Very poor airport lounge by all means. Doesnt worth even a penny of the entrance fee. Low food quality, dark and dirty. Not recommended. They have to pay a lot effort to bring it in a descent level.

Die Lounge ist auf jeden Fall sauber, die Essensauswahl jedoch sehr übersichtlich und zu lange warm gehalten. Dafür gibt es aber genügend Kaffee und Getränke (natürlich nur alkoholfrei.Leider sind keine Liegesessel vorhanden, dafür jedoch Duschen. Insgesamt für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung.

There are no such thing as a premium lounge at crown plaza

Rotten food. Too much smell in corn. When we asked the management they informed we have frozen corns so little bit smell will be there. Bad quality and bad service.

Klidný pěkný salonek. Najdete zde občerstvení formou nealkoholických nápojů, kávy, sladkých dezertů a nějakého teplého bufetu. Teplý bufet mne moc nezaujal, výběr nic moc dobrého ( za to dávám hvězdičku dolů). Na strávení klidného čekání na letadlo je však dobrou volbou.

Buffet wasnt being refilled timely, there wasnt any chicken in the chicken biriyani, and quality of the food was just so-so. Washroom is really tiny.Of course it covers the basics like comfortable seating with ample charging points, but personally I feel it isnt worth it, unless you have free access using some credit card or the other.
