Espacio muy bueno para pasear y comer algo en algunos de los sitios que hay se encuentran, una variedad de locales para desayunar almorzar o cenar y por.que no una copa en algún sitio nocturno de los que están... debes visitar la panadería tachira donde Melany hace unas pizzas muy ricas...

Amplio espacio para recrearse con bici, con tu familia, tus amigos, en sus alrededores cuenta con una cafetería-restaurant sin duda un lugar mejor para disfrutarlo por la noche.

I go to Plaza El Otorongo at least once a month to pick up a delivery from L&S Artisian Meats. Their delivery driver, German, meets customers there.

This is not a very active plaza and not the most attractive in town, but there are a few restaurants and shops surrounding it. The stairs going up from here, leading toward Parque San Sabastian, are beautifully tiled on both sides. Theres also lots of street art at the top of the stairs and along the street to the Parque.

A public square on the Rio Tomebamba. Quiet except when there are public events. Some good restaurants and small businesses bound the plaza. There is a massive stair case from the plaza to El centro.

No parece una plaza muy concurrida aunque algunas veces hacen eventos tipo feria, hay una mini panadería con un pan rico y algunas cafeterías medio caras, el río tomebamba pasa por delante. No hay baños públicos

El parque Otorongo, ubicado al costado del rio tomebamba y al frente de la universidad estatal, en el parque se encuentra montado una estrucrura metalica con forma de arbol revestido con luces que adornan y decoran la noche cuencana, genera un ambiente navideño, del compartir y la felicidad, en lo personal despues de una noche de mucha lluvia se genero la oportunidad de poder obtener hermosas capturas del arbol en su esplendor, de las cuales les comparto.
