After days of eating good Peruvian food. Went to get KFC takeout. Order was not filled properly with missing item. Too tired to go back. Service was a bit slow and appeared a bit under staffed.

Super mal servicio, pedimos que nos cambiaron una presa y lo que hizo la que estaba atendiendo fue coger la presa que pedimos que nos cambiaran antes de que nos pasarán la bandeja y la boto a la basura, eso no se hace la comida no se bota y más habiendo tantas personas afuera del KFC pidiendo para comer...Terrible y super mala la atencion

El sabor es similar al de Lima, pero demoran demasiado en un simple pedido.

Es un lugar muy bonito organizado y muy personal es muy atento Así que es recomendable comer ahí sobre todo si almuerzo o cena con la familia

Terrible service and horrible tasting food. Chicken was undercooked and I was throwing up all night. Needs complete staff rebuild.

La atención es pésima, parece como si les hiciéramos un favor viniendo a comer, demoran mucho en servir, el piso está siempre sucio, no limpian nunca parece, nosotros mismos tuvimos que limpiar la mesa.

Terrible customer service, they even make us pay more for our stuff and then didn’t want to give us the money back or switch the order. Such a disappointment, I won’t recommend it at all.

Never again. The stuff is unfriendly nothing is working there and I got sick after been there. It’s so expensive

Experiencia pésima, viajo al Cusco como turista con mi mascota, pequeña, en mochila especial pero en la puerta me indican NO SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS. Necesitamos más lugares donde nos acepten ingresar con nuestras mascotas.

Los baños tienen códigos no se puede acceder con facilidad para el lavado de manos, estaban reparando el lugar en funcionamiento, te pide dos mascarillas para entrar y luego todos están sin mascarilla es ilógico

平安夜購買的炸雞桶，有6塊大炸雞和三包薯條，維持一貫的水準，皮脆肉嫩亦多汁，不錯吃啦！之前買其他的炸雞盒，「hot wings」的辣味小炸雞會更好吃，脆嫩多汁又有微辣的口感，很可以喔！

Demasiado lentos en despacho, tenemos que esperar más de 15 minutos a que salga un pedido y se crea una congestión de personas en la puerta, pésimo servicio

The food was excellent and there was quick service. As it was rainy season, there weren’t excessive amounts of customers there.

I was backpacking around South America for two months and finally though hey I might get some KFC, my goodness! Best KFC I’ve ever had! I’m Australian and never had “Aji” sauce and it blew my mind! And you toast the wraps! Australian kfc doesn’t do that anymore so I was super surprised, I know I shouldn’t be so excited for kfc haha but wow! Also I love Cusco so much is love to come back one day, and to Peruvian kfc too haha

Its my go to in any country it can be found in the world. No exceptions

me and my friend went there to order a meal for 2 people, the service was bad, the bucket was half empty and nothing like the picture in the menu and we complained about the differences between the pictures and the bucket it self but the manager just ignored us. really disappointed from the place comparing to what we paid for, from a world wide company that we know we expected a better experience

Perfect for North American tourists who want to grab a quick & familiar bite. Its located right in the main Cusco square. Their lines move quickly and they have a lot of seating space. The food portions were large and really tasty - hits the spot. Easily way better than any KFC experience Ive had in North America

Zinger burger (or whatever they call it in Spanishis massive, fresh tomatoes not lathered in sauce, super crispy chicken. Food came in like 1.5 minutes. Exceeded my expectation, not sure what all these other clowns are complaining about.

This place definitely doesnt open at 11am on Sundays. Maybe closed for the parade? Locals hanging around like they expected it to open but...still waiting at 1230. Weird. Hours not posted anywhere.

It took about 40min for our food to come out because they apparently ran out of wings, but instead of telling us that, they took our order and made us wait. While they were cooking the wings they went ahead and prepared the rest of our order which was cold by the time the wings came out, so we had scorching hot wings and cold fries etc. The Sprite also tasted like mold ... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The attitude of the employee who helped us was very poor, she made it sound like it was our fault that we ordered something they didnt have ready

English: Ill save you time with a brief review... 3 out of our group of 4 ate KFC and those 3 (including myselfgot severe food poisoning. Im talking waking up at 3AM with chronic diahhrea and vomit, and it lasted for three days. This food poisoning was so severe the only explanation we have is cross contamination of raw chicken with the cooked one.Español: la comida es tóxica/venenosa. Nos puso a todos los que comimos ahí a vomitar y cagar por tres días seguidos. No vallan bajo ninguna circunstancia.

La atención fue malicima, prácticamente tiraron las papas y la gaseosa, el pollo tenía un olor nada agradable (y parecía cruda), la ensalada sabía a congeladora. Bajo mucho la calidad.

Well, I dont know why so much negatives reviews on this place. I get a great impression. The service was pretty good, the cashier even advice us on better offers that they were doing this day. The food was such I expected from a KFC restaurant. Prices were much lower than in Europe or than others countries

They are thieves. They took my order for chocolate sundae and told me to wait at the dessert counter. A lady came out, took my receipt and asked me to wait there. After another 10mins of waiting, they spoke as if I was lying about my order and denied service.And all this discussion happened with the help of a fellow customer who spoke both Spanish and English. Most disgusting experience ever!!! Useless worthless people!!!

Can’t understand why all the negative reviews for this place. I went twice and although it was a little busy I had no problems and the food was good.

NO KFC GRAVY, would not serve us a pot after asking several times...does not have the right to bear the Colonels name!Also the drinks were from a warm bottle on the counter and the chicken was poor by KFC standards

We had the worst experience. Food was stone cold after waiting 15mins and when I brought it back and asked for hot chicken or a fresh order the manager started to shout at me and gave me my money back and didnt want anything to do with me. I was looking forward to a nice meal and this was the worst kfc Ive ever been to through out the world!

My second KFC experience ever. Fries were little soggy but nuggets were decent.

A must try if from the States. The extra crispy chicken was more flavorful. Wall charger in the back left side was the gem.
