Nice hotel with lots of restaurants nearby, close to the Port, good breakfast and nice personnel.

My favorite hotel in the heart of Ladadika in Thessaloniki. The rooms are nice and tidy. The staff is supper friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a plenty of options and everything that I tried was really tasty. There is no parking spaces near the hotel and the best place to park your vehicle is the port parking that is 150+ meters away. The hotel staff will give you a membership card for the parking lot but its heavily congested during business hours.

Nice amenities, however too noisy, room not cleaned in between, cleaning staff making noise at 0700

It would be higher rated only for two reason:1. The noise during the night, so bring earplugs.2. Water-pressure was not the best, but I am learning that is almost the same in all Thessaloniki.Staff was nice, breakfast ok, location perfect.

We had a suite. Only the kids room has a unit air conditioner. The master is a sauna. The front desk staff is very nice.

Good location, nice staff and spacious apartment for family (2 adults + 2 teenagers). Breakfast was OK.Big plus is parking (7 EUR / dayat nearby place. Will choose this stay again when we will return to Thessaloniki!

I searched for a hotel with parking because i knew i will came tired after a long trip. The parking is in the port across the street. This is the smallest problem here. First, when i arrived in the room, it smelled like cigarretes and other stuff from the kitchens nearby. The chaos began when i wanted to sleep because there is a massive party nearby. So if you wanna sleep dont come here!the bed have a hole in it. When the party was over at 5 o clock i finally brgan to sleep and at 7:30 the maid stared to clean the nearby rooms disturbing me. You can hear actually everything from thr hallway. Is like there is no door or something. I have a better view at my home than this block here. Horrbile hotel in saloniki. Go take boutique hotels better

A very nice hotel , located perfectly in the heart of Thessaloniki. The room looks modern , but they are not so big. The shower does not have curtain and water are spilling all over. The matress was inconvenient. The service is good and food is descent. Location is the biggest strength of this hotel.

We liked the hotel a lot.A bit difficult to find with the car and quite loud during the night.

Photo was taken at 6am. It was impossible to sleep. Worst experience in my life.

Confusing check in location, had to use long stairs to reach the room with the luggage. But rooms are nice and clean, location is super convenient

The hotel is not accessible by car and the parking that is included in the room rate is few blocks away.The rooms are pretty rundown and very far from how they appear at the photos.The biggest issue is the noise from the street so prepare for a sleepless night.This was one of the worst experiences.Still the stuff are very kind and the breakfast is ok.

I was a bit disappointed, I booked a room with city view however the only thing we saw was the skeleton of an old building. The room wasnt that spacious and beautiful as you see on the photos and the balcony was only for family suits, this wasnt mention in the description. The building is old.The staff was very friendly and helpful, the highlight of this place.The location is really good you have everything around you.

This is a good small hotel located in the center of the city. You can visit the best attractions and shops on foot if you stay here. Also, you can expect polite staff, tasty breakfast and nice rooms. Recommended!

The stay here was amazing! For a 3 star hotel this is most definitely a 4 star as the staff were very friendly and very quick to help any queries we had. 2 staff their named Radiana and Vivi were esepcially helpful and made our stay a lot better as they suggested many nice places for us to go and visit. Amazing stay would definitely recommend as the price is cheap for the location and the services of the hotel itself.

Great stay at the Plaza Hotel. Initially booked a “Comfort Double Room”, but got upgraded to a “Suite” for free. Very friendly staff at the reception desk. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would stay again!

Its a nice place to stay at a very nice part of the city. Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast is very good and staff is also nice. What might be a problem for some is that its very vivid area and I guess that it may be noisy sometimes at night, but I have no problem with noise during my sleep. All recommendations for this place. Ps. Beds are a bit soft for my taste but thats just a personal preference.

What can I say, I travel a lot I never stayed in a 3 star hotel like this, I wonder why not 5 stars. Amazing rooms, amazing staff, amazing service, amazing breakfast. All in all my new regular hotel when I travel to Thessaloniki.

PROThe location ist just perfect. Behind the Hotel is a paid public parking (10€ a daywhich is very cheap!The staff is very friendly and helpful, check-in was quick.The bed is super comfortable, the room can be a little noisy (not too much, you hear when you pay attention to it), even with closed window, as the hotel is located in the are know for Taverns and Bars.Bathroom is clean and you have anything you need. Aircon, TV, Minibar are working.

Very convenient for tranzit, close to the city center, excellent breakfast and really nice staff. Also, a good deal for parking.

Great location, near to one of the biggest ports,direct in the Center of Ladadika, great breakfast variety ,very friendly staff and a super nightlife location.5 mins walk to boarding the boats from the Port heading to N.Epivates and Perea beaches.

Room was nice and clean. Also decent breakfast and kind staff. They dont have their own parking. You have to pay 15€ if you dont want to leave your car on the street.

Big noise from various music from neighborhood to street reconstruction work. For this price, hygiene must be much better as breakfast.

Great hotel. Really nice staff, very helpful and positive. The rooms are clean, white sheets, big bathroom. The breakfast is very good and diverse. The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the Port, restaurants and markets.

Theres nothing one could complain about.I booked a different hotel first for the same price and left before the first one due to the experience which i will post in another review. Plaza is a great choice in the middle of ladanika district.

The room was big and modern but smelled a bit like someone just smoked there...breakfast was good.The staff was nice and friendly but not always super helpful.On the website we booked it said that the place has free parking, and it was not for free- it is 15€, it would be nice to know and consider that ahead..

Very good and central hotel in the centre of Thessaloniki, near to the beach promenade and to good places to eat, the beautiful Miss ELPIDA on the reception is a handsome person, who can help you with anything and always finds a solution to solve your questions and problems. Nice hotel and good educated staff, breakfast is also good and not to small. We enjoyed our hospitance in this hotel.

Good standards but terrible service.The hotels bar music was so good that it was impossible to sleep. When we went to let them know, they told us they are aware of the problem and would just wait for someone to come dow and complain.... When leaving, we kindly ask for a gesture for the disturbance, the receptionist couldnt do anything and pretended the manager was away.... This is not professional from the manager to hide when something goes wrong... Avoid this hotel if you are there on a week-end!!

Excellent hotel with great staff and service. Its constantly full of tourists and people visiting the city. Its in a very nice area (Ladadikaalthough the night life can disrupt your nights sleep. The breakfast area is a bit crowded (the space is small to accommodate so many people and the way it is presented isnt as good). Another negative is that the lift is quite small and the suite overlooking the sea isnt as spacious as it looks and has no door separating the master bed with the rest of the space which, considering the money you pay, should be so but other than that it is a great place to stay when in the city.

Great location and very nice rooms. There is also a cafe downstairs that you can get coffee from for around 1,50 and the staff is great! The only bad thing was that the rooms were extremely hot even if you had the thermostat off or turned to cold.

Warm welcome, English speaking reception team which helped me as my first time in Greece, gave me some points of interest to visit during my time there, rooms were clean and spacious, fairly priced.Great location, 100m from the seafront,Restaurants and nightlife were incredible.Hotel has its own breakfast service, buffet style.I would happily return to the same hotel as was a prime location for my trip.

Staff are amazing, extremely accommodating and helpful.Lovely room with great view from balcony. Really close to the sea and short walk to most places.

There were two good things with this hotel: location and the comfy bed.The tap in the bathroom did not work properly, and it is not as clean as I would have liked.Because the hotel is in the city center, it is extremely noisy. Music all night, we heard it even at 4 am.The breakfast was also not as good as adviced on the internet. I do not eat dairy, so I could only eat one egg.

Very friendly, comfortable and easily accessible place to stay in the center of Thessaloniki. Fare prices too, around 40 euros per night.

(+The hotel is located at a walking distance (some stepsfrom most of the restaurants recommended by a Greek friend. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and tasty.(-The rooms are not perfectly soundproofed, so, the noise from the nearby animations can disturb. In addition, the heating temperature was uncontrollable and forced to leave the windows open.

I am a frequent traveller at Thessaloniki for business and pleasure and I have tried several hotels in the past. My last accomodation at Plaza Hotel met and exceeded my expectations. Clean, value for money, nice breakfast, smiling casual staff and superb location.Strongly recommended.
