Large ocean pier boasting a sleek, contemporary design & picturesque coastline views.
We had dinner on the beach and you could see it at the far end. My son and his uncles walked down there they loved it. Thought it was a very beautiful sight.
Nice spot, beatiful views of ocean, the sea wall and mountains. Very popular place in the area.
Lots of family, many different places for drinks and fun in the sun. Some with swimming pools if the ocean is too much to swim in.
Nice place, nice beach, good view spots, good restaurants pretty close (like 100 meters or something), accessible, etc. Good beach option.
Beautiful muelle de playa los muertos, I saw people dive in from here.
This area is surrounded by beautiful views.
A nice place at the end of the road in the Zona Romántica to take a break on a warm afternoon. Plenty of seating and people watching.
Lovely place to just hang and chill
It really is so pretty, just like the photos. We went during sunset which was the perfect time. Not super crowded but there were definitely a good amount of people there.
A beautiful landmark in the city with a great view of the sunset and ocean as well as a sandy beach to enjoy or swim in
It is a wonderful place to make a rest. You have a outstanding view out there. You see all the hustle and bustle of los muertos beach from the waterside.
Nice spot to view the sunset and shoreline.
Doubles as a water taxi dock. Not super clean and attracts a lot of weirdos. There was a guy throwing peace to the universe while we were waiting for our boat and it was impossible not to stare. The locals catch baitfish underneath it also which is fine just fyi.
Great place to visit you get to see the fish n the lights up at night time
Try the fishing. We had a great time
Nice pier - great for pics of either side of the Bahia de Banderas
Very Beautiful Beach with long scenic view along the walk way. A lot of benches to sit, rest and enjoy the view.
Beautiful. Loved watching all the boats and listening to the sounds of the ocean.
Good place to see Puerto Vallartas. Beach is usually not busy at all. A lot of people pass by, but most end up leaving doing a bit of sightseeing. Some people fish towards the bottom.
Beautiful. See at night for light show and fireworks. Catch boat taxi to many hidden beaches.
Enjoyable beach pier in Puerto Vallarta. Only way to get on a Panga Boat.
Very nice beach. Good service from the guys who rent chairs. No luxury but nice family place
Great dock to meet charters or just look at the bay. Heres the catch... there is water shuttles that take you from the dock to your charter. They charge both ways and try to scam you on the price. You should be able to shuttle 12 people for 300 pesos both ways but you have to get the same boat driver. Also they use children to try and manipulate you into more money.
Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4u! This is a scenic walk around a structure that looks like a sail of a sail boat great place to rest and see the ocean and city. This place is better visited at night with the night lights. However during the day you can have fun in the beach and eat at any of the multiple restaurants located are this area. Highly recommend this place! 👍🏼
A must stop while in Puerto Vallarta. Fabulous sunset view.
Beautiful views up and down the beaches. City is Romantic looking back at it from the Pier
Nice beach, lots of action. You rent a boat there by the hour. Very friendly people. Highly recommend
Always a nice area to visit. The main pier is here next to the malecon, restaurants bars, hotels and beach. Lots of people around and not far from downtown zona romantica. Many activities happening here.
Awesome scenery, nice beach and a lot of Cafes and restaurants.
Absolutely stunning scenery and a vibrant atmosphere.First time in Puerto Vallarta and will definitely be back
El Muelle looks absolutely beautiful at night with the sound of the ocean. At night, it tends to get a bit chillier so I would recommend you take a sweater or light jacket.
Nice place to enjoy a sunset. Sturdy (easy to walk on). Well (and colorfullylit at night.
It is such a beautiful Landmark for Puerto Vallarta. Love to come here as often as possible. For a swim or just exploring or just to see the amazing people with their smiles.
This is a hub for Water Taxis and Fishing trips. Its busy but a tourist viewing platform with seats is higher up and wheelchair accessible! We actually fish off the lower part of the pier and give the fish away to locals and children! Tons of fun and lits of restaurants around the area!
Beautiful pier.Great place to take in the view of Puerto Vallarta .Recommend a visit.
This place is just great,In the night has colored lights anddon’t miss fireworks in the night.
It was just a bird pooped swirly structure. Vendors are respectful when you say no gracias. Cool enough place to visit for under 3 minutes. People hangout by the bench and tourists go around in circle. Water was oiled and dirty because of the nearby boat dock.
I love walking along the beach and seeing this place from way down the beach, but the view from the pier is amazing! Its just another example of why Puerto Vallarta is such a beautiful place!
We have seen this pier many times but never walked out. This tie we did and the views are spectacular. You can catch a water taxi which I didnt know until now.
A big monument and lookout area in a delightful and lively beach. Playa Los Muertos is a city beach, where locals and tourists alike can go to enjoy some time on the sand. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the muelle offers a great meeting point and place to watch the many small boats navigate around the bay.
Beautiful modern pier in Playa Los Muertos. Most boat tours depart from here. It has lots of benches around to unwind. From here, there is an amazing view of Zona Romantica, the beach and the waterfront.
Definitely a tourist attraction (I mean In a good wayit has a beautiful view and more with the sunset, at night with the color lights on and is also the doc for the boat wich takes you to Yelapa and towns around. Some local people (mostly kidsjump from the high of the pier to the water, it looks fun and it seems like it wasnt the first time the do this.
You will never miss this structure when you walk to this area. Unique and modern and a very good area to see people swimming and jumping to the water. One of the highlights of the pier.
A beautiful spot to take in the scenery and people watch. If you come early in the morning, you can watch the town wake up with restaurants getting ready to open for business, fishermen readying their boats and joggers getting fit. In the afternoon, you can see the sun seekers and thrill seekers on the banana boats. A fun place to take it all in.
Love the view from here. Peaceful, beautiful, lots of life, from families to couples holding each other. Worth a good walk down and back.
Blue skies, colorful umbrellas, beautiful turquoise water and soft sand along the pier of PV. This beach nothing but fun.It surrounded with retail shops, restaurants, bar and a ton of water activities. While youre there, just kick back, relax , have a margarita or two. Dont leave until you watch the sunset. It is indeed a perfect place to witness the stunning beauty.
A nice spot to get off the busy esplanade. Great fun watching the kids building up courage to jump from the pier and into the ocean.. 4 stars as the pier needs some work done to replace missing or corroded railing
I love the area...nice, beautiful and great restaurants around the romantic area! Great walk on the malecon specially at night and spending some time at the pier and watching the ocean is the most amazing thing you can do while you are in Puerto Vallarta. At night the lights are on and it feels cozy and romantic of course with the sound of the waves! Its a very popular spot so if you have time do not miss it...you just can grab a beer in any of those spots with that nice view. Taxis can drop you there or as many people like me do just walk and explore the entire are! Good luck and enjoy it!!!
Playa de los Muertos or Romantic Zone is an amazing City to go w your family and friends, the food is delicious, the Hotels are very nice and you can find from diferent prices on the beach a block from the beach on the old down town or just simple Rbnb . The city is super clean and safe to walk everywhere, the taxis are very affordable and the Uber too . Want to go back very soon 🎈😘❤️
Los Muertos Pier is a gorgeous, modern, curved structure at the heart of Los Muertos beach. A gathering place, viewpoint and embarcation point for fishing trips and pangas to Yelapa. The structure features beautiful lighting that alternates colors at night creating a stunning focal point.
