The staff here didnt look like they had a clue what they were doing. They were slow and looked confused or flustered while I waited for my order. Im not sure if its the staff or perhaps a lack of training. The worst part about this location is the pricing. For some reason they charge you more for less than any other Planet Smoothie location. I got a kids size small for nearly the price of a medium at other locations. That is ridiculous and frankly the only reason why I will not be coming back. What a rip off.

Major attitudes from the employees here. Had to explain my order at least 5 different times before they got it right (strawberry, mango, yogurt, enegry). Ive never had this issue at the Heathrow, Casselberry or Tuskawilla stores. Their area is filthy too.

Ive come to this location many times but all of a sudden...they charge you extra at the register. When you correct them based on what the menu says, they say the menu shows starting at prices. Well i took a picture of the menu and it doesnt say that. I also have my reciept. I ordered a $6.99 medium with no extras. Thats not what I was charged. I am sitting in the parking lot as i am writing this. Im reporting to the BBB and seeing what can be done for false advertising. What a rip off. This is definitely my last visit. Planet smoothie here I come.

Smoothies are fine but this location has decided to do pricing and sizing differently than other Planet Smoothies. Their sizes are all 1 size down from every other Planet Smoothie Ive ever been to, yet they maintain the same price.So, when you order a "Medium" at this location, youll actually get a cup that is a small at every other location. "Larges" are medium, and "Smalls" are kid-sized.
