Pizzeria Ristorante Molino Select - Pizza restaurant in Dübendorf, Switzerland
Best pizza in Zurich, I highly recommend it!!! you can’t miss their Tiramisú 😋😋😋
The best pizza Ive had here in Switzerland ! The staff is super friendly and attentive! It is withoutDoubt to repeat, thank you Molino Select 😍🙏🙌
Pizza was very good - the best we had in switzerland. Service and management could be improved hence 4 stars.
Great salads - the terrace is amazing on a sunny day and the staff very helpful
My experience at the great Molino restaurant stays in my heart. The waiters are lovely and so welcoming, the food tasted delicious, must’ve been made with love!Absolutely worth it.
Delicious food and delicious wine. Would return again!
Had a pizza for lunch and it was good. Price is ok for the location and service was really nice and friendly
Good location but the service was not that good. Pizzas came almost cold, a dish was mistaken and then the person had to wait an additional 15 min. And in the end the wrongly delivered dish was even on the check. In the end it was sorted out but still the experience was not optimal. One big plus is that the kids dish came immediately which was great.
Wonderful ambiance, amazing service. The Mediterranean salad was out of this world. My wife had the Carbonara and I had the Tagliatelle. Yummy!!
Good food but the attention at the time of payment was impossible, two waiters and we waited 20 minutes.
We had lunch yesterday with ordering sicilian pasta and pizza with tonno. Unfortunately the taste of pasta and pizza were disappointing. Pasta was al dente but the sauce was not delicious. The pizza taste was like frozen pizza. The staff were kind though.
🇮🇹❤️🇨🇭👍🏼
Great Pizza and very nice Personnel! Got seated right next to the pizzaiolos and had a great time!
Id appreciate slightly more pizza choice (Quattro formaggi), and maybe an Italian beer by default. But it was very good, in a nice terrace.
Amazing place and amazing food. Tried the pasta and it was perfect. Price is also affordable. Will come back again for more next time
I do not recommend coming to this restaurant by ANY circumstances. Horrible service, the waiters instead of taking your order, talk with other waiters and use their phones. After one hour, they took our order and about 20 minutes more the brought us the wrong beverages and without any glass to drink it. Then they took another hour to bring the food, which wasnt a great deal. Later, we called five times the waiter that instead of attend us he stared at us and then proceed to walk away. I personally had to stand up and search him in all the building. He, was talking with some friends that had recently seated on the restaurant and start to joke with them. I stood in front of him and he ignored me. There is no possible way that he didnt notice him because he looked me right in the eye. What a lack of respect and profesionalism. After MUCH MORE TIME they decided to send another waiter to give us the bill. As if there werent enough problems, the new waiter told us we could only pay in efective in order that they didnt accept credit cards because the system had failed. If you think about it, that is not really possible in base that the waiters used their phones all the time and we saw other people paying with credit cards. Not to mention that the prices wre extremely high for the horrific treatment we had received. PLEASE, go to another place, they will surely treat you better.
good food. terrible, worst service in zürich! the waiter with the glasses was super unfriendly, demanded from us why we didn’t greet him after we said hello twice.. uhm wthforced us change places, and waiting time for 2 normal drinks was over 25 mins…i usually liked molino restaurants overall, but after today’s experience, i have to be forced to visit one ever again. pity
Fantastic food, very friendly staff, a bit pricey, but it was worth it
Really enjoyed lunch at Molino. The staff is very welcoming and accommodative. The food is outstanding! They offer a variety of drinks, catering for everyone.Kudos to Giuseppe for going all out to make our lunch enjoyable.
Luca was an amazing waiter, had a great time! Awesome food!!
Great experience! Great food and better service. Thank you Luca, you rock!!
Upstairs is incredibly stuffy, the air is hardly breathable. The pasta I had was undercooked, and cold, as was my colleagues pasta. Service was reasonable.I wont be returning.
Molino really has good pizza and good service, if you can get a spot!
Very friendly staff and high quality food! I loved it.
We came for lunch and even though we didn’t have a reservation they were kind enough to give us a table for one hour but the service was bad.We waited more than 20 minutes for the menus that they gave us until we asked for them. They didn’t deliver the drinks to all of us because they took bad the order and we had to ask twice for the pending drinks. The food was ok but the waiters had a very bad attitude and weren’t polite.
Food ok, service sooooo slow!!! For the record we were sitting outside, I saw that there were at least 5 waiters/runners and a Chief/Captain/Manager and there were times when nobody was around
A real rip off. For a small glass of Sauvignon Blanc (open winethey charged CHF 10 without showing me the price on the menu. I had a better Sauvignon Blanc on a Riverside restaurant about 200m away for CHF 6.50
Amazing pizza & pasta ! We tried both! A must if you are in Zurich and looking for some comfort food 🥰😍
Very nice food, pizza is out of this world. Very friendly staff and a great location.Pasta was under seasoned for my liking, but nothing you couldnt fix with extra olive oil, salt and pepper.Great place to try a little bit of Italy in Zurich!
Average touristy place! Rude staff. Took away my girlfriends knife, fork and napkin when she said she wont order and we will only share. Told us they only sell Heineken but clearly other customers were having different beers. Weird place! Very Touristy so avoid it!
Very good italian restaurant in the center of Zürich.Pizzas are really good!I recommend coming in early (12so you can have a table without waiting.
Extremely friendly and experienced staff. Extremely friendly and experienced staff. Although it was crowded and i had no booking reservation, they found me a table, charged my mobile device and gave me time to finish the postcard I was writing.... very delicious pizza - expensive but worth every Suisse Fränkli I spent on it :))Highly recommendable!!! :-to book a table in advance
It’s a pity that we couldn’t finish otherwise delicious dinner with a cup of cappuccino, because for some reason the staff decided to clean the coffee machine one hour before closing time. I’d never expect not to have coffee in an Italian restaurant. Also somewhat angry reaction from a waitress made the whole situation even more regrettable. It’s a shame really
We had lunch yesterday and i have to say:Great location.Food was awesome! We had truffle tagliatelle and carbonara tagliatelle.Attentive waitstaff! The waiter was very nice, fast and Mindful.I think they all speak Italian and thats great for the atmosphere.
Great pizza. A must-have for us whenever we are in Zurich.
Great atmosphere, yummy pizza.
Service is good but food was average
Got the seafood pasta and it was yummy! Also the homemade tiramisu so delicious too! Nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend
The food was just superb. We didnt feel heavy after eating noodles and vegetarian pizza. The service and the quick response across the whole evening was one of the most pleasant evenings at a restaurant we have experienced! However, must visit if u want to enjoy great Italian food when in Zurich.
Wow, that was amazing. Meraviglioso! The Risotto allo chef was the best risotto Ive ever had. Also our 5 year old loved the pizza. He never ate an entire pizza before, but now he did. Also, the Italian waiter was very kind. Great job guys!
Pizza was above average, but not the best weve ever had. The homemade tortelloni were amazing!! Ive loved every bite of it and will surely come back for more.Unfortunately the server understood us wrong and brought us two small portions, which were only barely enough to satisfy our hunger. We paid 25.- for 5 Tortelloni, so we were a bit disappointed in the end. Also, 7.– extra on a pizza for 3 thin stripes of San Daniele Prosciutto seem a little overpriced. However, make sure the server understands you well and youll be happy!
Very nice place, good food great service, nice gluten-free options, great pale ale italian beer
It’s very good. Pizza is a decent thin base with a not-too-sweet, not-too-sharp sugo. Salad is fresh, as are the cheeses. Waiting staff are good. Very happy with the meal and I am sure we will return.
Location: amazing, on our walk to the lake we came across the restaurant and from the looks alone it was inviting.Food: super delicious, we ordered tortellini from the special menu, penne, salmon and pizza, everything was simply scrumptious.Service: fast and helpful even though the place was filled and people lined up to get in.I recommend reserving a table before coming.
To be very honest, the food is good. I have been there multiple times, and it has always been good. However, the service can’t get worse than that. Rude servers, they spoke to us in a disrespectful way when we were trying to be polite. I took my ID out, and the server opened it and started asking questions aggressively, for no reason at all, and just dropped it on the table. To be positive, the food came quickly and was tasty, being the reason this doesn’t get 2stars
My partner and I visited Molino with a couple of friends for dinner. Indoor seating was not allowed due to local COVID restrictions so we had to sit outside.I ordered a pizza while my friends and my girlfriend ordered pasta. My pizza was ok but pastas were poor quality. We also ordered Aperol Spritz and it was well below average. There were a few vegan options but there should be much more. Service was quick and efficient, nothing to add on that.Overall, the experience has been pretty disappointing on my end given that we also spent CHF 160 for 1 pizza, 3 pasta dishes and 4 Spritz. Perhaps I would give it another chance but there are certainly much better options in Zurich.
Great Pizza (the dough is absolutely deliciouswith very professional & friendly service. I definitely recommend it.
We had a pizza Margherita with Salame Piccante and a pizza Margherita with olives and Mozzarella di Buffalla. Both pizzas were greasy and the bottom was soggy. No waiting time though, service was friendly.
Average food. The location of this restaurant is very good, being along the river in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and accommodated me, my family and my friends very well despite the busy afternoon. The service was okay, as the food took a long time to arrive. The pizzas were okay only, not amazing despite the 31 CHF. The seafood pizza was the best of the few. The lasagne and brochettes were average too.Not the best Italian food and not value for money I’m afraid but the staff were very nice.
Waiters were least interested in serving us and behaved cold, Service was very poor, and on asking for recommendation on Wine, the lady said that she does not know english and cant help, and after few minutes she was chatting with Americans on the next table.the Vegetarian pizza we ordered was too salted, and on reporting they said that we dont use salt on pizza and waitress started laughing looking at other side. We just paid and walked away....
