The worst customer service I ever received. The app was saying my order was delivered and upon calling to check where my order is I received nothing but being shouted at the person on the other side of the phone. Telling me my food is on the way, "I cannot give you any more detail" without even taking my postcode or order number. When the pizza arrived eventually, it turned out to be the wrong order - ordered pepperoni plus and I got this (see photos). Upon calling the branch again, I continued to be shouted at and made to feel like all of this was my fault. This is just unacceptable behaviour and I will never order from this place again. Terrible, terrible Friday night experince that I will never forget. Definitely not the way you want to end your stressfull week. My advice is, avoid this place and pay more but get better quality pizza and customer service.

Brilliant. They have a proper stone oven. The website is brilliant. The service is great and guys are friendly. The pizzas are amazing. What else do you want.

Horrible phone service and their drivers are incapable of operating automatic gates, would not recommend - more stress than the food is worth. Never even got the food 👎

I ordered a 15 inch pizza and I was given a 10 inch pizza despite using the “Any Pizza, Any Size” deal. I called to complain on the mistake as they also forgot the extra garlic sauce. I was promised the manager, Nabil would call me back to provide refund which never happened.Surprisingly, they also advertise deep pan as an option but they don’t do that at all.Quite disappointed on the service - with regards to the pizza, toppings are generous but I wouldn’t say the pizza is anything special.

Incredible pizza, the best we have had outside of Italy by a mile.. delicious, so reasonable and they delivered quite a distance away and it was still piping hot. We will definitely be ordering again, delicious

This is such an amazing place to order pizza!! Usually order from pizza hut a well known company but ive got to give it to these people this pizza is way better. Loved the texture and how it was made in a wood fire. Excellent quality of food :will definitely be ordering again!!!
