Amazing Wood oven baked pizzas

Super authentic pizza. We watched our Margherita being prepared and placed in the wood oven. Very good value too.

I really cant understand why some people leave a negative one star review because supposedly the service was bad.Firstly if anything you didnt like etc you simply discuss the issue in a well mannered way with the restaurant.Secondly as consumers you/we need to understand that kindnesses and patience is a key point for having a pleasant experience, dont expect royal serving if your not well mannered in general, no one is forcing you to step into any restaurant or bar.....Having said that i need to express my experience with the establishment.Besides the fact that their pizza is delicious which is the reason why a review should be made (the product they offernot because you went there and was not pleased by the so called allegedly poor service. Having said that i had great customer service by one of their employees Maria who represented the restaurant perfectly for a certain issue i had which i dealt with by calling them and talking about it, unlike some who look for opportunities to leave a negative comment online.Coming from a person of the industry and a huge pizza enthusiast Pizzaiolo is one of the best i tried so far in Nicosia.Ohh also their take away/delivery time was very fast compared to other restaurants.Cheers

The pizza wasnt the worst overall, but their customer service is just horrible! Would NOT recommend!! If you want to be eavesdropped on your conversation by the staff that dont have anything else to do except sit in the tables for the costumers go there. If not, I suggest you better dont. Not worth your time OR money!

The pizza was good, The customer service is very bad. We were about to leave and some other costumers came and they literally told us to go away so that the next customer sits.. Its wasn’t even in a polite manner, they literally kicked us out

This is the best pizza in town. Very tasty, me and my kids like it so much!
