This was a self date last week, came from work hungry and thought to a quick meal. Craved from something different and zerod in at this establishment.Ordered for masala fries (Kshs 300and later on added a piece of chicken (Kshs 100). The service was okay but I complained that the chicken wasnt fresh and the lady who served me just casually went to the kitchen & said she is complaining of the chicken she says it taste wierd.... So the one at kitchen said kuku iko Sawa.... So she comes says hiyo kuku iko Sawa.... Lol.Nilichoka hapo had no issue with their masala fries (the serving tho is small for the amount I paid forbut for a chicken lover niliwachia kuku hapo, the lady who served me was shocked I told her am not going to willingly have food poisoning. Paid the full amount n left but promised myself I aint going to ever step there.My first experience & it was a total fail.

Very poor service.The waiter runs to you when you arrive but services are very bad.I came there the waiter on the receipt gave me menu, she brought the food without salad after then left after bringing the food to run to arriving customers. After asking a fellow waiter she came and said no salad and yet I ordered because she insisted it comes with salad. She didnt bring cutleries only brought the spoon and it was chicken.Time to bring the bill, she just threw the receipt on the table 🤔🤔Very very disappointed with your services today

Pathetic wings and tasteless fries and your waitresses doesnt no the difference between white tea and black tea they are so unprofessional....

Since 3:30pm my delivery not here yet and the customer care lady very rude, she didnt even bother to check with my order. Whats the use of having them lakini?

Worst service ever! Waitresses full of attitude and not friendly. Didnt deliver what was on the menu yet the prices are still the same. When complaining about it, the waitress was just rolling her eyes. The food was pathetic. Very dry chips and chicken. No taste and flavour. Dont waste your money and time. Some places should just be shut.

They promise what they dont deliver. My food order got changed without consulting me. Then the order comes incomplete. The ice-cream promised as part of an offer wasnt delivered. The waitress tells me that they have run out of onions, when onions are sold next door. They need to take their service more seriously. And wheres the coleslaw salad? Not delivered too🤯🤯

Good place for family weekend outing

This place is hands down amaizing. They have pizzas of all flavours unimaginable and at an affordable price. The pizaa*meat lovers*was one exceptional one that I got the chance to try that day... The blend of the various types of meat was just finger licking good😋. The staff too are amaizing and very polite, they even assist you to choose the one that you can try and trust me, they dont disappoint. Also they deliver your meal within the shortest time possible even during their busiest hours. I loved the place and would like another chance to eat out from there 👌

The receptionist attended to me in a professional manner, carried out her duties as exepected. The spacious waiting bay that could accommodate 7 of us guys as we waited for our orders to be called out. The sequences at which clients were given directions just kept me asking myself the kind of training the management equiped the attendant here. I would say you deserve the 5star rating. Kudos
