Ordered a pizza it arrived cold the box was squished and the cheese was off the pizza, terrible service

I just ordered from here. Pizza is alright and I looked forward to the chips. I never recieved my drink which was somehow an extra 3 euro making it over 20 euro. I ended up vomiting from the cheese on the chips and pizza but hey. Pizza was cold as well as the chips.

Decent food the waitress was really nice and friendly and professional.

A word to say Thanks to the very kind staff yesterday evening. I landed on them with six hungry 12 year old boys; a little racous even; so once more Thanks for your patience with me, great value and lovely home made pizza, made in an open kitchen.

Do not be deceived by the place . It is out dated and I need of an interior designer. But the food is amazing . Place is clean too. Really good. It would be so much better if it was given a make over

The absolute best pizza you can get!!! Kind staff, great service, and if you order inside, you can see your pizza being made fresh!! I personally recommend the Hawaiian pizza, its just amazing!

Pizza restaurant in the heart off Tralee Town, Great choice off pizzas and loads off choice for those who want something Italian. Busy on weekends but worth the wait.

Great pizza, just not the best place to eat in.

Pizza was ok at best. Got garlic mushrooms and the amount of cold water that fell out of them it was vile. Mushrooms were cold but batter was hot and rock hard. Also got cheesy chips and the chips were very bland and hard. Asked for water nearly 3 times and got ignored all times. Toilets badly need a clean.

Well, few weeks ago got a Calzone for take away. Once at home discovered was all burnt. Brought it back and ask for money back. Staff wasnt impressed and the guy making pizzas didnt seem to cate really. Passed frw weeks and gave it another chance last night. Dame pizza, same stort. Didnt bother driving back this time. Maybe time to get rid of the pizza guy, no?

Second time Ive used this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service, great prices too . Highly recommended.

I didnt like anything at all. I had vegetable soup that had no taste. Chicken wings came with no souce and very oily. Finally I tried pasta . Absolutely cheapest ever. Buy pasta from lidl and add red sauce would be more tastier..food came too quick ...And table given right beside the stairs...No more .... sorry...

Pizza was good, service was fair. Cleaning could be upped a good bit. One of the staff sneezed into her hand, itches/wiped her nose afterwards and didnt wash her hands before serving. Thats a real big NO for me.

Had a problem with delivery drivers here before so I stopped ordering. Gave it a go this evening again, the lady said delivery would be €3.50 to Blennerville. When he arrived he demanded €6. I am so sick of this place

Everything came out fast, fresh, and piping hot! We were all happy with our selections. Pizza dough was thin and tasty, fried (chipswere perfect and the server was kind. Great place for a quick, tasty, inexpensive dinner or lunch.

Had a tasty meal at a reasonable price. And probably the best coffee Ive had in Tralee to date (Ive had a fair few in different places). Staff was efficient and friendly, if a tad informal. I ordered the beef Souvlakia, a Greek recipe, which resulted in tasty seasoned meat grilled on a skewer, served on a large homemade pitta bread with a nice salad. The overall portion was sufficient, but I would have liked and expected more meat..

Food is ok. Nothing too special. The prices are great but WHY, WHY do they have to write the double price of the Pizzas in the menu and then write "Pizzas half price Monday to Sunday" meaning everyday... Just write the ACTUAL price. Youre not fooling anyone! Its just a cheap way to attract costumers and giving them a false sense of making a bargain.

Very convenient, half price pizzas on weekdays and open till late. Small mix up with the order but was quickly corrected. Do not get take away nachos though, they were crushed up, burnt, and all the salsa was in the bottom. Pizza very nice though.
