Tasty good quality pizza

I usually don’t go to western restaurants in Taiwan but we wanted to try out this one. The handmade pizzas are very authentic; for this price I’m not sure how you could get better than this.Another review mentioned how it was “slow”, that the pizza was “too thin and not chewy enough”; but obviously this person does not know much about pizza. This is how it should be. Even the house wine was decent.The only down point: I would play more authentic Italian music.

頭幾年經過有吃過經驗很不錯，但這次經驗完全讓我不會再有下次，雖說是疫情影響，店裡只有兩桌，一桌是我，一個男外場人員感覺很隨便，現在也不會介紹菜單了，只丟著就走了，菜單也很老舊，要點餐也不容易，外場人員完全沒在注意客人，一直躲在後面，要加點什麼的根本不鳥你。餐點部份則是欠佳，沒有以往用心，沒有看到以前的義大利師傅了，面皮感覺只是很用力打的很薄，無以往所說的傳統式的嚼勁，上面的料我只能說擺的超級醜口感也不好，春日是我以前喜歡的口味很清爽，但現在披薩上的馬鈴薯完全像乾扁的玉米大小？！不注意會忘記有馬鈴薯，然後完全吃不到口感也不美觀，培根也全疊在一起⋯另一個蕪菁葉香腸，師傅把蕪菁葉就是一坨給你，沒有平均一點也不美觀，口感也不佳，現在品質感覺真的下降很多，環境整潔也還好而已。貴店價位不低，但如果這樣的服務還要給10%服務費真的是給心酸的，個人心得供參考。

I would give 10 stars if I could. Everything we ordered was stunning, absolutely delicious. And the pizza easily ranks among the best pizza restaurants in Taipei. Ordered salami pizza, pizza magherita, a thick soup, clams with bread, and tiramisu, and the total was only 1300 ntd. Staff very good too. 100% coming back soon

Pizzas, Pasta, Antipasto and dessert were all great !

Pizza is okay. Service is extremely slow. Waited for 30mins between the pizza and the pasta. Checked with the waiter twice and each time they told me they were making it. 50mins later the pasta finally shows up.

Was tough finding a good pepperoni pizza spot in Taiwan...till nowUpdate: we had been ordering their pizzas 外帶 during the lockdown. Still good but nice to finally able to dine-in after months. Really can’t beat the fresh crunchy crust. Also discovered a new favorite in the truffle pasta this visit. Btw, gotta give props to their staff and chef for helping us with making a little extra plain pasta for our 18 month old. As most know, you gotta keep the child sane in order to enjoy a peaceful meal. Really appreciate it!!!

Whilst walking back to our hotel we stumbled across this little gem.We had a couple of pizzas which were amazing. The flavor was perfect and the base was cooked to perfection.My wife had the mushroom pasta which was hands down the best pasta dish I have ever tasted.The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the food. We were lucky to get a table as we had not booked. So glad we did and I think we will even be back again today 😁Highly recommend anyone to try this restaurant.

I would actually the food 4.6, and we also order two glasses of house wine, which was also given to us with a very generous amount. But I gave this place 3 stars, because the service just completely ruined the experience. The waitress dropped the spoon on the table, I am fine with these accidents, but she did not say a word and just left, we ended up telling her that it was not ok to do that, also we came at 8 to have dinner, and we wanted to order something else at 8:36, but only then we found out that last call ended at 8:30, the waitress also didn’t want to talk with us at a close range, we asked her for something, but she was standing like 3 meters away from us, which made very just awkward.

Never once let me down! Casual environment with authentic Italian food.Pizza, pasta, appetizer, desserts...even the beers are good. Make sure to make a reservation on weekends.My personal favorite pizzeria in Taipei. 👍點什麼都不會踩雷😋👌

A lot of interesting, creative and good topping combinations in this upscale pizza specialist. They simply use some of best ingredients (eg salamiI’ve had in Taipei, paired with a slightly doughy style of crust. Can also give their outstanding fried seafood appetizer a try. Restaurant is a bit too warm in the summer. Brisk service

Really excellent pizza, super light bubbly crust and very high quality toppings. Super authentic. The dough is double fermented so it has great chew and flavor. Florence-style.

Real gem of a pizza parlour, they serve the most authentic Italian pizza I have tried in Taiwan. Pasta options are limited, but cant go wrong with their choices. Topping it all off, the tiramisu dessert was just the cherry on top.Ambience is great, service is excellent, price is fair for what we ordered, not much to fault!Definately be back!

The pizza was nice and cheesy, and the salads were fresh and crunchy! Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

- The pizza is fine- Service is fine- Cleanliness is fine- Prices seem a tad high at times, based on what you order.- Pizza selection is not so varied. The menu in general is not so varied, but it has some interesting dishesI still recommend trying it. Its a place that deserves a try.

Pretty good and well done thin Italian style pizza

I was visiting from Los Angeles and found this hidden little gem. The food was fabulous and the owner Pablo came out and talked with us for awhile. The atmosphere was very inviting and everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend stopping by and having some authentic Italian pizza, good wine and wonderful Customer Service. I will definitely come by and eat the next time I visit Taipei.

Very authentic Italian eatery. Pinot Gris house wine ( Italian was good standard . The pizza bases ( 72 hour sourdough is exceptional ...it was tasty and crisp ( not doughy and spongy that you can find all over taipei i think this place has raised the bar for pizza. Service was top class so i will go back to check out the salads and pasta.

Pizza Persé is easily the best pizza restaurant Ive been to in Taiwan. Ive sampled a lot of Italian pizzas in my life and this place is the real deal, and thats because the staff was trained in Italy just for this. They have an extensive menu with pizzas, pastas, salads etc. But this restaurant isnt the best just because of the food, the atmosphere is appealing because of the sophisticated design as well as the well put together music playlist. On top of all, that the staff is warm and accommodating and the owner is very approachable and has a genuine interest in the comfort and satisfaction of the customers.Oh... The price is ridiculously low for the amazing experience you get.
