I went yesterday , It’s not what it used to be , not even close . very average pizza nothing special not worth the money and on top of that I had inflammation and diarrhea

We went on a Saturday after noon.We sat at the sectiom near the children playgroung to keep an eye on our young ones.The place was very crouded and smoking inside was allowed.We ordered a variety of food from the menu and all was fairly delicious.The salad was very fresh and a generous portion offered enough for 4 persons maybe more.The pizza was all of good quality ingredients and tasty except for the peperoni and ham. The peperoni had a bad taste since ot was cow not pork and they used mortadella instead of ham. They did not even ask us if we wanted pork or halal ingredients.The prices were fair compared to the quantities, quality and service.The weird thing is that they did not even wait for us to finish our plates to clean the table without any notice. Apparently they had the section we were sitting in reserved for a birthday party so they needed us to leave.Place is recommended since in that region is one of the best.

Pizza Napoli is a place where you can eat a lebanese italian style pizza without paying a lot of money. They have to enhance their service which is a little bit slow.

Best pizza in Lebanon.If you ever around that area its a must to try.

A good pizza place.Even though I dont like pizza much, the pizza served here is really delicious.The crust prepared here is really good, not oily not chewy, just crisp and tasty.The restaurant is spacious with a parking area.Service is quick, and waiters are friendly.

Food quality is goodTaste is very goodService is very slow, it took 10 minutes plus to take attention of the Waiter.The Waiter had very low and limited knowledge for the menu, menu items and ingredients and served portions.The order was served after waiting for long time, and just when we were done having the main dishes and before we leave the fries were served, even we did remind them of it many times.In general the food is good but the service is very slow and awful

It’s a more than pizza place, you can enjoy so many food varieties and enjoy the place. Don’t worry about your kids there’s a place for them to play safely

When we ordered from the place, we were very disappointed. We were reluctant to go dine there but really wanted some Pizza. We we t there and had a very pleasant surprise. The pizzas are AMAZING, full of flavors, very cheesy and just yummy. The waiter was very nice and the place was clean. We also found out that they have open wings every Tuesday and would go to try them sometime soon. Very much recommended.Another added bonus is the very affordable prices.

A restaurant weve been lying in for a long time. He was famous for his pizza at a time when there were still no pizza restaurants. Currently we mean it because it is a suitable place for children where there is a playing space for them as well as their love of pizza. It also has a privileged location in the Kora region of northern Lebanon.

2nd Review August 14, 2021: we are in COVID-19 season, Delta Generation. Waiter is serving us with mask only on his chin, mouthless and noseless mask. How do we trust how their work in the kitchen? !!! I asked to see the manager, other waiter told me that he informed the manager... As I am sitting I noticed waiters in the bar area with maskless. Is there a health inspection? Is there anyone who follows these issues?1st review on 2019: Because we love this place, we have to say the truth, Management must improve the customer service...

It took more than 1h30 min to arrive and smaller and not delicious as expected and they took double delivery without giving previous notice

Their closed branch in Tripoli was the best in foods and tastes.Our last visit since 3 weeks ago was so bad, foods were not good and not tasty at all.However, staff is respectable and professional, but Kitchen chiefs should be replaced

Pizza Napoli:There is doubt that when you crave pizza, you will immediately think of Pizza Napoli. It is almost impossible to be disappointed and not have cravings to go back to this place again. It also offers a wide range of salads, burgers, and even plates that would for sure meet your satistfaction.

Its my favorite place of all time.Best pizza place ever.They have a great food selection I have never had anything besides pizza.

We passed by Pizza Napoli for some pizzas. The pepperoni pizza was ok, the four cheese pizza was really good. The chicken pizza was good. It was a good experience.

Delicious pizza the prices are inexpensive and it is a good place to take your kids to. There is a little playgroud outside. The design is unique and admirable.

The pizza is really tasty, but kindly remove the non smoking sign from the door, and make sure that your staff who said that "the non smoking sign is only there for the children under 5 years" takes a lesson in deadling with customers. Not respecting the sign that you put on the door of your restaurant is something unacceptable but making fun of the requirements of your customers is certainly not related to the lebanese hospitality.

Nice place if you want to have a delicious pizza or any other international platter when outside Beirut. Good place for family and good place for kids where they can enjoy having fun at the kids zone and have fun with games after having their pizza or what ever was their food, as both ways they will enjoy it. The service is really good fast and straight to the point.

Well,it was such a good experience we gad a yummy meals and a happy faces of waiters and a fast serve,but we had an esue it was with criapy platers we had ordered a small crispy meal and we have to pay 8.75 but they gaved us a plater of crispy and we had to pay 14.25 when we just ordered this around 8L.L.

I was with my cousin and brother we had a salad it wasnt yummy the dressings were not that fresh . We ordered a medium pizza hawain they didnt put the pineaplle on them we had to let them fix it for us the only good thing that i enjoyed there was the shisha .i had two apples it was hectic.

The worst restaurant everWe have been in jbeil branchThe Pizza didnt match our expectations and the Quinoa salad was tasteless and it came with feta cheese instead of mozarella cheese as it shows in the menu and when we asked for mozarella we got a small piece of tasteless cheeseNot to mention the lazy and unfriendly stuff that takes too much time to answer youAnd when we asked for the bill it came in a very dirty and oily check holder and the waitress kept on removing the dishes instead of getting us the exchange so we had to go to the cachier desk to get the exchange and leaveThe worst restaurant ever that doesnt even deserve any star for the rating

Im so happy I came here before I left lebanon.. Because Ive been craving gluten free pizza for a month.. and believe me you can look everywhere in lebanon and what are the chances of finding gluten free?? Shoukran ktirrr for the yummy pizzzaaaa 👍

Great place for families and groups of friends. Casual and not expensive. Pizza is delicious. There is indoor and outdoor seating. There is a place for kids to play and a second floor of you want more privacy .There is shisha/arguile service if youre sitting outdoors.Strongly recommend this place.Its also a chain of restaurants now. The main one is in Kourah.

Pizza Napoleon is one of the most popular pizzeria in the region its taste is normal but somehow delicious.The thing which was kind of gross in my outing their was that there were flies all over the place plus that the ketchup container is so dirty that we dont know its date.In summary:pizza Napoleon is a good destination for familys because behind the building is fun park for all ages but be aware to sit outside or in the second floor because you will regret it because of the flies plus their is a big screen for sports events

This review is biased because I had way too many good times at this place. Lovely family owned place, large and great for groups. All the food is delicious - I highly recommend the sojouk pizza. The chicken tenders and sandwiches are good too.
