Excellent pizza place , food is always fresh

Recently their food has been better fresh and arrived hot. Family deals are value for money and orders arrive before stated time.

Used to good start rubbing nowTook £2 extra after service charges and delivery charges dont now for what and no printed receipt

Food is good quality but customer service is very poor

Ordered a double cheeseburgerVegetable burgerDoner meatand chicken wings ,the Vegetable burger was inedible i took a bite out of it and it was full of grease ,tasted like dirty oil ,it went straight into the bin ,next time Ill stjck to ordering their pizzas which are nice

Very nice pizza, fries and garlic bread. I ordered the meat feast and a spicy chicken one I cant remember the name of but they are both very nice. The garlic bread was nice and crispy with an amazing taste. Food is always fresh when collected but when delivered it is not fresh so if you were to order from this joint then definately collect the food. Overall its a 9.5/10 because of the delivery but everything else is amazing!

I ordered pizza from here and a few other things when I collected the food It looked like I entered the mob very bad customer services 5 staff working all looking peed off anyway food was ok kids loved the pizza though sheesh kebab were disgusting avoid at all costs

Ordered 3 pizza’s, chicken strips and chips on Wednesday 19th January 2022 @ 5:00pmAfter leaving my message on the chat line (which was no help whatsoeverI decided to call the pizza shop to ask where was my order.They said “it would be with me anytime now”It arrived 15mins later.Pizzas were cold, chicken strips and chips were cold.Warmed them in the microwave but the chips were undercooked, hard and tasteless.This happened the last time I ordered so I will NOT be using Pizza Millennio again.Carol 🤨

Terrible meal tonight rang and told the have new staff save your self the trouble order else were shocking customer service

Pizza tasted pretty good, but could of been cut better considering it took 30 minutes to wait in the shop for 2 pizzas.

Way to long I thought he forgot my donner meat it was that small pizza ok not cut right hard to pull apart

Great pizza takeaway that Ive been going to for over 10 years now.Good offers on pizza and they taste good.If I have one criticism then its that they need to work on cutting the slices a little better.Sometimes the slices are not cut fully.Otherwise I cant really fault them

Consistently good, which is hard to say for most other pizza places. Much prefer their pizzas than others in Birmingham.

Absolutely best pizza and burger shop in the area, I have been visiting this shop a few times a week for the last 5 years or more.Without one complaint,The food is amazing,Customer service amazing always,Service with a smile and they listen,The reason Im writing this review for the first time in 5 years is because I dont think they get enough credit. Also main reason for this is I went to the competition next door pizza go go,They need to go somewhere else because they have no customer service skills, They are very rude,Food is minimal. Prices extortion. they keep adding to the price ,they havnt got a clue in this particular store.please dont go to pizza go go as you will be disappointed. Used this place for over twenty years! All of a sudden there’s an issue of doner burger fries and drink! Because I didn’t select any I got lettuce and mayo! Shame really

I have been ordering from millenios for years and years and although there has been a few mishaps the food has generally been really nice, although tonight has been a different story. We ordered the food on just eat but paid with cash so was a bit mythed straight away about paying a delivery charge. The food turned up on time but they had forgot my bottle of pop, he asked if I wanted for him to go get it and come back or just take it off the bill, I decided the latter and he gave me one pound back. The chips were freezing and the nuggets tasted like they had been cooked yesterday. The Pizzas seem to have got a lot smaller and aftering a Mexican heatwave was dissapointed that there was no heat what so ever. The pizza tasted like they have a sponsor deal with a tomato puree company and was very undercooked. The garlic pizza bread was really nice tbf!! Definitely need to up the game again lads, I only gave two stars because have been ordering here for so long. Hoping this was just a one off!!

Good pizza at a great price. You can waite up to a hour for a delivery on the weekend as they get very busy.

Great place but something is just not right how it was a couple years ago. You can get some great pizza, its just a tiny bit better then most pizza places. Used to be on another level.

Do not order from this place if you are staying in the village hotel and you want your takeaway to actually turn up. They say they have been in to reception and waiting for 10-15 minutes when you sit by the reception and monitor the people coming in hoping it’s your food!

The food is worth the wait but some times they take a long time to give you your food

I have had burgers from loads of places but the double cheese burgers that pizza millennio do have to be my favorite. Their overall food is great highly recommend.

Disappointed to order the margarita pizza (specifically says mozzarella and tomatowith the garlic base option only to open the box and find it doesn’t contain any tomato - just a cheesy garlic bread! The “pizza” bade was hard and dripping with grease. Fries were also tasteless and soggy.

order was on time but really disappointed 😔. and when we call to just tell them that not what we order they accuse us you made wrong oder and really untrained staff. never gona order again

Not very happy with your attitude tbh! You need to fix up if your gonna work in a food shop and learn to open your ears. Your customer service is poor. And I will not be returning too your shop.

Great Pizza great staff and absolutely fantastic price. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and was told it would be between 45mins to an hour for delivery. Two hours later still no pizza. I rang pizza millenio who said that it should be on the way and apologies for the delay. After 20mins still no pizza. I rang them back again to ask where the pizza was and they said they would phone the driver to see what was happening. I heard nothing so I rang back 15mins later. They kept me on the phone whilst they rang the driver and I got told it would be 5mins and there would be no charge for the pizza along with an apology. Twenty mins later the pizza arrived. Customer service is not up to standard. Never ordering from here again which is a shame as eaten from here many times previous to this.

Never againI waited exactly 1 hour and 46 minutes for 1 pizza. I called after an hour and they said it was on it’s way, I called again after another 30 mins had gone by and it was still ‘on it’s way’ and it ‘should still be warm’. I asked how long ago the driver left and was told 10 minutes (clearly a lie as I was told 30 mins before it was on its waywhen I said this the man was very rude and unapologetic. He explained to me that even if my pizza was cold and I didn’t want it I wouldn’t get a refund. The pizza didn’t taste nice, the service was awful, AVOID.

Every order seems to take ages even when collecting. The service is awful and the staff are just plain rude with one guy who is an exception to the rule. I will not be back and will ensure everyone else I know isn’t. Ridiculous that we spend money for the staff to just ignore you and present food far later than promised. It isn’t even the first time they did this!

Usually great, however on this occasion service was very slow. Told 10 minutes for our food, it was closer to 45! When I got home and opened it the donner burger was severly lacking in donner!Tasted good though.

Thought give it a try because it had decent google rating. Big mistake. Pizza was hard, toppings smelt off and made us ill. Disappointed to say the least.

I ordered a small pizza, Doner burger and a strawberry cheese cake. The Doner meat was dry, crispy and hard. So we couldnt even eat it and just to top it off the cheese cake was frozen solid. Totally disapointed and had re order new food.

Have to pay 40p extra for one sauce which should be free with a meal. Fries are low quality.
