Havent been to pizza hut for quite a while. Now they have a variety set of menu with an option tu uograde. Back then, drinks menu was expensive to add on to your meal.

Comfortable seating; both upstairs and downstairs. Friendly staff and good food at reasonable prices.Update:As of May 23rd 2022, dining in is only limited to downstairs.

Extremely Bad, no cheese powder and informed only available in kitchen. That is fine bcas at least gave me response When I requested chilli source, the waitress just look at me but never take any actions. is it the quality of services that we should pay for nowsadays? The cleanest of the pot also quite make me worried. By the time, I want to make payment downstairs cashier asked me walk up and informed their colleague to close their section to proceed the payment!!!! What kind of services fees that i paid for??? They can’t even have internal call to solve a simple task!

Takeaway is the cheapest way to order from pizzahut.

Ordered thru Grab food and received the worst possible pasta. Our orders were creamy carbonate spaghetti and salami olio spaghetti. They were completely bland. Salami olio spaghetti was just cooked n packed, added nothing into it but a few bits of sausages - not even chilli flakes. Utter disappointment for the price we pay! Hope they know that people who order are some hungry tummies. Tolong ye.

The service here is bad, the staff and manager are racist. Really disappointed with their attitude, heres the worst service Ive ever had.As a manager is not polite, still have qualified to train employees? Really dont know how you got the manager position.Thank you.

Cosy place and a good place to hang out with friends. Now you can dine in but can just order through qr code, very convenient cus u dont need to line up to order thus can reduce the risk of contacting the virus.

Pizza hut got no pizza..quite funny..maybe they got to deliver online orders..hospitality - need to have some exposure to the staff..present staff no experience of hospitality..table manners out..

When I went in there to order there was no one in the counter.I waited for 35 mins and then a person came and then I ordered the food that I wanted.

Very very slow, i booked for 1personal pizza at 12.30, for pickup at 1.30. i went there at 1.15 n paid, but got my pizza at 1.45. very poor service

The food is good, but the staff who called N** Adi** duty during lunch time is not friendly to us, hope Pizza Hut Teluk Intan outlet can solve it, tq

The food was good, only rhe mushroom soup is a little bit thin; and waited about 10mins+ than the expected collection time.

I would give 5stars but always disappointing with cleanliness of the washroom. 🥴

Slow service! No sense of urgency towards customer request

Bad experience. When my wife asking about spoon the staff said the spoon not available when I clearly saw the spoon next to her. Her colleague then gave the spoon once I point out the spoon, while say sorry half heart. But their expression made me really dissapointed.

Because it quite long to complete my order and by the time i was home to eat the the food was cool and it turned down my mood to eat...😣😣 Hope that the service gets better

Friendly staffs, convenience place to dine in. As you can see from the picture, we happily had dinner without drinks, yeahh, thats right! They forgot about it.

1st the staff take our order, and we seen her key in the order, so called see key in. 2nd we saw table at our back gets their drink 1st, as we arrive and ordered 5 minutes earlier than them, they get 1st eventually. After 20 minutes of wait we called one staff and she checked for us nothing were key in, she called the staff that entertain us, and with no guilty at all she replied sorry, what it is, how long you been work. I also have this work experience. ALWAYS double check your key in menu. We been wait 20 minutes and left with disappoinment, your management so lame PH Teluk Intan. How do you train new staff.

So bad... Im not 1st time eat pizza... Im just want to know.. why pizza pizza hut teluk intan was so expensive? Im just ordering one regular pizza n ice lemon tea the cost is RM 46.20.... Im really disappointed with the price... The prblm is not I cant pay it.. I been eaten before this at tapah... The price is just RM 20... 😤😤😤 So bad and also late service...

The new Durian Cheese pizza was amaaazing! You can taste the Durian flesh on the first bite! But i hope Pizza Hut can put more Durian in it so that we can taste the durian on every part of the pizza. Overall i give 5 stars for the unique taste combination!

I have ordered my food and drinks. I understand that your place was busy but I ordered only plain hot water but it took also 20mins to comes out. This is ridiculous. At least the food is late but the drinks must come first and also i think you guys must improve in your service staff

its very nice to make a deal with pizza hut teluk intan.they will make a confirmation before leaving to delivery our order.the person spoke very nice. even during hari raya they still being nice in taking order while in call...thank you guys, thabks to pizza hut teluk intan

Food was good and served fast. No crowd and i enjoyed the food and the environment. The waiter was friendly. The toilet was a bit dirty.

Its a Friday night dine in and they should have more service crews around (worth the 10% service charge). The plain water charged at RM1 tasted muddy despite being slightly warm. Please kindly get a decent water filter. Other than that, the supreme pizza were good with quite a lot of toppings.

Was the last customer to the shop. Still being served very nicely and politely . The staff always greets u with a smile. If they are slow to your table try to be patient as they are serving other tables and not playing around. :)

Food are just like any other branches. Nthg much special. Staff talks to me as if i cant afford the meal. Waiting time is a little bit long compared to any other branches.

Food okay.. staff muka sombong. Especially wanita melayu. Sangat hidung tinggi! Hope can smile and respect customers request. Everything else great. Staff wanita melayu teruk. Not to be racists but thats the fact there. Terutama kaunter tingkat atas dan waiter.

Poor service(take away)..50 mins of waiting..got cold onion rings,pizza and chicken balls and only one hot pizza(i ordered two)..plus,the worker was not helping at all..
