Highly disappointed it’s not about food because food comes on second it’s about respect why there behavior are so bad and can u plz explain if 2 families are sitting inside and eating food why we are not allowed to sit inside can u plz explain. If there was a rule it’s only for some people rest all can sit and eat . I will post this on all over till they will clear this wh they just did with us .

Very satisfied with their service.I mistakenly ordered pickup from Old Souk Salmiya though I wanted to order from City Center Salmiya Pizza hut, when I arrived here and told the staff here about my misunderstanding they were so kind to arrange everything out and promptly updated my order location.Food was good too, 10/10 for customer service. Very good behavior from staff especially thanks to the staff named "Ayush" , his quick thinking and helpful behavior saved my day otherwise Id have drive again and go to my mistaken location...On other days I received great service too. Much appreciated guys, keep up the great work 👏

I am extremly disapointed today of my overall experience at this restaurant. Note that we are going there about every 2weeks and we never had problems before.Tonight, the service was like very annoying, we had line tree waitresses coming asking almost the sae question one after the other. Then the bill came and I noticed a mistake(it can happenand reviewing the bill later I realized that they had made another mistake cause the price was finally less that the one I found at the first place. Was 3.4kd more but I saw only 2.6kd over…. Makes me wonder if they do this often and just pray that we do not chek the detail of the bill and therefore pay more that we should.Came home with the leftovers. 😡😡 Two and a half pieces of the pizza was missing.I’m not happy with this experiendce at all and it’s sad cause everything happened in the same experience.As I said, we never had any problems before.I don’t know what changed in the staff or management so it all happened so abruptly that it made me want to write a bad review.

only take away orders because of covid, but there some seats infront of it

Compare to other pizza hutt..salad options were less..food was just ok.. service Ill say 3/5*...no birthday celebration music...staff were friendly though.. not going again to this branch

Pizza Hut is pretty international, so you most likely have had it. But if you havent, then check this out to answer the majority of your questions.--ARABIC--Arabic needed: None (0/5)--PRICE--The price depends a lot on how many people are in your group - Ive found that the more people in a group, the cheaper it gets per person. If eating alone, expect to may about 3-5KD+ depending on what youre getting. If you have someone with you, then expect about 3 each. If you have 3+ people in your group then expect to pay about 2.5-4.5, again depending on things such as what youre getting and what offers are available.--FOOD--The pizzas here are definitely the fattiest compared to all the other pizza joints. A ton of oil is used, as well as cheese. Some people love it, some people hate it. Its just something you have to try, since its a bit different to what you might expect if you havent had Pizza Hut before. I personally like it, but certainly not as an authentic joint. Dont expect to come here for an Italian-style pizza; youre going to be disappointed, since this is arguably the most non-Italian pizza in Kuwait.--ATMOSPHERE--This branch is more open and empty. No views at all. I would recommend going to the branch on the beach, as its miles better than this branch in terms of atmosphere (but not service, food etc. if you get what I mean)Overall, its pizza. Oily, fatty, pizza. Theres not much else to say.
