Friendly service, Well cooked tasty pizzas

Food very good

Food was alright, service could have been better however i rate it 3 🌟

We ordered 3 pizzas they were 25 minutes late and they forgot one of the pizzas they came back an hour later and gave us the pizza and we didnt even get a compensation drink

Ridiculous wait time, not at a busy time either and took 20 minutes. Will not be coming back.

Pizza was quite nice but the service was slow. Ordered on line to pick up, it was 25 minutes late

Took longer than they said by about 15 minutes. Very little tasty toppings.

I have been here many times and never had an issue. I convinced my brother in law to stop going to Dominos. Recent visit we ordered and waited patiently. After 20 mins we were told 1 min for our sides. What resulted cold awful pizza and over 5 mins of waiting for sides. There was no stretch in the mozarella cheese as it had sat too long. 😔 very disappointing.

Worst Pizza Hutt ever , Waited 30 minutes after ordering online and turning up 10mins after it was supposed to be ready . The staff are rude and all of them remove there masks while making the pizzas . I asked why they said because we can . Terrible service and terrible pizzas .

Online order was really late, like 30 minutes late.. could’ve just ordered in store. Pizza itself is what you’d expect.

Actually Quite bad. Dominos is at least twice as good, pizza hut Doe is just not as good. /the stuffed crust is also not on par. The chips i got were super salty. on a price point much that same. i will not go to pizza hut again.

Really disappointed. The bases tasted great and that was about it. Disorganized staff nothing came together with my order. Chips were hot but over salted and the pizzas were luke warm from waiting ages for chips to be cooked. Hardly any topping on all the four of the pizzas we bought. Looks like they are cutting costs. No flavour at all. If we werent hungry after the extremely long wait we would have just thrown them out. Not sure ill be back sadly. Maybe the boxes would have tasted better.

Rude telephone staff manager dont go if you have a complaint like no delivery from online

So happy pizza Hut now has a vegan option which is actually really delicious

They said it would be ready in 15 minutes but took more then that but it was worth. It was really good taste although

I think that the cheaper pizzas are terrible in comparison to Dominos. This is of no fault to the staff at pizza hut, but the chain itself. I used to really enjoy pizza hate but over the years I think it has gotten worse 😥

Occasionally something wrong with my order but the staff are good about it and are always happy to help

Ordering online is definitely the easy to go, turn up pay and get your pizza and go home and enjoy, never go to hells!!!

Richmond Store... Worst experience ever, this store is full of incompetence! Got to store to find they didnt have my order, couldnt find it and didnt really seem botheredby this fact, so I re-ordered (without receiving the discount I would have gotten onlinewaited for what seemed like an unreasonable time for 2 regular classic pizzas and got home to find they couldnt even get that right and one of my pizzas wasnt what I had ordered... wont ever be going back to pizza hut... best stick with Dominos... they actually seem to give a damn.

Wont try hot meaty spicy gluten free pizza again a disappointed, not hot at all, taste less, too far away to return when I discovered it wasnt yumo

Got delivery last night heaps of the order was wrong and one shrimp per pizza slice is pathetic

Nice food but took ages to be served and a lot longer than they said for it to be ready. However, its convenient and decent enough. Heaps of parking normally too.

There is no difference between the $14 pizza and the $9 ....but good service....

Ok pizza, the base was cooked all the way through which was good, sometimes other places haven’t done that. The pizza was advertised as $5 but when ordering you get charged $5.90, misleading advertising at its finest 👏, thanks pizza hut.

Thought I would try your new Bacon & Aioli pizza tonight - was lucky if I got one piece of bacon per slice of pizza and NO aioli :( wont be ordering that one again!!

Worst coustermer service I’ve have had in a long time! I arrived at the store after ordering a vegan $7 pizza and was ignored for 5 minutes. After witch I payed with $20cash and told I would have to wait a further 5 minutes to get change once the delivery driver returns. At this stage I had spent 5 minutes waiting around at the counter and see all the mess so I politely ask if I can have a refund. The person on the till could not open it and asked me to wait for a further 5mins, 15mins later and the driver returned and opened the till and told me I had only just orded.

I online ordered the pizzas and they were ready when I got there. The pizzas were what I expected from the place and they were fairly cheap. All in all it was okay

Worst pizza I had in years, will never go there again. Was different to what I ordered, had hardly anything on it either (like 4 thin slices of salami and hardly any tomato saucecost over $13 and tasted like sh... Took it back to complain and they guy actually told me that I got what I ordered and started arguing. Told him that I am not happy since it is definetly different and want money back, so he finally gave me money back, at least.

Staff really are trying to up sell thats fine buty when they are told to stop i just want to order pizza & then ask to order desserts from them they couldnt fiqure out what the desserts where & then tryed selling me garlic bread again, Waht happened to staff that knew the menu that listened to the customer Christ that was the most painful 9 minites of my life trying to order 5 simple pizzas

Yum the pizzas are so good I ordered about 6 pizzas by phone for delivery and they said it will take around 45 minutes i said it will take too long deliver them as soon as possible and I got them in 25 minutes great customer service too👌🏻👍🏻

While the food itself tasted fine the service received was poor. 10 pizzas were ordered but only 8 were made. One pizza was meant to have been a free pizza and the code was accepted online but the store refused to honour the code. Additional pizzas were eventually cooked but the service was very disappointing and as such I cant comfortably recommend this store

Worst pizza eva 1 had hair they replaced it the next one had hair they wouldnt refund till I put it on the pizza Hut Facebook. They dont wear hair nets are rude topping is so Im even thats some of the pizzas dont even have topping if . Not even worth one star

The middle of both pizzas were doughy so I rang and told them, my husband got a crook gut he lay in bed while we waited for the replacement pizzas. We switched boxes only to find more uncooked dough. The indian fella had no remorse didnt care about my husband if they were Kiwi the service would be better Im not racist at all Im just stating fact! The Richmond Indians are allot harder to understand on the phone then the Nelson branch the language barrier was terrible! Nelson were understandable and delivered a great pizza top points for them.

Yuck. Dont go here any more. One too many bad experiences. Dominos is far better

Horrible, it shouldnt take 30min to order a pizza!!! Then get horrible customer service! 😡
