Renovated establishment doesnt mean they are improving their service at all. Wait 1 hour during "busy" hour, the staffs are unapologetic. Pizza Hut only focusing on profit ignoring their customer service. Opening tables without considering the volume of order they can handle at the kitchen. Expensive product and poor service. Thats why indonesian love them.
