Pizza Hut Restaurants in Zyryanka

Doesnt have a lift and the restaurant is in a sort of a cave. Doesnt have windows either but the atmosphere is not that bad, unless it gets super busy. The staff and food are OK even though the new ordering system seems a bit confusing. The salad bar could have a bigger variety of healthy choices too.

Cant comment on dine in experience which may be great as the place was very busy/popular, but definitely wouldnt recommend take out. Gluten free option tasted terrible and portion size small and was not worth £12 for one pizza.

We have seated very quickly & service was fast & same quality in every Pizza Hut restaurants.my only criticism is ice cream factory didn’t have any toppings(which is not a problem)

The service is terrible, we waited 20min to order and 35min for the pizzas. The waiters weren’t not polite and attentive or helpful.

We initially had to wait for a table but Aymar was great. Very helpful and understanding. Had to place orders using the QR codes on the tables. Website want the greatest but we managed. Whilst we were waiting, a manager in hijab just seemed to be shouting at every staff member for everything they did. It felt like a training session. They were oblivious to dining customers around them and were just shouting and discussing who covers what area. Really weird and unsettling.The food came except one of the began pizzas. I was told it would be there soon. My family had all eaten and completely finished before my pizza had even arrived. When it did finally come, there wasnt even an apology for the delay . Shame. I watched them eat and now there were watching me eat.Pizza hut food is always great but this branch wasnt the best experience. Aymar was the saving grace for this branch with his helpful attitude.

I didnt even get my food yet. Went to take another round of salad and the waiter cleared my table, took my glass and my phone I put for charging. You should look at the salad bar area for the customers before you take things away. Why would I leave my phone at the table if Im not coming back.

if pizza is your thing and you like pizza hut then this should be a satisfying visit. the pizza / pasta buffet is great. the salad bar is the same - at last I could compose my own salad,and refill at will. ice cream machine is a nice dessert, and all is refill-able, which is great

Food was nice but when you have waiters dropping pizza and needles in the toilets Not the best but food was great

The food was good , just it’s a busy place with too little staff, they are nice and helpful, just not too many of them. have to wait for quiet some time to get noticed for anything we needed 😀

Fine up to the point of trying to get the table cleared and desserts brought to us. Asked three times then had to get up to find someone to sort this. Disappointing.

This place is shocking, we arrived and stood at the door for nearly 20 minutes before someone came over to greet us. They said there was a little wait, this was because there was 9 maybe even 10 dirty tables at the time that were not being cleared. When we were finally seated I had image my order online (had to join the Wi-Fi and sign up as I had no signalI waited 24 minutes for my glasses, in this space of time I did ask someone for them but they never arrived so I had to get up and go to the bar to get them myself. We were a table of 6 and there was 2 separate orders, my friends food came and then about 5 minutes later my food came, which is fine but when it arrived we were told ‘oh you already have your food’ to which I had to remind the staff member that there was 6 of us so it was our food. Food arrived warm not hot. We were in the restaurant for over an hour and the table next to us was piled with dirty dishes and left over pizza and ice creams the entire time. The restaurant itself is really cramped and the toilets are absolutely disgusting, toilet roll all over the floor, locks not working, sinks blocked and full of water. The whole experience was just a major fail, I’ve never seen a restaurant run so badly before. Really disappointed

We waited over half an hour for someone to come and take our drink orders - there was only two of us so not a huge table. Granted the restaurant was fairly busy, but there were two members of staff just standing around singing and laughing. We asked politely if we could place an order after the half hour wait, and were told someone was on their way but still nobody appeared. After a while we decided to go elsewhere so we didnt miss the last train home, and on the way out one of the members of staff came over and said in a rude tone "I thought you wanted to order?"Wont go again.

No lift only stairs. Cleanliness could be better. Food was perfect

The food was great, all the staff was friendly except the one. A girl with curly hair. She made my family wait on the pretext of cleaning table, which was quite ok with me. But soon I realise that she was waiting to clean any table untill new customers arrive , make them wait and then clean the table. She just sat us on the table after a brif time and never bothered to look at our table.Would just stand doing nothing or chatting with her colleagues. Never saw a glimpse of smile on her face, not even a good bye. People like her make affect reputation of the firm .

It wasnt overly busy when we arrived. It did take us 2 hours to order and eat main, salad, and dessert, as we got there at 5pm, its a shame they stop serving the buffet at 3pm, as lots of people would use it into the evening. Took almost an hour to get our dessert. In the time we were there and waiting, other tables occupied 3 seperate guests and two of which also had dessert. Not sure what happened with our service. We were sat for a good hour with dirty plates in front of us. Many waiters were wandering around or stood chatting, food was under the hot plate for a good 20 mins before taken to tables. Wasnt the best impression, for the first time at this restaurant. Would be great if the 3pm buffet was extended.

I wanted to specifically write this review to comment on the manger “Poppy” here. She is doing a wonderful job. The customer service at this place is excellent.I had placed the order through the app and my bank was showing the payment had gone through but for some technical issue they had not received the order at their side.Poppy dealt with the whole thing wonderfully and made sure I received my order. I highly recommend this place for the very friendly and great service.

This Pizza Hut team gets it right at busy times! We left another hyped up restaurant for poor service and came here last minute; we were seated promptly, had glasses for the drinks machine within seconds of ordering, food arrived in under 10 mins and was cooked perfectly to spec (I used to work at another Pizza Hut so I know!and the servers were constantly on it, moving items out of our way, checking up on us. Great work all! I like Pizza Hut because I know what I’m getting and this was no exception:)

Great place for pizza lovers. The staff is very polite and friendly. The food is delicious 😍

Food was delicious, however my daughter waited close to 40 minutes and I only got my pizza when she’d already finished hers. The glasses for our drinks didn’t show up till we were halfway through the pizza and the sides (which came with herseven after approaching staff multiple times.

Do not use if anyone has a food allergy or you need vegan/gluten free. Staff don’t know their own polices…..requested vegan cheese for my 18 month old as has a dairy intolerance. Firstly didn’t have a clue what we where on about then the server tried to offer us the ice cream factory for him even though we had explained he is dairy intolerant! The pizza came with no allergy flag as policy which is shown in the menu. Manager was brought over who then stated it wasn’t policy and was very dismissive about the whole situation!! Haven’t used Pizza Hut for over 10 years…..now I remember why!!

Terrible customer service, need to ask for clearly written dead on the menu. By one get one half price was rejected even after coming back to remind them. No refunds whatsoever. Rude waiters. Dirty toilets. Terrible food quality.

Worst experience everWe came to grab quick bite we ended up struggling with self-order for more than 30 minutesLogin with Facebook and started collecting information!

Staff needs to be trained on how to approach a customer. Went there and told the guy at the entrance that Im waiting for my friend. Didnt even offer a seat where I can wait, and ask me to stand up and wait. She was 10 mins away, I wasnt gonna stand for 10 mins. I thought a seat at least would be nice while I order a couple of things before she comes. The attitude I receives was not nice. I felt very uncomfortable and just left without having anything. Would not recommend!

Disappointing. Pizza was nice but we couldnt use the QR code thing as we dont use Facebook or Twitter. We sat there helpless far ages until someone finally came over to help and even then we felt like they thought we were a hindrance to them. They all got bad attitudes.Then the toilet was disgusting. Water all over the floor and toilet paper everywhere. Then found out no toilet roll left. We wont be returning to this branch in a hurry.

Other than the pizza being lovely. The side dishes were not worth the amount i paid. The food was cold and came between 25-35 mins after ordering which was unbelievable. The toliets were also horrific! The staff were completely disorganised and seemed confused most of the time. Usually we’re asked when we would like to have our dessert and the waiter would bring it after we eat. On this day we were so shocked by the poor customer service we left without our dessert. When i realised i had forgotten my dessert i asked for it to be given to me as a takeway. Only for the the manager working that evening to question me as if i had come back to the restaurant to steal a dessert. Her tone towards me was so informal and aggressive i was honestly so shocked. She would also talk in my face as if I couldn’t understand english and then would talk to my younger sister “on my behalf”. She would go back and fourth asking me questions about my receipt. I couldn’t believe i was being refused food that i had already paid for. I always come to this pizza hut after a long days shopping but the attitude of this women was disgusting.Manager description: Young tall white woman. With dark blondish hair.

Had to order online once seated. My phone wasnt playing ball and there was no assistance. Subsequently left without eating

The staff is lovely and friendly. Food is not my type, dough is fine, but the ingredients are kinda low quality. Sauces are sour and not tasty. Don’t like it :(

You know exactly what you are going to get at a pizza hut, and thats why you go there... and this one as no exception. The staff were hard working and eager to please. Food came out quickly, the bathrooms were clean and the drinks machines and ice cream machines were all serviced and working. Thank you Pizza Hut Oxford Street!

Salman (deputy managerwas the best, took our order close to closing time and was so lovely. Very kind and cheerful manner despite the late hour. Definitely will be back because of him :)

We dined at the pizza hut Oxford St near marble arch tube station brilliant service from our waitress Nicky so friendly & welcoming would say you dont get many people so helpful & friendly these days, it was my daughters birthday but nothing was too much trouble for her considering it was busy,. Food was great will definitely return when Im in the area.

Good food, good variety, reasonable price, spacious dining area, quick service and friendly staff. The salad bar was one of my favourite.

Vegetable pizza was awesome, and side dishes were free. Ordered small vegie pizza which was enough for three person.Side dishes were included Corns, chips , salad , tomatoes, and pasta.

Took over half an hour to get a table of 6 waited, long service time too but busy time so have to cut them a bit of slack. Prices however are ridiculous, ended up spending £40 for two sharing pizzas

In a city full of places to spend your money, every once and awhile you want something easy thats a good deal.I always feel the Pizza Hut lunch buffet quantifies that. You essentially know what you are getting, and if you are prepared for that, you are set.Pizza was refilled relatively frequently, and the salad bar was good enough to add some veggies to your meal. Service was non-existent, which I expected from a QR code that made us pay at our seat and a lunch where we helped ourselves.Was the restaurant clean? Yes. Immaculate? Probably not. But we got what we paid for, and that was enough for me. My only complaint is that the all you can drink soda fountain only had diet drinks - like anyone would be crazy to ask for a real sugar soda along with your meal. While I find that a bit odd, it was the only thing that stood out from our lunch experience.

Quick late evening stop by! Pizza was great, salad bar was not worth it as it was 9pm and just the small left overs. Ive noticed the cookie doughs have become smaller compare to almost 10 years ago. Anyways, I still enjoyed it. Service was good👍🏽

the pizza tasted great and the salad bar was fresh. the customer service was really good, the young workers were very quick to help. it can take some time to get seated. the toilets were extremely poor, with only one cubicle with tissue paper.

I usually take pan pizza and my wife take gluten free option. Pan pizza is ok and it takes your hunger away. It doesnt matter which pizza you eat they all taste the same... In my opinion. Wife said that gluten free pizza was good. Good restaurant in the Marble Arch district of London. It’s down stairs from the street. Good choice of pizzas on the menu and a decent salad bar to choose from also. I like the Creaming Soda drink on the menu also. I had a standard ham and cheese on think crust and was very happy with it. Worth dropping into “The Hut” if your hanging out for a pizza!

Couldnt find anything to eat on this street. More like a mall area. This was first place we found. Wasnt bad. Ordered margarita pizza but looked like cheese pizza. No basil. Not what I expected. Meat pizza was edible. All you can eat salad was ok. Lots of little kids. Parents we not really watching them so they helped themselves at the salad bar. Saw 1 kid grab things with his hands. Kinda turned off by that. Other then that staff was friendly and helpful. Entrance is also the exit so can get really crowded since people also wait there to be seated.

Pizza hut has a very big menu with some particular pizzas that you cannot find anywhere else. Conveniently located with cheerful ambiance and perfect for fuelling up after a hefty shopping. They do lunch buffet at Pizza Hut. - All you can eat pizzas, nachos and salad for a mere £7.50. Pizza Hut is great for family dining with kids and service here is usually friendly.
