Family-friendly chain known for its made-to-order pizzas.
Everything was great for a late saturday family lunch. Would definitely come back!
Good food...friendly helpful staff and reasonable price
Booked table for 8 adults and 3 children. Food came out together so nobody had to wait and was hot. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Great fod great service
Delicious 😋. Not cheap. Dont sit in a circular booth if u take children, as they will want to come and go to re fill their own drinks. I scoffed my entire 11 inch hawaian, but my lightweight guests not so capable 😁🤭🐽🤣
We could help ourselves to salad and drinks quickly, which meant that hungry children didnt have to wait long to be served everything individually. The size of the kids meals are good too, the big bites were great for both hungry 11 year old boys I had with me and the little bites perfect for the 4 year old girls. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything is ordered easily from your phone after scanning the QR code on your table. Staff are happy to help if you are unable to do this service though.
Amzing experience worth money to go all u eat buffy deluxes
Pizza was perfect and the wait staff were so, so friendly and efficient. Absolutely superb service. Blue Light Card 25% even on a Saturday night too.
All good, pizza refresh rate on pizza could have been faster.
Don’t even deserve Any stars. Booked a table for seven people and drove an hour to be told couldn’t accept cash and was rudely turned away we was not told this on phone when booked. I understand about the cashBecause of covid but should of been told on the phone.
Catered well for our large group and nice to see they have some vegan options
Its a pizza hut - the pizza tastes okay but the options are limited for the buffet. The staff were super friendly and the contactless payment option QR code to order was really useful.
I had seen the 3.5 star rating so my expectations were set low. Due to the pandemic we have not been to pizzahut for years and the better restaurants in Chichester and bognor have gone. It was a longer travel than I wanted but we have had better experiences in pizza hut than pizza express. The pandemic has changed the place for the worse. Few staff and no one managing your visit. You order online and the collective serves your food. The food and its presentation is below average. No cheese or chilli flakes to name a few on the table. I have given it a four because nothing went wrong and everything happened in a reasonable time. The staff were all great but they could have been working in any other fast food chain, because that is how they are expected to be. The big but for me is that if you visited pizza hut over 3 years ago you will be disappointed. There is a big opportunity for a franchise to fill this void pizzahut has left and pizza express will never be.
Awful manager and policy-refused to admit family of 10 despite empty restaurant and kids who were clearly very excited and hungry. This is frankly unacceptable and I shall be escalating this matter further.
What a wonderful experience with such lovely staff and amazing food with highly great customer service, everything is perfect. Really enjoyed food and time here, highly recommend
Just very basic for what you pay for, its all pay by app, salad bar isnt anything to rave about, pizza pretty good still but with the buffet youre waiting ages for one that you actually like.
Amazing place, really friendly staff, and great food!
Ate in for their unlimited pizza, ice cream, drinks deal. The place was only half full yet they continuously ran out of pizza, and had to wait a good 10-15 mins between a pizza running out and a new one being made every time. Other than that it was fine.
Quick and easy table ordering, staff very friendly, payments paid with App. So much easier than waiting around to pay!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They asked if everything was okay and dirty dishes were taken away in a split second. Lunch Buffett was amazing and in general food was very satisfactory. I was super happy, thank you.
This evening around 7:30 I called to see they would seat a table of 8 3 kids and 5 adults after a birthday day out at laser zone! They told us because they are short staffed that we couldn’t dine? We drove to Pizza Hut in the area to find out they only had 2 tables of four, the lady was very rude on the phone and basically explained that their deliveroo orders were more important because they had no one in the kitchen apart from the manager! Very disappointed with this service I even called back 40 mins later to ask again to see if it had calmed down and still got the same response! Eventually we ended up going to McDonald’s and even though they where slammed they never turned us away!
Don’t really want to give a star really….waited 10 mins to be seated (not that was was busyonce seated we was told to order everything on the app and even asked if we wanted to leave a tip….waited a good 30 mins for the food to arrive, check back was done after we finished. Waitress asked if I wanted a take away box for the food that I was still eating!! I went for a cig after our mains….desert was served whilst I was still outside! So gave us no choice if we wanted to let food go down or not! Service was rushed. Overall experience was naff will not be returning again in a hurry! Bring back table service and cash payments! Not everyone can use an app…also servers need to learn some people skills! No welcome or thanks after leaving…
We booked a table just in case as the kids really wanted to go. Kids menu is good value for money with salad, side, pizza, ice cream and drink for £7.99. We also had the even bigger sharer for the rest of us.Ordered online from QR code on table. Only feedback would be we waited a while for the dessert to come.
Awful family of 5 , 2 with asd, shocking, no service what so ever, dont even fill ur 1st drink u do it your self, dont take your order u order on an app, place is freezing whilst trying to eat your meal, they come over offering boxes to take food away whilst u eating, bring meals out 8x not together all for £74 NEVER again shocking service and an expensive horrible experience
Friendly staff but was disappointed by the lack of lettuce. Ice cream factory made it worth it though
Avoid IT. mc Donald’s still better than this place!Dough uncooked, and ingredients just doesn’t taste like you having a pizza!
No idea why they persist with app ordering6 staff standing around doing not a lotToilets are grimy and need a very very good clean
Pizza was horrible. Crust was raw, tasted terrible, very few toppings, supper dry tasteless old nasty chicken on pizza. Poppers were empty, nasty. Wings nasty. made my wife PUKE. NEVER AGAIN.
Its Pizza Hut with the usual Pizza Hut setup. The food and atmosphere is "ok". If youre after a gourmet meal out served by staff who make you feel special, this is not for you. If youre after pizza with a bowl of salad served by minimum wage staff who are doing their best, you wont be disappointed. We had a large pizza, chips, salad and two refillable soft drinks and paid £32, and the staff were polite 👍
Booked a table but stood in the door way for 20 minutes without a single member of staff acknowledging anyone (we where 3rd in the queuethe person at the front went inside to ask to be seated. They came over eventually to seat them and then wondered off again. Tables where not cleared, in fact other tables where moving plates to another table which was building up. Absolutely disgraceful. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Stood in the door way of the restaurant for a good 5 minutes whilst not one member of staff acknowledged us. To then be told they was too busy to serve a family of 3 when we pointed out there was at least 8 empty tables they just said we could order a takeaway.
The staff were very quiet which made it difficult to understand what they are saying. I was still eating and my partner had finished eating, it was very obvious that I was still munching away at my pizza, the server came over and went to take both of our plates away whilst I had a mouthful of food, very very rude. We had to verbally say "no I still havent finished", however, he proceeded to take my partners plate away. If someone at the table are still eating it is rude to take anyones plate away until they are done! We didnt catch the servers name, he was a man perhaps in his late 30s, short hair, wearing glasses and was working on 14/02/2022 at around 1pm. We were not happy with the service or food, as we both had bad stomach pains a few hours later.
We had lunch with the family and the stuff were lovely and welcomed. The children loved the dishes and the ice-cream. Price was good as well. Love it and I would like to go back again.
Most disgusting pizza I have ever had in my life. The pizza was still a dough! The chicken they use frozen and still Ice cold. It smells like chicken hutch. Disgusting really. And the staff was like working by force! I tried to explain but obviously they dont care at all. Never again...
Nothing wrong with Pizza Hut, the food is generally good. The ordering can be a bit slow online for larger groups, so in some cases it would be easier if it was table service still. Wish the buffet was until 5pm as that is the best value.
Was ok - staff seemed hit or miss depending on who spoke with you.Salad bar was depleted.Good amount of hand sanitizer available - but most staff were not wearing masks or exempt lanyards (Covid regulations in place)Food was nice once an order was finally taken!
Vegan pizzas were bland, barely had any cheese on them. Nuggets were burnt. Both me and my son had stomach issues over Christmas after eating the food from here. Never going near it again.
Went there three weeks ago so a late review. But the staff were very accommodating and friendly and worked hard to get things done.We ordered to go and the food was out in 20 mins not bad because they were slammed. We got a large hot meat feast pizza to share two sets of wings a litre of pepsi and a pepsi zero for £24.40 pretty good. Thought it would cost more and the food was really great!
The worst pizza hut I have ever been to. Avoid if I was you and spend your money elsewhere. First of all you have to order by scanning the barcode and paying on your phone, which is fine but when you have allergies and want to change the ingredients it becomes stressful! There were no salad bowls and the salad bar was basically empty nothing had been refilled, so we had to wait. The restaurant was filthy there was food all on the floor, sauce spilt around the salad bar, the ice cream factory station had sweets everywhere and the floor was sticky. The 5 tables next to us were empty but hadnt even been cleared, the place was a shambles. Our food took ages to come and our chips came about 15 minutes later and we had already finished our pizza. There was no staff around to even ask where our food was, most of the time when I did see staff they were stood chatting at the back.I definitely wont be returning here!
OMG still traumatised by this experience, dirty & chaotic buffet . No COVID Precautions around a very sad looking salad bar , ice cream and food on the floor .The whole place feels dated and sticky .Doughy pizzas and poor choice for buffetAt £8.99 per child 😱
Got seated for a table of 4, took about 40 minutes for the food to come out, no bowls for the salad bar in the meantime, one of our guests didnt get their food for an hour and had to ask for a refund because we would be late to an event. This all isnt too bad but for the insane price of £18 each it was terrible. Save your money and go to a better resturaunt or walk 2 minutes to the mcdonalds if you want something quick.
Ordering on App at the table that wouldnt work. Took a long time and eventually the order was taken manually. Food took way too long to arrive. Hugely disappointing the Buffet Menu.
Really enjoyable place to eat, staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Great menu gluten and dairy free options that are actually really nice and a great salad bar, thats has only just come back after covid.A handy meal deal with a main, starter, all you can eat salad bar and a choice of drinks including a refillable coke all for about £17.Good price for a meal . Really enjoyed the meal and the waitress who was serving us was so helpful and keep not do anymore . Will come back .well done
Absolutely shocking , Firstly its cashless which I dont agree with , however we finally got seated even though it had 1 table seated ( who by the way left , due to servicealso another table came and left very quickly. App not working to order food .Food took 50 mins to be served despite being the only people in there at time of ordering.1 poor lad trying to do it all, spoke with manager which was like talking to a plant ....no fcuks given ...food finally came out cold......Avoid
Well first of all we had to convince the waitress that we werent with the lady in front of us... 3 times!! So I didnt hold high hopes for the rest of the visit.Once we were seated we were told they were only accepting orders via the web site, which we understood. However upon looking both the mains we wanted were not on there. We eventually managed to get the attention of the manageress, (who spoke very broken english... she tried to explain that the things we wanted were off the menu. Well I think thats what she meant. We knew the salad bar was closed for obvious reasons, but when it came to ordering salad on the app it gave a choice of green salad, coleslaw or potato salad. I didnt expect to be served a full bowl of just Coleslaw, even the bacon bits didnt save it! My starter of Jalapeno peppers were nice but they also ran out of sweet chilli sauce somehow so I was given two pots of bbq. The southern fried chicken starter was literally just nuggets.. the flatbread mains looked amazing on arrival and my wife really enjoyed it. The supreme pizza wasnt cooked all the way through but was edible.Dont expect to come here for mouth watering pizza and good service. You wont find it here. The lack of patrons on arrival should have given this away 🤣🤣
Disappointed! Was the worst pizza which I ate in my life! I was hungry and I ate 2 small pieces but after hours still feel sick.I never visit again and not recommend. Used to be one of my favorite places before Covid. But now things change in bad way.
Where to start...Asked for a tip when ordering and paying up front on the app. You havent even done anything yet so nope!Must unattentive staff Ive ever encountered. 3 staff members floating around, not looking at their customers. Took ages to get anyones attention. Finally, got my order wrong and undercooked the pizza. Didnt bring the dips as well, then didnt say a word or apologise when we asked for them. Finally, potato salad does not belong in a bowl by itself. How they can only offer greens or potato salad or coleslaw but not offer to let you pick what you want is just ridiculous.
Such a great trip down memory lane celebrating a birthday with a pizza treat. Very clean and safe serving tasty food
Missing menu items made the trip four star but otherwise Lauren the manager was very attentive and helpful. Also, bring back unlimited drinks please
Nice pizza restaurant but a little overpriced. Anchovie fans: dont go, there are none. Penult of seats and the salad bar was clean and well kept. Pizzas were a little bit greasy.
