Pizza Hut Papamoa in Tauranga

Took too long to attend customer. Lack of courtsey in staff so they could tell us to wait before they attend to us. We understand they might be short staffed which didnt look like.

So ordered online arrived to pick up order they said no such order hmmm, showed email and proof and ref. Number.Took a while and then oh they found it and waited and waited and waitedReceived order went out took a bite it was raw not a little Raw fully Raw and toppings slid straight offWould I recommend Pizza Hut noI asked for a refund instead of a replacement as it took 20 mins etc from the original pick up time goodness knows how long the second one would of takenDisappointed customer

Worst experience tonight was pretty much called a liar from one of the workers as my son had gone into pick up our order that was placed and payed for online and the girl who talked with him and took his order number said there was no such order so he came home I went back down and the man that served me gave me the order and said no no one had come in to get it as he was the only one serving I am not happy as not only did I waste gas going twice the pizzas were could and also the rest of our dinner that was at home waiting

Got 2 pizzas delivered last night. Both were under cooked and one was stopped all over the box.

Ordered online. Still had to wait 30mins. Chips not cooked and pizza soggy and stuck to the box...Absolute joke. Go to dominoes round the corner.

Mad as. Tried to treat ourselves as we are in iso.We ordered our kai at 6pm n it said it would be delivered by 7pm at 7.17 I rang the store wondering what had happened and they said it had just left. Well 8pm now and I have ring again but my call wont connect and Im still waiting pregnant with 5 hungry kids as well.

Very disappointed! Did an online pre order for a specific time. I arrived slightly early,,,paid...waited...when my order was finally ready the fries were under cooked and cold... the pizza box was dirty...the hashbites were soggy. This shop is quite small, cramped and not very clean. Mask use was a joke...so was the customer service. Come on Pizza Hut Papamoa...lift your game.

I didn’t get about the timing, you guys said you guys open till 2200 and i came into your store and one of your staff said that ‘we can’t take your order and the timing was 2146’ so why you said we are open till 2200? What that means ? And staff was really unprofessional. I hope you get back to me with the the answer. i was regular customer till now and from now own wards i will prefer to go somewhere else to have my dinner.

Friendly warm pizza hut in the heart of Papamoa Plaza. I needed more ham on my topping lol

I am a real celiac so a bit harder to cook pizza. But did find it well over cooked and a bit burnt.

I’m sorry but normally pizza here is great, but ordered the vege satay and the sauce was mayo!!! So disappointing 😟

As a customer I felt that it is very rude to be talking in your native language while there are customers and staff members in or Pizza outlet

Absolutely disgusting service from them we usually love going here but this evening was atrocious. Bad manners manager and our food we had to wait well over an hour and the manager did not care, was rude and abusive. Will never order again from them.

I ordered my pizza online and I add heaps of ingredients but i got only cheese and mushrooms on my pizza and nothing else on toppings!!Strange service... very disappointed

Amazing margarita pizza from pizza hut papamoa. Much better then many restaurants that charge $20

If you could put someone on the phones that could speak English, that would be great.

They stuff up our order everytime. And when we simply asked for a full refund and to cancel the order completely they try refuse us that right. Our order got given to someone else. Theyre need better workers in there when I went in only 1 was working while the rest stood around talking. Not on!!!!

Week day lunch time service time was great

Poor service last night, had customers waiting from 30 minutes to an hour. Some lady waited for 1 hour to find they had given her pizza to someone else . Will definitely not be using this store again . Alot of refunds being dished out .

I came just about as they where about to close and they refused to serve me and then did nothing but close the door on me and speak in their language rudly ignoring me.Do Not consider getting pizza here before they close because the same thing might happen to you. (Not recommended)

Number of times of walked in here there has either been rubbish on the table or its got stuff smeared over it. cant even sit in here and wait for my order without waiting in filth. Dont blame pizza hutt just the workers working at this 1.

Picked up a cheeky $5 Hawaiian pizza. Had a good amount of toppings and was really generous with the cheese. Super yummy

Dont get gluten free ...super nasty, like eating squishy cardboard, and all the sauce and toppings slide off it. Staff are friendly. Toppings are gross compared with dominoes.

Smiles at every customer and means it.Was already going to write a review, but tonight she already knew the name for the order when I walked in. (Only been twice)Havent been served by anyone else, but full credit to her!And son loves his pizza too.
