Very unprofessional way of handling customers over the phone on the general phone line. No option of reserving a table for more than 10 people.

Pizza quality has dropped down massively.

All is good except parking facility.

Good food as all other branches. They dont have their own parking space....

When we sit on a table pizza waiters comes to us and gives us the menu and talling us to go to counter and put order. And after we putting order in that way, cashier giving us a number to put on table. We have to do all by ourselves. They charge 102 for service charge too for serving pizza. Bad customer care

Nice place. Pizza was very tasty. But ordered pasta taste was very bad. Really bad pasta experience.

Very helpful and customer oriented manager and staff.

Normally i order same type of pizza from pizzahut. Here it was superb. Good amount of topping. I was very satisfied

Terrible service. Cheese in the devilled chicken pizza is dripping. Not at all cheesy. Chocolate melt lava cake is not a new one. Old one is microwaved along with its cupcake liners. If unable to maintain the standard, kindly refrain from delivering.PS: Spicy seafood pan pizza and seafood supreme thin crust pizza are also nowadays dripping. Thus, I stopped ordering them. Today devilled chicken pan pizza too. Pizza Hut quality is really declining.

Good food. Lasagna is awesome its reasonable for the price. Pizza is standard Pizza hut.

Place is quite convenient and the parking place is limited. It has a nice ambience inside and the staff is very friendly too.The service is also reasonable.Their Chicken Birizza which was 600 Rs, was tasty and filling. The curry which is given along with it is also good. But the amount of chicken is not as it is shown in the advertisement and although it says it is biryani inside, it felt like there was just plain Basmathi rice inside the crust on top of which a chicken curry has been poured.

Not really international, at least on two occasions! My meat lovers personal pizza got delivered with the delivery person giving a message "it was informed that theres no bacon". Having paid a premium price, I wasnt really pleased!! On another time, they accepted my order, but called and informed theyre out of mutton. They were not willing to give extra chicken bacon but did give extra cheese. Once again I cannot fully understand the reason why they publish menu options if theyre unable to fulfill. My advice for pizza hut is respectfully pass on the meat business and be veg or vegan 🤨

Its a busy place with good customer service. Parking few vehicles only.

Worst customers service ,,they didnt serve equally ,,only one boy who name ASHA served us freindly ,,but others worst ever,,,We will never go nugegoda pizza hut,,,I dont recommend for anyone

Great food and delivered on time

This is a quite busy place. Service was good. The staff knows how to promote the food items to the guests. Would love if the place has an ample space.

Superb tasty pizza with real value for money from its promo pack that included regular pizza of your choice with sides and a desert with soft drink of your choice. All combined together makes it the best deal among other competitors

Not very spacious..the current staff was kind enough to provide me with fillups for delays from their side..a recommend environment if youre taking your kids..can spot from a distance from the nugegoda flyover and located at an easily accessible place.

New staff is very energetic. Good customer service.Hope you will have pork pizza near future. Only Sri Lanka doesnt have that. You have to serve each and every one equally. Thats the only thing you lack.

I reccomend anyone to have a nice peaceful dinner with friends and family, because Pizza Hut is one of my favourite places. The Pizzas are too good!! Their flavours and tastes so amazing. Even about their contact with the customers is so enthralling. They communicate with the customers and very friendly. Well mannered. Even the delivery is good and they reach the order very quickly. There was no mistake with the orders. Their place is a bit small but comfy and cozy. Their hygiene is the main pinpoint, is super duper amazing. Some famous Dine-ins which Ive been to have no hygiene at all. Due to this pandemic they have made extra safe rules for delivery and they really work with the rules and safety. Just a negative point is the parking, since many pizza huts have a problem with small areas for parking. But other than that everything is just simply amazing. Keep up this hard work. Pizza hut is pizza hut. No two words about it. Pizza at its best.. Ive not been to New York or Italy yet. Only issue with the Nugegoda branch is that there is no parking facility.... :(

In first experience the employee serving us didn’t get the order right after us saying it many times it was clear she wasn’t paying attention and didn’t write it down then after I told her it was wrong from the bill she said they already made the pizza and can’t change it then finally another employee came and said it can be changed. Second time they got the order wrong on our pick up order then called us we had to drive back again to get right order. The staff need to be more careful with writing orders down and double checking them to avoid the inconvenience caused.

Passed a great time together and we were not even a second disturbed by any of the staff unlike anyother restaurant at busy times with more customers coming in waiters asking to give up the table. Extremely friendly staff. Once we found a bus boy waiting for the best moment to come and clean and cover a nearby table without distracting us. How kind of him. Im telling you Pizza Hut this guy is the best. Kind smile and agile Super clean outstanding customer interaction...... Loved it

Not very spacious. But comparatively I am happy with the range of pizza and other food they offer. Been there several time. Good place to hangout with friends but not in rush hours. I would like the staff to be more attentive and efficient.

Place was good. Comfortable and cozy. Atmosphere was friendly. Service can be a little faster. All the staff were working well and as fast as they could. But maybe due to the number of orders that were rushing in, it was too much for them to handle.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken wings (LKR420 6pcschiicken is very skinny with very less meat. No value for money. The flavour is okay but garlic flavor is too sublte.

Very curtious and efficient staff attending to customer requirements quickly. Do not allow to build up the queues.Normally filled up with customers to the available tables.Sometimes vehicle parking is an issue as there are parking restrictions due to nearby (just in-frontbus halting place.Home delivery service also very fast as the are ample number of bike on move.Recommend for a meal have it there or takeaway or home delivery.

The staffs were friendly and always willing to help.Ingredient quality was great, however Food taste was average.The speed of its food preparation is really satisfactory. Layout of the store and the atmosphere/cleanness were also good.Access and parking was not convenient.

Had ordered many times from here. There were both satisfactions and disappointments. This was 21st Dec 2018. I specifically told them to bring chillie flakes abd oragen sachet packets. They did not bring those with the delivery and I found that they had not put at least a bit of chillie or orageno on the pizzas as well. Other than not following or respecting customer requests, the pizzas were fine. Triple chicken feast pizza was really good. That is why you are getting at least 3 stars.

It is located in the heart of Nugegoda city. Convenient place but few parking. Inside of the restaurant is also small. Specially good for groups. Overall place is fine. I went on a Friday evening. There was live music tonight. Two guitarists were playing songs. Washrooms are common for both genders. It was quite clean. You have to order first and pay first. It took only about 15-20 mins to bring the pizzas.

Pizzas in pizzahut as always fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it. The pizza selection was equally as good.Love their New series of pizza szechuan chicken blaze and Teriaki chicken fiesta.From check in to check out, the staff is fantastic.All the good reviews that I have read about this property are true. The friendliness of the staff seems genuine.Compared to the other main pizza chain in island pizza hut always waymore farward form service, foods quality and price.This place is newly revamped few months ago nice atmosphere, and clean place.for 🍕 lovers Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. But outlet is bit small. Pizza is usual like other outlets.

The place is cool, but the size of the outlet it bit small, we took the party combo pack.
