Very Very poor customer service I place and order for delivery about 2 hours before keep calling to check on my delivery only to be told that the order was out waiting until five minutes before the time call them back again they told me to give them five minutes only to call back in six to be told that they was calling me on know answer which was a lie I would never order from pizza hut new kingston again Very poor customer service now have to go tell my son that I dont have any pizza for him😑😑😑😑😑😡😡😡😡

No parking available, otherwise it Pizza Hut. Lose 2 stars for no parking. New Kingston is always busy. No parking 😞😞😞 thats just wrong man.

Delivery timing can work on be a little more efficient and taste and consistency. Not a bad service said "Get Cool!" A/C

I have been waiting for more than an hour. And its a call in order. Dont understand the purpose of a call in if they cannot meet the promised time..

Extremely slow but the food is always good

They make very good Pizza and the workers give good service.

Decent food, prices arent too bad. Theres no dining in, and wait time is up to 45 minutes depending on what you order.

Located in New Kingston Jamaica along with other local favorites like Island Grill and KFC ..as usual its Pizza Hut. Who doesnt love it.

Previously the dining setting of this location was the best for a Pizza Hut in all of Jamaica. With covid and remodelling it now resembles a regular location. Previously would have gotten four (4stars. Service was ok.

Good food just the waiting time sometimes can be a problem i recommend calling in a putting in the order 30 minutes in advance before pick up

Where to start smh🤦‍♀️:Poor customer service.Promise time was not kept( which was 25 mins for a PPP).Cashier had to leave the front and went to the back to get my pizza in the oven because apparently whoever was making the pizzas never made mine🤦‍♀️(bear in mind the store was not full and 2 other persons had the same issue).Management never seems to CARE!, even when I was inquiring about the fact that my pizza was still not ready after 45 mins.One of the supervisor was much more interested in sitting, paying attention to her phone and gossiping with the security guard than trying to figure out why 3 customers are waiting near to a hour for their pizzas while the the store is emptyNot to mention everyone moving around lazy like they were not ready for work🤦‍♀️ and this was after 2pm. Etc

Customer service is the worst but the food is good. I can never call this number and someone answers.

I was 3 mins from the store. They took 1 hour to deliver and when the pizza game it was barely warm. 😑

Havent been inside a Pizza Hut in a while and was not impressed by the service received at the New Kingston location...First I paid for my order at 5:55pm and was promised my items would be ready by 6:22pm according to my ticket. When I enquired about my order I only got "it soon ready". On enquiring what is the consequence for not meeting their own service standards I was told "nothing" in addition to the rude and wanna be intimidating stares and glares I got from employees sitting to the side. I got my order at 6:32pm. Almost 40 minutes to make🍕🤔Why is there a service standard when there is no consequence for not upholding said standard🤔. How come it is ALWAYS the customer who suffers in 🇯🇲😠. I am quite fed up with poor service standards when I am spending my hard earned cash for overpriced items. When do I get to WIN?

Pizza Hut is known for their Delicious pizzas. No Dinning due to covid 19. But the place is well kept and following protocols. I definitely recommend. #Movie night or Games Night, Grab a Pizza with your favourite toppings.

Pizza was late and the customer service was just ok. I went on a Friday night and I know theyre busy but given that I went to pick up the pizza and still has to wait on it even after giving an extra 15 minutes. Pizza was good though.

Poor I ordered for delivered was told 1 hr 15 mins 1 hr 45 mins no delivery I called and was told I could pick it up went there joined the line waited 20 mins and when I reached in pizza still not ready I just cancelled the order and left totally disappointed Would give a zero star if possible

Pizza Hut has the best pizzas, hands down. Customer service was great at this particular location. I was in a hurry and the cashier made my pizza personally. That’s 6 stars. 🤫😉

I love this section of New Kingston, its so convenient with the most popular fast food place like: KFC, Burger King, Island Grill and Pizza Hut of course. Its good and other local places there too.👍

Best pizza hands down .. as customary now, social distance and sanitization was very well imposed service was great young lady on the phone taking order was very professional. Only reason its 4 star instead of 5 is because they dont deliver to the gleaner on nirth street

Pizza hut new Kingston your staff has no respect or customer service I called @ 2:08pm on Monday August 30th and asking the young lady on the phone to take my order she said they dont deliver to that area I simply where do you deliver to then so I could give the address and she hung up the phone in my ears. I called again at 2:23pm same day and the same thing was done again. Whilst losing me now as a customer may not affect your business but I can tell u this you will never get another call or order from me so that your staff can disrespect me again for simply asking a question. And I can swear on everything I was not disrespectful to either ladies who I spoke with.

For pizza friends it is the right place. I had a very nice vegetarian pizza made up with a lots of fresh vegetables and real cheese of course....Prepared in a reasonable time frame.Good spacey and clean environment.

Well today I ad a really long wait cause I called to place my order no one answered the phone I ad to wait 2 hours for my pizza for a promise time at 4:42 got through 6:38

My 96 year old grandmother can climb blue mountain faster than they can serve you a pizza order ... I mean I might as well ordered 2 hours in advance I and I am still wondering if that would be enough time

I called in my order for pickup, they said 20 mins, that turned into 50 mins (no exaggeration). Also, there were a lot of persons cussing and complaining and requesting refunds.Pizza tasted great, hence, the reason for the 2 stars.

The interior for both dining and ordering felt a little too unprofessional and unclean. The attendees were lazy and cashiers were apparently hard of hearing and at most had one person doing everything which annoyed the 20+ customers that were there.In any event ordering on the phone before going to these establishments are the best options.

Pizza was good but customer service is lacking,more professionalism is needed,too much attitude from workers were observed. Also order was called in 15 minutes before arrival and still had to wait 30 more minutes because persons were late for work.

The renovation was certainly surprising as well as disappointing in comparison to what it was before. No one had greeted you at the door nor did anyone took your order from your seat. Customer Service was also poor. The pizza was great but I would have enjoyed it better at home.

I dont eat pizza but here goes, I went to place an order and was told the waiting time so I decided to walk around a bit and when I returned based on the expected pick up time the pizza was ready! The area is clean and spacious too. I love that they have options such as wings and bread sticks among others.

Nice clean environment. Its very comfortable for both persons who chose to dine and those who just want to wait and eat elsewhere. My experience of their service was good. The cashier was well mannered. The wait time was within their projected period. The eight square piece pizza is worth the value. It wasnt very oily and the crust was just right.

The cashier not only handled our order effectively but also built rapport which was quite impressive for the short time we spent at the register. We ordered an "Amazing Four", thats a pizza with 4 different toppings. 3 slices for each topping (total 12 slices). A drink also comes with this meal. We were told the wait time for the pizza to be done was 15minutes and surprisingly we got it in less than the promised time.😊

The wait is usually extended here so its best to call in your order and even then sometimes it may not be ready particularly on Fridays/month end. Staff is courteous and pleasant and the pizza is good....cheese sticks are usually cold tho.

The place has changed since I last visit. But the overall change was worth it, more spacious, and now you can sit in without exiting the purchase area. The seating for family are somewhat limited, but overall, nice atmosphere, the phone service was exceptional, called once and got through with my order. The delivery service however needs more work. I absolutely enjoyed my time with the kids.

I like the staff especially these 2 cashier guys:Anthony n a next thick dark skin guy cant remember his name both of them is very friendly n i just love that they are easy going no attitude or no bad tone of voice etc..I WOULD RECOMMEND HERE TO ANYBODY NICE PLACE,NICE STAFF,GREAT PIZZA💯✔
