This place doesnt have better dine in facilities. Just good for take away.

Very poor quality….I never write reviews usually, but this is the 2nd time and the pizza is not eatable again. Waste of money. Go for other stores….Disappointed and never going to this store again.

Pizzas were terrible!!! They had stuff all sauce and cheese, and meat on our Pizzas. Waste of bloody money 😡

Poor quality. I ordered garlic shrimp deluxe pizza, rather than garlic aioli sauce ,it was covered by a very sweet mayonnaise and lots of it as much as it was burning my throat. Not eatable, no taste of pesto. The 2 star is only because the order was ready on time. Very little cheese, it was mostly the base , few shrimp on top and lots of sauce.not comparable with the same pizza I ordered from other Branches of pizza hut.It was not really worth it , very unhealthy . Not recommended.

If this could be negative it would be The worst pizzas ever The first one had a thin base a little bit of crust and virtually no topping or cheese The second one very thick base with lots of sauce a little cheese and very little topping This was to replace the order they got wrong Produced in 3 minutes Will never go to a pizza hut again And no response from head office No point in complaining just wont go back

Just ordered a Sourdough Peri Peri Veggie Deluxe Extra Large - San Francisco Style Pizza but not happy with the purchase as it’s has got no taste to it and not enough veggies on top so not going there again and not recommend to anyone.

Very nice, even though the choices are not huge but still serves the best and hot.

Played for extra toppings and got nothing for it. No where near as good as other Huts

The only place I get pizza from these days and just the absolute best - crispy, hot and perfect amount of toppings! The San Francisco Sourdough is perfection! The lady who always serves me is also so lovely and just makes it a 10/10 experience 🍕 ✨

Phone called in to pick up pizza and was able to lick it up on time. I prefer pizza hut over dominos.

Ive tried some Pizzas again this year during the lockdown; and I can say with confidence that all 4 delivery orders from this department were just spectacular!! The pizzas, crust, taste and the sauce all had the right balance, blessed the hands that had created such fine work. Thank you for restoring my confidence! Changing score from one to five stars baby!***********Pizza Hutt is fantastic with their unbeatable prices, and not so bad pizzas. However this branch in particular I recall two bad experiences. One - where the pizzas I had ordered (6x Pizzashad burnt toppings on all of them. Since I had traveled some distance and it was late in the evening I could not be bothered going back to complain. Two - I had waited for over 35 minutes only to receive more overbaked pizzas. I havent been since and that was back in 2008.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Paid additional for a specific crust on multiple pizzas and received all with the cheapest, thick disgusting pan crust, without the additional toppings we had paid for. Rang up and the manager basically theyd run out of what Id ordered. No apology, no phone call to let me know. Total rip off and we threw them out as they were really gross. Said he would refund - never did. Dont waste your time, he was really rude, argumentative and aggressive.

Ordered classic veges. Tastes different than usual. Something was smelling bad in pizza. Ingredients were not fresh. Seems like they have use pale pineapple and tomatoes. Will never order again.

Very disappointed. They dont appear to look at customised orders. We ordered and paid for extra cheese yet the pizzas barely had any coverage (the whole reason we pay for extra). Also removed onion from one pizza and guess what... we got it anyway. Lucky we arent allergic.

Worst experience ever at one of the fastest growing chains. I’m not able to upload the quality of pizza which I got today. Also, you’ll be treated similarly if deny a pizza(which has already been bakedand you didn’t even order it. And I still remember the name of the lady who treated me like that (P.Kaur).I hope the top level management is seeing the reviews and will take some actions against it.

One of the worst pizza hut takeaway. Ordered online for delivery,one hour later still no pizza call them, and automatic voice machine saying store closed,drove to the store and they say the driver in his way. Ordered before and the app says 15min came to store and had to wait 30min. Theres no enough staff. Never again.

This place HSS a decent level of quality. But out of this,sometimes, they perform with lack of outline products such as cheese,ham, sausage and etc. In any case, you could have a fine pizza there

Best pizza in Auckland. Great place for quick bite to eat. Nice wine selection. Amazing wood fired dishes. The oven is amazing to see. Open kitchens so you can watch your dishes being prepared. Check it out next time you are going by. Highly recommend a try.

At Mt albert store my experience was way pathetic and ruined my weekend by talking to the on duty manager at the store. He did not bother what I was saying and started sorting out his pizza on the other shelf. When I complaint about pizza,instead of politely apologizing for the inconvenience he said I cant cancel the order you have to take it like this. The tone of the voice was high and rude in front of the other customers waiting for their order. Due to this kind of Customer Service I would refrain myself by going to this store specifically. Since it is nearby to my work place so I was regularly ordering from this store. I think along with the good taste of Pizza Customer Service is utmost important.

Actually I love pizza hut... No doubt in their taste... But giving this rating because of staff and customer service in this branch in particular... They are not even serving with smiles, no any manner how to deal with customers and not even waving thank you even... But I have to say thank you them... Sorry pizza hut but you have to change customer service experience...

Staff service is not good. They charge you extra. It was $6.5 for 2 sides as a deal but the staff will try to charge you the normal price ($4.50 each so $9). It happened many times not just once.

When I walk to counter to order a pizza, first have to wait for the stuff finish their are conversations, when I order 5 dollars value pizza, the owner/stuff ask me is large or small, I said I want the 5 dollar one, then he reacted as I did something wrong, the look on his face was just priceless, made me felt I owed him money. Then what is worse is he kept touch his penis doing other work, entire time I was waiting, he just kept scrches his ding-dong walking around.

Its pizzahut. Pros: they use real cheese (most of the time), they always get your order correct. Priced correctly. Cons: Really unhealthy, pizzas so loaded with salt you wake up in the middle of the night thirsty with headaches. The pizza bases are of bad quality. But after all you cant expect much at those prices.

Terrible food terrible wait times and lying staff.I once ordered delivery food that was over 2 hours late. I didnt want the food anymore and called them to cancel it. And was told that the food was already on the way and that i would still get a refund if i accepted the order. After a week of receiving no credit to my card i go and visit them i end up being yelled at by the manager and called a lier even though i have proof (my phone records all calls)I have many other bad experiences at this store including raw pizza. Very late orders. Dropped pizzas being delivered. Cold food.This shop needs to close

Not even one star worth to customer service because there is no sense to talk with customer as manger has no sense to give an answer to the customer so guys be aware to go at 943 new north road pizza hut as they have no sense of humor to give a reply to customer and showing their attitude towards customer and when i reached the store its already food and saftey license is expire and i was generaly asking to manager about that and at that time lady manager is on duty she has not even sense to talk with customer and talking so rudly to me so be carefull. Came in to pick up three pizzas and a garlic bread, I was ignored for five minutes even though it wasnt very busy. When I looked at the pizzas at home they were all extremely greasy and soggy and they forgot the BBQ swirl. The garlic bread was uncooked (cold), butter was not melted at all just in blobs. So I rang them (took them 10 minutes to answerto try amend the problem but they were very unhelpful and rude. They said I can come back to the store and they will put a BBQ swirl on my pizza. Disappointed in our local Pizza Hut, quality of food and service both appalling.
