Pizza Hut Lynfield in Auckland

Guy seemed to be there by himself. He was very very polite and patient. Very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely loved the chicken nibbles.

Over one hour wait for a delivery on a Thursday night, no communication, barely warm when it gets here, not good..

Ordered pizza online Tuesday 25 October at 7.45pm. Thanks to the kind young man staff that called back straight away to let me know some items were not available and then gave me a free stuffed crust 🙂👍 Cheers

Poor portion size of fries..Check out pics..they call it large fries for few broken small pieces of fries.

Ordered online said it was ready but got there and it hadnt even started peeping it. They apologized and gave me a free bottle of Coke. So hence the 4 star not 3.

Awesome crust in pan pizza. Extra Large NEW YORKER isnt enough meat but like the cheesy. San Francisco crust is lovely, but not cheesy enough. Overall above average

The Worst service for the whole NZ Pizza Hut branches (19/08/2022 7.30pm)Make sure you check what ur order before u leave the store cos they just like to cook and serve whatever they like.They don’t deserve even one star!!!!Talked on the phone as soon as I asked what’s your name he straight away hang up!!!These people just bring the the brand and business going bad.Will never back to this store.

Was good.. Sometimes over cooked & too much pizza sauce for my kids liking. But otherwise nice

Ordered a vegetarian pizza they put pepperoni on it and when asked to fix it the guy had the audacity to argue and yell at us. Refused to fix their error and was highly rude. Will never go there again. They dont care about their customers.

Order a super Supreme, think the fillings are different to my previous order. Very disappointed with my pizza, fillings a bit thin, cheese only on one side. I am a regular and always order a super supreme. May have to try the other pizza shop next time.

Guy who took the order (pizza hut, Lynfield on 22/02 8:30 PMwas so rude and didnt have any skills how to talk to the customer. I did the phone order for Regular pizza specifically while reach to pick up found out that he made the large pizza and when gently ask that it suppose to be regular one his tone was so rude and started arguing, i told him that this is not the way to behave with customer and i am happy to pay whatever it may however he didnt listen and again was so loud and hasnt shown any intention to be gentle, it was pathetic.. Pizza hut must give proper training how to talk to the customer.. 😡😡😡😡

Never disappointed. Pizzas made to perfection everytime, specially fluffy and crispy base with all the flavors nicely infused. Too good

Pizza was alryt not great but dnt knw why the delivery drive instead of leaving the food at the door … called me and asked me to cme dwn to the road while he waited in the car and handed me the food in person ???

I ordered a big new Yorker with a San Francisco base. Instead I was served a regular base and when I raised the issue, the staff worker told me I was mistaken when it was clearly not what I had ordered. I told them that I had the San Francisco base just the other night and that this was just the regular base. They responded by telling me I "should just eat it anyways because I will enjoy it" .Stingy on the toppings too. There are some slices with no meat at all. Ive uploaded a photo of what I had today vs what I had recently at another store. Clearly different.Mistakes happen but poor handling with zero effort to rectify the issue.

Staff are friendly. And service is quick. However when ordering delivery can sometimes be slow.

Only Pizza Hut I know that still tastes like good tasting Pizza Hut! Never understood why people said the taste had changed until I tried other stores, and since then I’ve gone nowhere but Lynfield. You do have to add extra cheese, but I’ll give that a pass since it’s still cheap. Have also had one stuff crust pizza a year back that was a but icky, but otherwise has been consistently good.

Service was around 30 mins delayed after the set online order pickup time. Staff also messed up my order (gave me the wrong pizzas that were actually cheaper than the ones I had orderedafter waiting so long I could not be bothered going back to fix it once I got home. This used to be such a good shop, but in the last few months this has become unacceptable, I will not be going here again.

Bad service, waited 30 minutes for pizza. Especially when people coming in after me got there order before and others too.

Very fast and friendly but this store always seems to be stingy with the toppings compared to other branches.

While I didnt hate the pizza I thought it could have been better. If truth be told I felt the pizza tried a bit hard. The cheese was left wanting and the sauce tasted like last weeks sauce. Im never one to cast bad reviews however a two star is the rating I must award. If I do return it will be rereviewed earnestly and honestly.

Decided to order pizza for the family tonight only to be let down with an incomplete order than the delivery driver said no its right than I asked for my reciept and he saw that I was right than he apologised and goes back to store to get my missing pizza and returns with a cold pizza. After this point I was upset that I called the store to get some questions answered, I asked him was he the manager than spoke to him stating about my issues to which he wasnt interested in hearing me like he was talking very fast and just wanting to jump off the phone. I than stated to him well what do I get from this after I paid the money to receive an incomplete order than get given the pizza that was missing cold. He said with the next order he will give me something BUT why would I order from somewhere that really didnt want to listen to me in the first place UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Great pizzas. Plenty of topping on both. Really tasty. Nice and hot still, when we got home. Thanks guys.

Did not receive my order till after 1hour and 15 minutes, tried calling the branch but had no response.They didn’t have the courtesy to inform me of the delay or an apology or explanation for the delay.Never again Pizza Hut will I be ordering from you👎👎👎👎.

Waited for order outside as level 3 restrictions....saw the cashier lady cleaning surfaces which was great to see until she used the same gloves she had on to handle the pizza that just came out of the oven...cross contamination at its best. When she finally took off her gloves there was no hand washing....further training needed.

Terrible service. I waited 40 minutes for an order without them even calling out to say it was ready. This is despite their contact free pickup policy of waiting in your car for them to call. Wont be using this store again.

Received pizza via delivery only to open pizza and see hair (looked suspiciousright in the middle of it. Honestly wanted to vomit right away. Called the store immediately for refund and she could not help had no knowledge of how to help and no supervisor or manager on duty til 3pm and this was 12pm. Finally a manager called back and could only manage another pizza even though I said I would return the whole order for a full refund as we were so disgusted. Never ordering from pizza hut again shld have just stuck to my regular dominoes. They issued me a fresh pizza and drink which I had to pick up! Very disappointed. The head office was just as bad as I am still waiting for a call back. Was guaranteed by store manager that hairnets and gloves were worn only to my SIL dismay wen she picked up fresh order they were wearing caps!. Would rate them 0 for service and quality.

Awesome food at an affordable price! Whenever we order Pizza Hit for some sort of party, or just for dinner, they always deliver on the right time, and they don’t get our order wrong! This is an awesome place to have food at.

Awesome customer service. I didnt submit my order properly via online however they took it over the counter and made it quick smart. Got home within 20 mins for the hungry hippos.

Ordered online for delivery. A lady arrived after 1 hour of placing the order with cold pizza.Placed an order at 6.15pmActual delivery time was 6.55pmI got delivery at 7.17pm (22 min late). Pizza was good though.The quantity of pineapple was not enough for extra $2.

Worst pizza I have ever had..all 4 pizzas were burnt and lacked taste...no mozzarella in Margaretta..disappointing.. :(

Customer service is terrible. Ordered a hersey cookie delivered. It was burnt called the store for a refund or another, manager told me it will take over an hour because they only have one delivery driver on. The replacement came and well hello a different delivery guy from the first. Manager lies, and also hangs up while your trying to explain to him that "I paid money for something I didnt get" rude and will never shop there again!

Since the takeover by new Indian owners the qualiry of pizza has dropped dramatically.I bought one vegetarian and one chicken puzza there was hardly any greens cheese or pineapple it was only tge dough and the garlic bread was totally raw.I wonder these new owners are truly chefs.Will never go there until the change of owner

Arrived instore with my 2 kids, at 4.59pm, to pick up my order (which was to be ready by 5.05pm). The guy at the counter took my name and payment and said nothing else. So my children and I (who were the only 1s in the storeshuffled to the side and proceeded to wait patiently. By 5.11pm, my children were becoming impatient and the store began to fill up. By 5.18pm, I looked towards the oven and none of my pizzas seemed to be in it. At this point, my patience had run thin and so I asked the lady at the counter if she could check to see if my order would be ready any time soon... My order had been sitting in the warmer since before I had stepped foot in the bloody place coz it had been the same 3 pizzas, on the same shelf since I arrived there. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS & HORRIBLE service!!! I should have asked for my money back because they were so quick to take it but so slow to give what i had paid for. DO NOT waste your hard earned money here!!!

Use, perhaps l should say overuse, has left me uninspired. Unbeatable price but the pizzas seem smaller and more bland than memory recalls from a few years back.

The services at the lynfied piazza hutt online is very disappointing. We placed an order and waited for over an hour and the pizza has not been delivered yet. Sad to see just bad service from such a reputed brand. Will not recommend anyone to order online to this store.

What a worse pizzas we had today! Not only worse pizza even the guy who deal with me even worst. I am talking about lynfield, blockhouse bay branch. I have ordered at 7.17 pm, and pick up time was 7.40 pm. I reached there 7.32 and my pizza was sitting in the warmer! The guy gave me pizzas at 7.43pm from the warmer. I told him what is this brox, its already sitting there and i am waiting for almost 10 min. He did not say even sorry for his mistake. Not a good service attitude at all. When we had our pizzas they were already hard and cold and cheese pizza too saltly. I am writing this not because i want something from your company but just want to aware so you can improve your staff members attitude. If you want any proof of my purchase pls let me know i can provide that as well. Thanks.
