Pizza Hut Kumeu in Waitakere

Nice pizzas, good place for a cheap meal for the night.

Fast, easy, close to home. Place was dirty though.

Ordered online, pickup time was 6.25pm. Reached on time and asked to wait another 5 minutes. 10 minutes passed and said another 5 minutes and then lastly they said would you like your money back. Poor management.

Ordered two pizza and multiple sides for delivery which was late by almost an hour. Called them to enquire as to were said delivery was half an hour after expected arrival to be told driver was almost on my road, a further 20 minutes and was welcomed with cold pizza and soggy chips. Would hesitate ordering here again.

Need to update my review unfortunately, usually good service, however previous order was less than satisfactory. Only got a half portion of onion rings. Counted right rings in total

When ordering online with quite a bit of lead time, you would expect your pizzas will be ready by the time you got there but it took another 15 minutes. So total waiting time from the time we ordered was more than 45 minutes. Yes it was probably busy but shouldn’t the order come out earlier than those who ordered later than ours? I reckon it’s managing the flow of orders. What’s convenient about ordering online when your order will only be prepared once you get there to pick them up?

Our 2 pizzas were great and ready on time.

Walked in to order, ordered a Mr Wedge, had no idea where I was I thought it was DominoesPizza wasnt bad but a bit light on the toppings, I want pepperoni on my pepperoni pizza, if you can splash out, the New Yorker range is much much better than the $5 basic pizzas

Took over half an hour longer than what the app said. When I first walked in they couldn’t even find my order. The food itself was good though, just the usual under staffed Pizza Hut…

Really like this Pizza Hut. Food is always hot and staff are friendly.

Selection was very limited and they sold out on the steak & cheese and the Portugal custard pies that I wanted. Travel all the way from Papakura to get average pies. The pies were a little bigger than the normal size but cost $10 each. Look like I have to come out of retirement as a baker and open a pie shop.

Shocking customer service !!Manager was argumentative- very unprofessional... the desserts had no use by date. By law they should ! Another customer got involved - still the Manager argued. Pizza was appalling. Never going back!! 😫

Decent pizza and quick delivery. The website is infuriating to use and often drops off your first selection. Embarrassed that I’ve ordered so often to know that but seriously good pizza 90% of the time!

Terrible do not recommend, failed to deliver and when I rang they abused me and said they tried calling 10 times and tried delivering 3 times. I have cameras and they never showed up. The worst avoid like covid.

Cant believe it but pizza hut needs to talk to there staff about hygiene its a joke how they use the same glove to handle the till and money then make our food something needs to change management needs to get onto this health and safely would love my video of this.

Yes wz pretty good fast efficient service nice eating hawaian pizza chips were a bit hard & lil over cooked but I wz hungry warm & comfortably seated in my cosy car as the bitterly cold windy blustery stormy wet nightthreatened to disturb my pizza eating.

Great service. You can even sit and quickly eat on a table if on the go.

Worst have had from pizza hut. Dough was full of huge air bubbles that were burnt on top and had no topping. Beef and onion had next to no onion or flavour. Ham and pineapple had the same problem and hardly any topping. Think will switch to Dominos pizza.

Very upset. I ordered 2 large pizzas and this is what I get. The one is maybe 3 quarter of the other one and the biggest slice is not even bigger than my hand. Wont support them again.

Pizza Hut Sucks. This one does particularly. There are way better Pizza Options in the area. All bread no topping

Dissapointed..Got Super Supreme pizzas. If this is super supreme Id hate to think what the basic pizza is like. Sparse toppings..dry , lacking base sauce. Service was good. Henderson branch last month was much better value in my opinion.

Recently went around 3ish pm to get a pizza, after waiting at the counter for 2min a guy decided to come out was talking on the phone with a friend. Well making my food was watching some Indian Bollywood movie in his hand with headphones in. Kept touching his face and phone and then the food. I was a Chef and I would get this closed down if I could.. so unhygienic and disrespectful..

Good solid pizzahut shop. Not all are capable of custom orders, Kumeu got my double pepperoni just right. Nice clean shop, friendly staff. Thanks

Not busy long wait and our orders came half an hour apart when we were together. Yummy though.

Good fast and friendly service. Handy location, relative new store, plenty parking out front. Recommending order online then pick up in store to save time.

Kumeu Pizza Hut is very good and the stuff is also amazing and I recommend that Pizza Hut is very delicious more than another pizza thank you

Food wasn’t hot, garlic bread not cooked properly and that’s not even the worst of it. The prawns on our pizza had freezer burn, were hard, stale and inedible - will never have Pizza Hut again 0/10

had a angus beef pizza.wow!!hard to find the little balls of meat.must have been measured out individually.never again.

Hour and half late for a timed delivery, ordered for 7.45pm arrived at 9.15pm. No attempt made to make contact to advise of delay. Poor management.
