Pizza Hut - Kandy in Kandy

Very friendly crew. I taste was awesome, even though the restaurant is old to the place the taste is always new. Good experience. Had an awesome time there, definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in a hot & yummy pizza!

The food was quite good though they didnt have much choice for starters. The service was pretty good though the waiter didnt have much English and was a bit confused. There was on going live piano music which seemed a little incongruous.

We went for day out with family members and ask for the offer which we received and they haven’t update on this. And there is a communication gap with the waiter. So we had to wait there for about 1hr.Food is delicious.

Crowded place during weekends. Had to wait sometime to get seats, also to place the order and serve the meals due to limited staff availability. Customer service is very low. AC wasnt working. Only thing is they have washroom. Bad experience. Not recommended at all.

Great Service and very convenient loacation in the heart of Kandy town, close to Temple of tooth relic.

Conveniently located in a landmark surrounding. Steward who served us was very attentive and help us to compile the order so that we got the best combination according to our taste.For Beverages only available drink was diet Coke and some other drink (due to out of stock). This was the only lapse we experience and other than that overall we enjoyed the dinner.

They were very busy on Saturday during lunch time. They tried their best to accommodate everyone. Food was good.

I think this place is really good next to Sri Dalanda Maligawa. Infront of hotel Queens. Easy to find the place and really nice view there.Easy access. We took away our Pizza.Vast area to dine in with your friends, Family and loved ones. Fast service and friendly crew. We tried the Cheesy pizza. They dont deliver these days because of Fuel shortage. So dont bother calling them. Closes at 11 p.m so you can go late night and have fun with your people. At the night The Kandy town is really silent and the place where Pizza hut is situated is really nice.

The place is near Sri Dalada Maligawa with good view of Kandy Lake. Very good service with friendly staff. Highly recommended. We are visting there 2 or 3 time within one month. My kid also like to try different typea of pizza that offering by them. Thank you very much all staff members!

I lived the pizzas ! They have of course special ones that have sri lankan taste and that are a tad spicy but they were delicious ! The place was very crowded and it took us a minute to find a spot but i do recommend trying the pizzas. The staff was so nice and helpful ! It is also right next to the temple of tooth

Delicious pizza, the Double chicken cheese fave pizza is to die for. The staff here is friendly and welcoming and the food is fast. The location is nice, a bit cramped up but enough for a small group and the interior deco is nice too. Located Next to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic Sri Dalada Maligawa.

Got here after taking a long walk of conflicts not know what to eat. Then we settled for Spaghetti. The restaurant was Covid ready, Glasses, walls, floor and the seats was neat and clean, been here a decade ago when a lovely lady mezmarized us during lunch playing the piano and it was still there but closed. Staff was very friendly and the service was fast.

One of best place to in-dine around Kandy. Friendly staff. Same cheerful service even after mid night or 1 AM (yes. one hour after mid night). Food taste is average. Comfort, Good Service and Friendly atmosphere is the best thing.

Nice toppings and crust. Undoubtedly the best pizza in town. Very convenient to the iconic landmark in Kandy. There are other outlets in the same area as well. But, this outlet is more spacious.

The food is standard of what you expect from Pizza hut. But the service is slow. We came to the restaurant at a time with few people inside. More than half the tables were empty. But the waiters were very lethargic. After waiting for more than 10 minutes we had to call a waiter to take our order.Made me wonder if home delivery would have been a better option than dining in.

After a few days of eating curry, we needed a change. Stepped into pizza hut, and it was exactly as youd expect - clean, well organized menu. Good deals.We were really excited to try some of the local flavors and they tasted great! All in all a good experience and if youre looking for a change of food with some local flavors, pizza hut hits the spot.

The very pizza hut in Kandy area. The view from top is so beautiful. You can see the temple of tooth relic, the Queens Hotel and the Lake. The staff is having a quality service. The pizzas are mouthwatering and reasonable. Sometimes they have huge offers for dining and online orders. The deviled chicken, double chicken and cheese fiesta and meat lovers are highly recommended varieties. Dont miss a chance to take a bite if you visit to Kandy.

Literally the worst pizza hut ever!The service is very slow, and also not that good. The waiters are lazy and dont listen to the order properly. You have to confirm the order three to four times. The food is disgusting. The snacks are served burnt and with a lot of oil, not to mention that you cannot hold them. The pizzas come with very less sauce and the toppings are too less. I wouldnt recommend anyone to ever eat in this restaurant. The one star is for the availability of a washroom.

We were to organize a party there in Pizza Hut. We informed them by 9.30 AM in the Morning. When we are going, they are ready with the Tables and Food for 50 odd People. Such a fast service from themselves.They are ready to deliver their full effort on our orders. So no need to worry on anything.

A good place to hangout with your family and friends. Also you can get a delivery for your doorstep in kandy area. There are many selections for you. The view also superb. Staff members are superb customer friendly. But training staff members are terrible. Anyway I recommend this place.

Great pizza and good offers especially considering the location.Pizza tasted really nice and consistent with other branches found in the UK for example.The one downside is that staff did seem a little like they didnt want to be there. Apart from that the service wasnt too bad either.I would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone looking for good pizza in the area!IG @vegetariancrazy

This place is better than the Katugastota branch. Nice view of Kandy and there is parking nearby at the back and it is close to Kandy City Centre parking as well. Just a little walk:They have the full menu here which include soups and salads.

Very nice place with a lot of understandable menu in Sri Lanka. Payment through card was not a problem and the food was served fast. its a three side open property, so the view is good from the first floor.

Unlike any pizza hut you will find in other parts of the world. Reminds me of the movie "Demolition Man" with Sylvester Stallone when he goes to an upscale Taco Bell.

Good cheezy pizza, the lasagna has a good bit of sweetness in it, the place is big for groups and there are some live performances inside. Downside is is really expensive
