Pizza Hut Havendale in Spanish Town

For the most part its usually empty unless its a Friday afternoon and there is usually a little bit of a wait time for the food but other than that they are okay

I go for the Hawaiian but this spot is very small. Just for pickup basically. No waiting area or anything. You wont have problem with parking depending on the time you go but all and all I just go for the pizza. Better pizza

Great tasting pizza done fast..

While on the road, we did a quick stop to purchase a Family-size Cheese Sticks. We so enjoyed them. Tasty!!

Slow service and unprofessional behaviour and attitude from staff.

Best Pizza in Jamaica. However they Need to have a pick up line separate from order line. Placing orders online and having to wait in the same line as persons ordering is time consuming.

Very bad service. Ordered a pizza from 2:34p.m and 5:04pm it still had not arrived. Called to cancel the order the lady didnt even apologize for the inconvenience she just hung up the phone in my ear. Yall urgently need better equipped staff or better management.

Doesn’t need a long review to tell you about the service from Pizza Hut Havendale. Slow Service, Impossible to get over the phone and unprofessional staff. That’s my experience with them which I find to be very consistent.

There food is excellent and on time. However their phone number dont always have someone to answer it

Pizzas are delicious and service is quick. The space isnt extremely large but definitely dont have to worry about over crowding. Especially during the weekdays.

This place needs better workers whom wants to work order took so long i forgot I even ordered! (Heaven Dale location, Jamaicathe poor manger he did try his best, thank you.

The worst experience anyone could have in a fast food establishment. They mixed up the order.... Redo the pizza without saying a word to me.... It took them 2 HOURS to get it done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. AVOID THIS OUTLET AT ALL COST!! STAY FAR!

God the service is horrible, i dunno whats worse between the time it takes for them to deliver or their phone that no one answers. Atleast the pizzs is good

Always busy but provide good service when orders are first called in.

Im not a person, who would normally take their time to leave a customer service review, but this time is an exceptional one! And I dont mean it in the best of intentions!I asked the delivery person for only five minutes to find my card, and he abruptly disconnected the call in me. Please note this is after waiting almost three hours for my pizza to be delivered! This is by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced!I even had the cash available to pay for the order, and to show the level of disrespect, he didnt even gave me the time to provide a counter solution. In my opinion, one star is way too much!

Quick in and out made my order was ready for me when I got there

Not due to a fault of theirs, but depending on the day it can be rather very difficult to find parking space. Other than that, never had a problem.

Organization in terms of number of persons allowed in store for Covid purposes are not being done properly. I ordered for pickup but had to wait in a line outside to just collect and cash. Pizza was short of peperoni amd pineapple but still maintain a great taste.

Pizza hut always the better buy. This location very busy but once you get pass the small wait it is worth it. The staff is cool.. Big up the security, him under pressure from the crowd but him a manage the runnings. Call in to order is easier peeps and just go pick up

This place! Food is delicious overall and always warm AND the orders are done in a timely manner. Pizza, cookie pie, pasta and cinnamon bread sticks all yummy. Lost a star 😕 because the majority of the staff just do not understand basic customer service skills. Dont hold your breath when ordering by phone. Im surprised when its answered as it almost always rings off the hook. When in store consider yourself lucky if you are greeted with a Next before they take your order and if you arent careful someone else (who ordered after youwill get served before you.

They always take super long, when you try to call ahead they don’t answer the phone as if they want no business. Aside from that the pizza is great and always hot and fresh.

Went with a friend to collect her pizza and we waited like over 1 hour and she did call in her order and they said 30 mins in this time with a crazy virus please see how best your team can work on reducing wait time and gather how ever keep on baking those pizza we love it.

Got their pizza patty..nice crust but probably a little too sweet for me,esp as there was no pineapple included.

The last experience with Pizza Hut has left a bad taste in our mouth and after being regular customers over the years we will not be doing business with them again. We should not eat cheese so we always order our pizza without cheese. We ordered a Famous four Pizza without cheese on Saturday, August 29th. The order was read back properly but when we received the pizza it contained cheese. We found this out after the delivery person had left. We tried calling pizza hut for over an hour to ask that they pick up the pizza and send the right order but no one answered the phone. As a result we had to give the pizza away and were hard pressed to find dinner for the family as by this time it was now too close to the 7pm curfew in kgn and st Andrew. When we finally got through to them the following day we were told that they could not do anything about the matter as the pizza was not returned. It seems we were expected to open and check our food at our gate with Covid raging all around. Unlike what other pizza restaurants would have done we were told that we would not be getting a pizza as compensation for our money, time and and frustration. We were robbed of our hard earned money by Pizza Hut and our family nearly went without dinner for the night.

Good customer service and friendly courteous staff. I only have one issue with this location. They are super slow which can be frustrating. The staff makes up for that by being patient and understanding.

They have SIGNIFICANTLY reduced their portion sizes. Once upon a time a pan pizza would equate to two normal slices. Now its about 1 normal slice. Also. They NEVER answer the phone. Best BBQ chicken pizza but honestly I dont think its worth the hassle.

A big argument erupted between the customers and the security guards which resulted in several threats being exchanged between the parties. It was a disgraceful scene with so many customers hearing the heated exchange. It escalated for me when the cashier shouted that the card machine is not working. I had to just abandon my order and find food elsewhere. Im truly disappointed with the lack of managerial support and the way the security guard handled the matter. This is a poor reflection on this store and for me after several failed attempts to order food here over the years, I dont plan on returning unless the system and the way customers are dealt with improves.

EXTREMELY POOR Service. It takes forever to answer the phone. I have waited over an hour to get them and they have 3 lines which are always busy. When you do get them to place your order it takes 1 1/2 hours to be delivered (DEAD COLD)...They have gotten my order wrong several times and have not even bothered to do better.

Every time i try calling this location to make an order, they would put the phone on hold for the longest while without answering and hanging up the phone. How do you do business if your phone line or customer service personnel is not doing their job correctly. I have given up and now sticking to ordering from someone else.

The service is downright awful and the staff is borderline rude. Food quality is ok, but even with a long wait you may get your order lukewarm, since it may have been overlooked by the server, and left sitting there.

I came to pick up order I made on telephone. I told the cashier I am here for order made on the telephone she found my order cashed the order and didnt say another word to me. So I am thinking it is not ready as yet I will hear my number called. After about ten minutes of just standing there I asked one of the staff can you check on this order. To my surprise the order was under a shelf somewhere right in front of the cashier. The pizza was cold at this point it was not being heated. And how can pizza but justify selling those tiny wings for $825 is beyond me. In my untrained eyes you guys seem to have enough staff yet two security guards are on there assisting with the orders and handing over food to customers are there hands sanitised. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a pizza hut. And I dont think I had a bad one before.

Terrible customer service. Poor staff training and delivery system means you wait hours for a pizza.Other times you may hear - " pick up only as we dont have any riders"Avoid at all costs

The service at this location is a disgrace! Very poor customer service and very disorganized. I was not sure who to tell my order as they were more than one worker at the front who did not acknowledge me. I kept asking who I should give my order and I was ignored on more than one occasion. I saw someone who dressed different from the rest who I assumed was a supervisor. I told her my concern and she took my order and walked away without taking my money or telling me an order number. I was told by other customers that she should have taken the cash and give me a receipt with my order number. I got frustrated and left. I wont be going there again. Very unacceptable and poor for my hard earned money !

The only reason I gave 2 stars is the quality of the food! The wait is longer than normal, the staff are clueless and some are downright rude and unprofessional. They have security inside behind the counter rather than in the lobby where the customers are. That means that beggars and all kinds of undesirables (which happenedcan walk in and the customers are left to their mercy. All the security did was shoo him from the safety of the counter. Additionally the phone lines appear to be down always!

They had a delivery time of 2 hours. Cant make sense. Get more delivery guys for weekends. The person who answered the phone didnt know much about deals that they were having. Need to make staff aware. Went to pick up pizza and service was not bad

The new countertops and generally more accessible sales area have improved this location. It is now much easier to purchase and receive orders. The staff is fairly courteous. The security guard makes an effort to open doors for patrons.

If there was a scenario where they could get zero stars, they would. Made an order at 6:57, now 8:14 and still no food. Management needs to do better. Dont order here if youre hungry. Jesus Christ will come twice before the darn food arrives.
