Pizza Hut Farrarmere in Benoni

1st visit was awesome, food was tops!! Everything was totally perfect.Went again this past Saturday and my order was switched :( discovered the switch after 9pm so couldnt even act on it. But the switch was yummy too, just not what I ordered.

Service was poor!! And Waited over an hour for our food... staff was rude..

Had to wait 2 hours for the wrong order.Staff unprofessional and rude

Efficient and polite! Ordered the giant cookie and I asked for extra chocolate sauce and the lady was so nice and put extra chocolate sauce! Would recommend.

So disappointing just bought 2 pizzas and its so disappointing the Mexicana got no meat on only veggies and a small bit of chillies with a sauce that burns never had anything like this pepperoni is just as bad tasteless and hardly any pepperoni you have to pull up your socks otherwise you will loose all your customers. For me I will never buy pizza from you again.

Nearly 2 hrs and no pizza delivery as yet, and I live 5 min away. All I get is eish, its busy. Pick up a phone and inform your clients what is going on, so they can make decisions on pick up or canceling order, but dont give yourselves a bad name.

Worst experience. I’m never someone to complain but I had a terrible experience and feel it can be fixed.After being told we must wait 25 minutes because they are rolling the dough (bare in mind this was at about 14:00). We waited patiently.Small things like the screens you see orders on not connected, not very clean either.Almost 40 minutes later we get the pizza, card machines not working (work in IT and know what the server message saidyet they argued it was our card and not the signal. Okay no biggy we went to fnb and got some cash.We get our pizza, not only did they give us the wrong pizza, it was not even sealed after they took it back to the back once we were unhappy. We ordered bacon avocado feta as one. Not the same we got, then we were asked to wait even longer so they can change the order.Eventually we had to ask for our money back after spending an hour there. It would’ve been my first time having Pizza Hut 😭

Came from randfontein to do business in benoni stopped at farrarmere Pizza hut found the place to be closed Ive looked on the website to find the opening times and it showed 09:00 but 10:20 still closed there is staff in the kitchen when you knock on the door to find out whats happening they just look at you and ignore you and continue with whatever they are busy with really poor service and false advertisement on the website of opening times

Good deal for their pizza but the service is honestly the worst. I hate going to store as the staff are unfriendly and very slow even take an order. Pizzas pile up out the oven, no one packs them. People stand outside for hours. Its very sad how its run since PizzaHut is my preferred place to go to.

Worst pizza I have ever had in my life. 1 piece of pineapple & 1 1/2 pieces of bacon per slice with an overload of tomato sauce & minimal cheese. I may as well have eaten a bottle of tomato sauce instead. Absolutely disgusting 🤮. Never again. You will never 👎 👎 👎 👎 see me as a customer again. 😡😡😡😡😡

Bought 3 pizzas at R200 and they were really yummy.

Really poor! I cannot get explain my disappointment. Every customer was angry . Food was extreme slow to be made.1 hour for 2 pizzas. Orders for 2 other customers were incorrect. Very dissatisfied, especially since this was the 3 time I visited the store and same story every time.

I’m not even sure how this place is still open? About 2 weeks ago we went to order pizza and sadly, they couldn’t assist us as they didn’t have dough (a pizza place that doesn’t have dough)We tried again last night through Mr D, we waited an hour and a half for Mr D to let us know that their delivery guy was unsuccessful at receiving our food from Pizza Hut Farrarmere. By this time we were hungry and disappointed. I wish I could rate their food, but I really wouldn’t know… and I’m certainly not in a hurry to find out either!

My first and last time Ill order at Pizzahut Farrarmere!!Ive experienced the worst service ever, it is actually such a joke!!3 Hours.... Ive received a confirmation of my order at 15:45, they close at 21:00... i called 3 times in the 3 hours and on my 4time we were outside trading hours. My fiance decided to drive before the store closes at 20:40 and got the delivery guy a block away...Ive placed a order on the Pizza hut app, for:(The Ultimate 40 Day Deal)- Meat Lovers, Large, Rectangular- BBQ Chicken and Bacon, Large,Rectangular- Coke, 1.5 Ltr&- Pizza FoldWe paid online, so we needed to wait.... and go find our food. I understand when a store is busy, bur this is ridiculous!

Amazing sauce compared to any other pizzas but the only down falls are that they hand toss is not very thin and the location is far into residential area. Maybe if they are in a better location or increase the delivery range it will be better.

Bought two large pizzas. They made the wrong base. There was barely any tomato paste on the pizza and as a whole the pizzas were untasty and disappointing.

Very poor service, staff were using the knife labeled meat to cut vegetarian pizzas.

Each time i went there they were friendly and helpful. Yes the quick take aways were nice. I really can reccomend Pizza Hut Farrarmere.

Two years ago I got food poisoning from eating from this location, however, tried it again today and extremely disappointed in the quality. The Base seemed like they used old dough and quality of the pizza is not up to standard of pizza Hut.

Would Recommend the colab with KFC pops pizza , was very good.

It doesnt matter if you order online an hour before you will NEVER get your order on time! You WILL get to the store and they WONT have even started it. Whats the point of ordering online!?

Tried to order at this branch twice - once over dinner and the other time over lunch. Both times I got told they dont have dough to make the pizza???

Tried giving them another chance since my last bad experience over a year ago. Firstly tried for 25 min to place an order online to be given messages saying an error has occurred in my order and that I should try again. I tried multiple times with no luck. I then tried calling the order through only to get a message saying that they are experiencing high call volumes. I eventually hung up after no answer. I then proceeded to drive to the empty store that had zero customers only to be told that the deal i wanted was an online exclusive. What a joke. I will stick to Romans

On there receipt they say free regular potato tots on us before 08 February 2021 but when I inquired about it, the guy taking our order refused, saying that its not done anymore. Why put stuff on your slips but then its not valid anymore. False advertising.

Not good value for money. Other chains offer better tastier pizzas for less. Dont have the option to do the 2 halves in different flavors.

They take 56 minutes to make 2 small pizzas when you go to collect, Then they take 2 hours to make 2 small pizzas if you request delivery. Customer service is absolutely non-existent . The manager is absolutly rude and just gives you a look if you ask her where your order is and doesnt answer your questions. Im absolutely disappointed in this branch, Youll never see me again, Nor my family or friends. Disgusted.

Ordered 2 of the special currently running for R99.90. Litterly as Ditsego (as per till sliprang it up i noticed more pizzas on the side that i didnt see, not even a minute since she went to the back to put the order in we called her back to change one of the pizzas and immediately she said no they have already started. How could they have already started 4 pizzas at the same time?! She clearly didnt want to change it and theres no ways they have even started them as there where a couple people right before us that just ordered.This is the 2nd time we order here as its closest to home. 1st time i waited for our order and they didnt even bother calling me to say its ready they didnt call out any number or anything, eventually i went to ask and then its been sitting there for a while already. I thought okey ill let it go and try them this second time.. and now this. I dont think i will support Pizza Hut in Farrarmere again as kindness and customer service are very important in todays life.

Their pepperoni with the stuffed cheese crust is simply to die for. They also nailed my favourite custom pizza. Kudos to yall for being the best!

I placed an order ref 20142817. I received notification of my payment but then I got an email from Pizza hut stating that my order was pending. So I called and was told the system was hanging. The lady asked me to repeat my order which was a mission to remember. I had to repeat the order over and over due to a noisy background on her side. She is busy making up my order but this has wasted an hour of my time. What a pathetic app and online ordering.‐-----------‐----------------------After this Pizza hut apologised and sent me a free pizza today. Thank you Pizza Hut Farrarmere! All is forgiven.

Cannot understand how a place can be dishonest and think they will stay in business. Pizza with missing toppings cant be fixed the next day with "sorry"

Such bad customer service. The staff were so occupied with each other that we had to get their attention to place an order. The they had no mushrooms...... won’t go back.

Ordered online, my email stated 30min yet they delivered before the time, the driver was friendly and ver professional. First time having pizza hut and I am impressed.
