Pizza was cold, had slid to one side of the base. Drinks were warm

Ordered Friday night. The delivery driver was great and did his job exceptionally. However all pizzas were completely different types to what we ordered, instead of a lava cake we got potato bites, instead of coke it was a fanta (honestly not a big deal on that one). The only thing that was right with the order was the garlic bread. I hope you can do better with checking orders next time. I ordered pizza for my family, and the pizza was yum with filled toppings and had a good taste easy to chew the soft base🥰thanks to Siri for making the dinner yummy tummy.The new owner is very friendly and very efficient 👍Thanks

Has now become my go to place, friendliest staff and great food quality everytime, both of these things missing at dominos emerald.

Good fast-food pizza, pasta and deserts with a drive-through.If you order within 15 minutes of closing, there is an 80% chance they will refuse delivery and cancel your order by marking it as delivered.

Guys, what is going on???Again with the super later delivery times and no communication. Weve been waiting close to two hours this time! This is unacceptable. You dont even have a local phone number so when I tried to call, it redirected me to the main company line and even the lady trying to help couldnt get through to the store. Can there actually be some communication this time instead of the generic Were sorry you had this experience. This is pathetic and Ill be annoyed two fold if the pizzas we receive (If we even receive themare bad quality. That was the case last time.

Ordered 2 pizzas for dinner tonight. Could be the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat. Drinks were wrong and delivered hot.

I was last year and I have been there quite a lot before then. Every-time I went through I would stop here and get a pizza. Best thing pizza hut ever did was to take this store over. And as for pizza making.... perfect every time. This is my number one pizza hut. Truck parking is easy here to, even a road-train

Partner and I came in at 9.30pm 17/08/21. And order some wings and a pizza. Absolutely amazing customer service despite the late order before your closing time. Food was amazing♡♡

Just got my delivery the guy was so rude to my son on the phone said he sounded like a 5 year old he is 13 all because I didn’t put my room number on the order I couldn’t because it wouldn’t let order was late also

I just got my free anniversary pizza today around 12 PM. The store member was so rude. He said its a free pizza, not worth his time and doesnt earn him money.Is that how you treat a customer? I might just take a free pizza today but with that kind of treatment I will never buy pizza at Pizza Hut Emerald again!

Quick service..

Called, got on the website, did everything, "closed" before the allocated time. Has happened more than once.

seemed like 1/2 of the staff where not doing anythinggot order 40 mins after suggested time

Absoulty poor service false advertising says they close at 10pm called at 9:10pm and were told they are closed already

Disgusted had to say everything 3 times when ordering so I made sure I told her 10 times no tomatoes and no tomato sauce so when it showed up over an hour late it had tomato all over it as well I asked for two Pepsi they brought one Pepsi one Pepsi max and the manager was rude every time I spoke to home

Good pizza

I ordered using their online app. When i picked and paid, i found that even though i am sure i asked for thin crust, i got deep pan. seems that somehow the system changed my request. they wouldnt refund.I wont be going to/ordering from Pizza Hut again.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered online, order turned up 20mins after expected delivery confirmation. I advised to the delivery person that I do not want the order now and that she could keep it. I later had her brother and a friend of his turn up at my house accusing my husband (whom was on his way home from work and wasn’t even in town at the time of deliverythat his sister told him that my husband threw pizza in her face. I went straight down to the store and she denied saying that to her brother at all. So the message I received tonight was don’t refuse an order from Pizza Hut if they are late because you will get their family members turning up at your house looking for an argument

Worst pizza and service I have seen! Pizza was late (quoted 20mins was 1hr waitwhen we got it home they where cold and soggy. FAST FOOD MY ARSE! And dont bother with drive thru, you get ignored by staff. Wont be returning.

Delivered hour late and cold

I ordered pizza hut for my family for dinner last night and was extremely disappointed. We order pizza hut once a month but last night was horrible. We asked for delivery and they were 45min late and the pizzas tasted horrible and hardly cookee very sloppy and oily. Veey disappointed.

Difficulty ordering online, once completed it took an hour to get here. The orders were incorrect. Very disappointing.

Shut service. Turn up and make you wait 40 minutes for a pizza and still want $16 for ordinary produCT. Should be that time delivered. Cal Dominos.

Not as good as Dominos, but definitely a step up from Eagle Boys. Would only recommend it if you use discount coupons and order online.
