This pizza hut has lost the premium service. The place is big but I feel unwelcome here. Service is slow. The staff is not so friendly.

Last time i went here is quite good and fun. But i revisited back few weeks ago, it feel like errgghh!! The service is super slow and some waiter there super noob 😪😪😪 blur kronik! We have to call and remind many times only our ordered delivered hrrmm.. If not because the environment and space is comfortable, i wont go there tau.

A staff name Nurin is incompeted.. she is under service line but with black face and the way she talk is very inpatient.. when I order my pizza which “Combo 2” (RM15 with two sidesand plus one chicken wing (add on RM 7she just tell me because I told her one mushroom soup and she charge me a different price but didn’t advice me to take one more slide when I find out with her, she just told me NOT REFUND.Feel very disappointed due to I need to call her manager only can solved my problem.This is not money problem is the staff ATTITUDE problem.

Quite comfortable. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Easy to search. The parking lot is available & FOC. The only thing Im looking for Which is not there is the musolla for praying. Maybe its there but Im not sure. It will great if they have a musolla. It will be easier for Muslims to pray perform their prayers there if they break fast (buka puasaor have an event there.

Due to MCO/PKP only take away. No dining at the restaurant.

Im not anti animals but when a cat freely enter the premises and get on top the sofas and chair and the staff just saw an ignore. I wonder animals are allowed in pizza hut. That mean its quit no hygienic place. Am I correct..? Im sorry if its hurt but I dont think so other religions have good atmosphere of eating or buying there.. thank you.

This outlet quite big than other outlet.. Kfc also here.. So you can bring your whole family.. 😄

The environment was cozy. The staffs are friendly and they follow SOP set by KKM. Nice place to dinner with family.

Many out there, but this outlet takes pride in serving you the Best with butter oozing out - followed instructions!Kudos to Suraya & Shasha!

2 stars for some sort of worse service from the Front of the house staff, we waited for 20 minutes, waiting to be served or at least to be acknowledged by the staff, but the staff ignored us, they see us, but we were instantly ignored by them, I even had to said to them that we want to order before they even gave us the opportunity to order the pizzas, Angsana Johor Bahru Malls Pizza Hut is better from this

Very disappointed to the service when I order for take away twice I mention to the cashier that I wanted to have beef pepperoni then she ask me again if Ayam or daging... When my order done I go inside the outlet to pick up my order I open the door I saw 3 person in the counter and they just look at me tot she know why Im there but they just wait till I ask my pizza only they all move this place is not bz at all but allstaff so bz with nothing they dont even dont know how to welcome the guest when they enter the door and I need to ask for chilli source and tissue just give two pcs of tissue

Very good. Good staff very polite and the services are fast. Recomended to all. A lot of parking lot. Soup are awesome, the volcano pizza were delicious evently cuts. 😀 keep up the good work guys.

This Pizza Hut has class. But you should come early at night because it is not 24 hour branch. This Pizza Hut is build with KFC in the same building. Try it!

I am happy to give 5 stars because in here always got available vehicle parking lots, interior decoration is wonderful and foods are delicious.Here is also a idea meeting place if youre nearby.Power supply points are available for laptop and printer.Always got available sits.

The staff are welcoming. Its clean. Service reasonably quick.

The food is great but the cleanliness, especially the loo, is a total disappointment.Service is a bit slow as the staff are mostly new recruits so the supervisor should do a better job at guiding them. Overall its a good place to eat if you are a patient customer.

Quite, far from busy town area, friendly staff.I feel that the food served taste much better compare to other PH. The best is it connected with KFC and you can buy them and eat at PH area with no issue.

for a place like this they shall earned 5 stars. it is so un predictable that they served me warm water in a kind of dirty glass where u can see black spot inside it. staff are friendly. but service is pretty slow eventhough not peak hour

Service gud & excellent but quality food especially pasta absolutely need improvement as it hard to eat & tasteless.. Did ask kitchen to adjust it twice but still d same.. Pls upgrade quality pasta coz nowdays all vy costly,single cents needs satisfaction..ive been loyal customer very longgggg time ago so its vy disappointed 😔

Good convenient location, but seriously understaffed. Be prepared for a long, long wait.

No takeaway cups available when we dined in. Needs attention with service--- only 3 tables to assist yet our soup was forgotten. Service staff only visible at the front podium (so you wont runaway without paying the bill). Restroom was filthy though if you look at the wall before entering restroom, it WAS rated 4 star for cleanliness. Yuck!

Few times been there, never satisfied with the service. The need to change manager/supervisor
