Received the completely wrong order. Never fixed.

Sama who normally serves us at this branch is always welcoming and friendly and knows us by name. When one of our orders were wrong, which only happened once they quickly rectified it and added a side as well to apologize for the error. Friendly team and pizzas are always satisfying.

Congratulations on your consistency of poor performance. We prefer Pizza Hut to Dominos but at least they deliver!Here we are again, still waiting for our pizza 45 minutes after it was promised and youre not answering your phone. Lets hope you at least remember all our sides this time.Seriously, you are doing something very wrong. If you have staff off sick then update your capacity on your delivery system so you dont promise what you cant deliver.We come back every-so-often to see if youve sorted it out but its been like this for a long time. Will be making a complaint to the master franchise this time.

Ordered a Limo - Half the pizza was turned upside down and they didnt provide the fries or onion rings. Called the driver straight away who didnt answer. Called the shop who said they will sort it out and hear back from them which didnt happen. Back to Dominos

Need more staff went there today with full hunger but due to 1 person he was so busy at rear making pizza 🍕 didnt take my order, thanks KFC drive through..... have some more people on work guys

This is a $7.5 pizza. The bread to crust ratio is around 50/50. Like comeon! I ordered a pizza not a loaf of bread garnished with some cheese. Not a happy customer at all. Ive been to this pizza hut a handful of times throughout the past decade. And the quality has been getting consistently worse and worse. Things need to change or this store is getting cancelled.

I took some extra time to pickup my pizza and I got yelled by the manager. LOL 🤣 He was very rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. Such a grumpy man.

I ordered online 5:55pm. Estimated picp up 6:15pm. But i actually get pizza at 6:52pm. Waiting soooooooooo long time!

Have been wrong/hours late the last four times we ordered online and deccied to pickup, still got the wrong pizzas, absolutely terrible, phone number doesnt work when we tried to call to remedy this.

I love Pizza Hut but this branch delivers 20+ mins late and they dont always answer calls. (They provide garlic bread if the pizzas are wrong or the wait is particularly long though)

Pizza was fine, but nobody was being told of the half-hour-plus delays on their order - not even new customers coming in to order in-store. On top of that, I never received any sort of response to my email about this. Customer service is just as important as the quality of food.

Nearly an hour late on delivery, was trying to.call the the store for 10 minutes and no one answered. Never again

First time I order from Pizza Hut (any branchfirst time I have food delivered in almost 2 years, its not cheap. It was meant to be a treat for me and my family after a tough week. We order 2 large pizzas (as we did a couple of times when eating out in other pizzeriasand a coke. They brought 2 small pizzas... But hey, thats their "large" version. So we all ended up hungry. And when they delivered it they didnt bring the coke (which of course was way more expensive than in the supermarketand I had to call and wait another 30 minutes to get the coke, which is still unopened in my fridge, dinner was over by the time it arrived. Special dinner spoiled. Never ordering from this place again. The girl on the phone was polite, thats all I can say. There are better pizzas out there, and even better when we cook our own.

They never pick up the phone. App is constantly crashing. Very irritating store to order from. Save yourself the hassle and buy dominos.

Fast efficient service and the Pizza itself was damn good.

I cant say that this is my favourite Pizza hut because the floors are very dirty and a little bit on the verge of a health problem but, as usual the pizzas are delicious. It is nice and local, convenient. They have some things to work on but Im not going to stop getting pizza from there because its not the worst Ive seen, believe me (;

I ordered 5 pizzas online, which never turned up! We called a number of times of which we called the Birkenhead branch too who took our details and never called us back. The experience have put me off Pizza Hut for ever nationally having spent most of my Friday evening chasing my Pizza across the north Shore and not one branch can help!!

Just wasted $41.00 on a meal that turned up and was the worst excuse for pizza ever, definitely will never be ordering from you guys again ive never seen such poor excuses for pizza in my life DISCUSTING

Our pizza was horrible and not edible! It was a pizza that has mayo on top but they put a super spicy sauce then must of realised and hid it with mayo on top. This was dinner for a 6 and 8year old who dont like the mildest of spicy foods. We didnt realise till we got back to our Airbnb and bit into it (it was well hidden under an excessive amount of mayo).

Its pizza. Its cheap. Youre not buying quality, youre buying fast food that the kids are 90% sure to eat. Note: this particular branch adds a 50c surcharge to their $5 pizzas. Not 100% sure why. But its $5.50 for a full size pizza. Why complain.

Prompt. Waiting time is minimum. The staffs are diligent and dedicated most often to keep orders ready for pick up sooner than later.

Pizzas have definitaley improved since I last ordered (I havent been for a few months), shop looks clean and tidy, pizzas and chips were the best and staff were nice.

Ive lived in this area for 20 years and this is the first time I tried this place..really good,tasty sourdough pizza

Hopeless came in tonight the pizza had no tomato sause at all they ran out! On top of it he was making the pizzas then touch the money! Yukkk! Want my money back!!!

Delivery suppose to be at 6.35pm and didn’t show up so called the store. Said delayed due to traffic and already on it’s way. Tried calling store again but no one pick up the call for ages. Delivered the pizza 7.30 almost hour late. Horrible customer service. Didn’t even consider to let customer know that it’s delayed.

First try: Opening hours on the door are old, cant find reliable information for when they are actually open.Second and last time using pizza hut: Placed an order online, only to find that the order had NO Cheese on the pizza. No notifications on the website that I was ordering a Pizza without cheese, no care taken by the store.

The customer service is very good at this place I ordered a pepperoni and a veggie pizza from the classic range. I was amazed by the value of money I received. The toppings were to the edge which is quite good given the fact that the pizzas were only $6 each. Very happy and will definitely be back

Ordered online and the website took my money and never sent my order through to the store. What makes it even worse is that upon calling up I was told they couldnt do anything about it and not to bother calling back again by the manager himself. Disgusting customer service

They didnt ask me and my girlfriend why we were carrying 2 bananas into the store. Always good to avoid that interaction👍

it seems not all pizza made and taste exactly the same.. the cheese pizza at glenfield mall location taste better than the one we ordered here..and this one only had 1 staff who was the cashier and pizza maker at the same time..

Appalling service and pizza was overcooked. Dominos is just up the road and way better.

Tried their pizza before did not like it . After years went back to try them again its worse than ever took more than 10 minutes to cook one pizza. Funny taste.

1 hour 40 minutes 2 phone calls a driver who cant read an adress off the receipt and an an incomplete order. You can keep the pizza and you wont be getting another order from me
