My experience was a parking conveniency to purchase pizza hut, and the smoked deli wings is just not too salty...

good staff.. if they take longer time, just roam around giant there

Service slow

Actually I did not managed to order. As the order is closed.But the place like not so organized. N ada bocor n they had to put baldi Infront of the main entrance of pizza hut. It doesnt look nice at all.

First time ordering and it was bad. Waited 2 hours even after calling the customer service was told delivery arriving in 5 mins. Waited for another 30 mins and call customer service again. The store finally called and said my order is still sitting there without rider available. Had to call to cancer and ask about refund process. Now, no email or text confirm refund, still have to call them back to confirm. My first and last with PH

Received bad service from a lady staff. no idea why she not want to explain abt the menu. She just give me mad stare. I received my order with no "thanks". She even forget to put my drink, she said no sorry at all. Wth

Worst service!!!! We waited so long for the food, the workers are very slow and never bother to come when you call them, service Tax are very high which we couldnt accept. Very very bad! We ordered cheesy salsa fries but they gave us only fries with no cheese and sauce and they charged full for that which is very bad! Worst experience

Worst service ever. The workers are so lazy, just shout from the bar and told me something i ordered was out of stock, which I couldnt hear it at all from such distance. They don’t even bother to walk and informed. FYI already been here for one hour and my pizza hasn’t yet arrived 👎🏼👎🏼

Staff are helpful and cheerfulBut that don’t really help if my personal pizza took more than hour to prepare cause of some system glitch

poor services :( they are not friendly at all. we just only knew that we need to order why scanning code, so we dont know how to order yet. they just put the qr code on our table and just go away 🙂 dont recommend this place . place not so clean

Poor service, explain thing dull and unclear, unfriendly at all, work attitude not serious, all staff chit chat around and abadoned customers. Despite it is a chain restaurant, the taste is not that good compare to other outlet even eating fresh and hot,how come?

Slow service. Waited for 45 mins for pizza, this is when the restaurant is almost empty, we were the only customers. Not recommended. Go to a pizza outlet elsewhere.

Pizza for me is generally nice, I love cheese!But I got turn off when I see dirty tableware. See photos for your reference. BIG turn off! 3 stars gone because of this.Soup is not consistent, this time I got this.Staff is generally good in manners.Environment is quite clean, but the knifes and forks are unacceptable.Will I come back again? No waiter at Reception when walk-in. Have to ask for assistance. Waiters are not alert to customers. Waiting time for Pizza takes around 30 minutes for dining.
