Pizza Hut in Nieuw Amsterdam

Wat een welverdiende mooie vakantie naar Suriname zou moeten zijn, eindigde in een nachtmerrie. 2 Dagen geleden werd ik wakker en had ik veel zin in pizza. De dag erna besprak ik dit met mijn reiscompagnons. Die vonden Pizza Hut een goed idee. Mijn nicht raadde dit af, maar wij wilden het toch graag uitproberen. Wij besloten een online bestelling te plaatsten. Toen wij eenmaal 30 min later aangekomen waren bij Pizza Hut filiaal whilhelmina, kregen wij te horen dat de ipad waar de bestelling op binnen zou moeten komen uit stond. Vervolgens kwamen ze erachter dat de pizzas die we wilden niet meer beschikbaar waren. Toen we voor de 2e keer besteld hadden zeiden ze dat het nog 15 min zou duren. Dit geloofde wij niet dus 25 min later kwamen wij terug. Nog 20 min later vroegen wij waar onze bestelling was. Hierop kregen wij de reactie NOG HEEL EVEN. 15 min daarna vroegen wij hoelang nog heel even zou duren. DE OVEN STOND UIT was de reactie. Toen hebben wij nog 30 min moeten wachten op 4 pizzas. Deze pizza smaakten niet goed doorbakken en we kregen geneens servetjes.

Duurt even maar dan heb je ook wat hoor..Heerlijk en van goede kwaliteit!

Always a good time to eat pizza! But patience you must have when ordering food at Pizza Hut 🛖 🍕

I ordered online for a pick-up 1h earlier. When I arrived and paid then they said I had to wait 1h to have the pizza ! I went home and when I returned 1h after, the told me to wait another 10min...Never will go again, the price is the same in Europe and the service is too long.

Ruim 3 uur gewacht voor levering van de bestelling! Klantenservice onder de maat. Ik raad u niet aan hier te bestellen!

Was lekker maar duurde veelste lang. Enorme amateuristische tempo.

The worse service

Pizza Hut North is small place delicious pizza staff is friendly they prepare pizza order around 20-25 minute. They have also delivery service but delivery pizza to your home very slow after order delivery to your house about minimum between One hour to one hour 20 minutes. So you must wait calmly if you can:)

My pizza was burned

I ordered via their app and specifically added thick crust I ended up with a thin one very dissapointed

The communication with clients via the telephone and the delivery app could be better but other than that everything is great. Would recommend.

We hebben online pizzas besteld maar hebben die nooit geleverd gehad. Bij navraag was de pizza al ready en zou nu de deur uitgaan. En de telefoon werd daarna ook niet meer opgenomen.

It is a great place to get pizza here.But over the past years they have been playing with the model quantity over quality.

I went to pick up my order at 12:30 PM to given enough time to have it ready and for my surprise the didnt get the order , I have to put a new order at the location and wait 40 minutes for an order that suppose to be ready , Your online ordering doesnt work .

De pizzas zijn hier zo lekker! Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed! Weet wat je bestelt...ik ben hier nog nooit teleurgesteld. Het personeel is duidelijk over de wachttijd zodat jij als klant ook weet waar je aan toe bent.

Delicious pizzas but long waiting times

It was the best and freshest pizza that I have had in quite a while! The employees were friendly and the restaurant was very clean as well! Loved it! Great Job Pizza Hut Suriname!

Okay Pizzahut from the wilhelminastraat has plus and minus points. The plus points are that the pizza is really good. Not a lot of quality places for pizza in Suriname , and pizzahut delivers quality pizza. Theres quite some options too , you can even ask for the dough layer to be thicker or thinner. Their other foods such as Lasagna or pasta are also really tasty. Their breadsticks are a must taste! So the food here is absolutely recommended. The atmosphere is nice most of the time, but the place is always crowded so making a reservation if you want to eat there is better. The inside itself looks clean and gives a cozy feelNow the minus points: Its always super crowded , 85% procent of the time pizzahut is packed and finding a parking spot isnt always easy. One thing that really made me give them a 3* review are their employees. They are not super friendly and not patient in my opinion. It would really help if their employees were nicer when taking order and a bit more accomodating in the sense of explaining what some of the pizzas have and explaining the dishes.

Vorige donderdag ging ik met mijn schoonfamilie eten in pizzahut. Mijn schoonbroer was alvast eerder gegaan om op voorhand te bestellen voor 10 mensen. Hij kwam aan om 21u30 en daar werd hem onmiddelijk geirriteerd gevraagd wanneer de rest zou komen. Ze zeiden dat ze bijna zouden sluiten. Deze pizzahut sluit pas om 23u00! Daarbovenop was de bediening verschrikkelijk. Sifra, de dame die ons hielp, was kort, onbeschoft en draaide met haar ogen naar mijn vrouw toen zij een vraag stelde. We kregen geen servietten, geen olie, geen peper en zout, te weinig borden en te weinig bestek. Al het bestek en de borden werden gewoon op een hoop op de tafel gegooid. Sifra bleef onbeleefd en onbehulpzaam tot bijna op het einde. Dan werd ze ineens vriendelijk. Toen ze op fooi bleef wachten werd duidelijk waarom. Kortom ik kom niet meer terug naar deze pizzahut het was ronduit beschamend om mijn familie hier mee uit eten te nemen. Als je bediend dreigt te worden door Sifra zou ik vriendelijk vragen naar een andere serveerster zodat de avond van u en uw gezelschap niet wordt verpest.

I liked the pizza, called to order by phone about 45minutes before leaving the house. I have never asked them to deliver home yet. Although the price is a bit high its worth it in my opinion.

The pizza does taste good, but you have to wait a very long time for it. And its pricey. You dont go there because youre hungry and want a snack, but when you have time you stop and spend some time there.The customer service isnt all that also.

To much waiting time and it seposed to be fast food.....please get the chain managers from USA..to come and fix this place
