Pizza Hut in Kingston

No dine in, no access to washrooms, limited parking space, and they cheap out on the cheese and toppings.

Very good pizza and very kind staff. Prices are reasonable also. Would eat there again.

This restaurant has shut down the dine in. The main entrance of the door is blocked with some drinks machine. No access to toilets. This restaurant is next to the 401 to potentially attract travelers, yet it lacks all the amenities now.

if i could rate it a 0 star i would. the pizza was horrid and the pepperoni was burnt. the pizza was wayyyyyyyy to greasy👎🏻👎🏻. the personal size pizza was a rip off. 6.49 for a pizza smaller then my pinky practically. Pathetic

We ordered the pizza for pick up on our way to Toronto. Upon arrival at pickup… the place was a mess… staff ignored you… walking away… walked around to find the restaurant was closed (take out only). My husband went in to get someone’s attention to access washroom (as we were paying customersrefused and gave us the bad advice to go to Kentucky which was also closed - drive through only. Finally found Harvey’s was open for customers. Love Pizza Hut but wouldn’t come back here. Maybe try the Boston Pizza - we didn’t check there.

Always a pleasure to order here. Although theyre take out only, you still get the experience of Enzo (one of the managersand his friendly staff. Highly recommend this place to anyone 👌

Only offers delivery within 3 kilometres, and if you are right on the 3KM mark the delivery fee is $7… Why even bother offering delivery at that point? No logic whatsoever

My mom likes this place sometimes they are good and put lots of toppings on other times theyre very stingy on the toppings. I do like the sauce they use here

They can not cook there chicken Alfredo meal. Messed it up Twice.. one had more then enough Pepper. The other one had no flavour or sauce. I do not recommend ordering this item from there.

I absolutely love their pizza, the selection is great and you cant go wrong with anything they serve.

The staff are awesome. Always courteous and friendly. Pizza is consistently good. Great value especially when you check out the daily deals via their app.

Love there stuff crust boneless bite amazing they also have alot if differnt sauces.its a must. Wish they would lower the price in chicken wi gs but the high prices for thoes are every where.

Pizza is always cooked perfectly and tastes fantastic at this location. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Online ordering is really easy and never have a long wait! Highly recommend. Thanks to the staff for great customer experience!

Just recently stopped to grab 2 last minute pizzas for dinner and the staff working here tonight we’re fantastic. It’s super hot out, they are slammed busy but still took the time to greet each customer and offer fantastic service. Thanks!!!

I am sorry to hear that people have had negative experiences. Its a shame that the staff doesnt get the credit they deserve. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, Mike, Hansel, and others, they have been around for a while and try their best to provide a top quality service. I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut almost weekly for a while now. The food is amazing; my family loves it. For the price you pay, you get top quality stuff. In some cases where Ive made a mistake with the order they have always accommodated me even when its clearly seen that its me the one who erred. People who are humble and love to serve their patrons is what won me over. However, if you are coming in with the attitude that the world owes you everything and that you are royalty then maybe itll be a different story for you. This place is the best kept secret. Keep it up guys, you are doing a great job.

Pizza is hit and miss. One time its wonderful, and the next its awful! Then back and forth again. Management is trying their best to right the wrongs, even replacing entire family meals. But the cooking staff continues to flop! Often crust is 75%raw or burnt. There is NO QUALITY GUAGE!! Somethings gotta give here! The staff is ruining the Pizza Hut branding.

Only had pickup not dine-in but theyre pretty good for Kingston. Best Pizza Hut Ive ever had was in Saint John NB, if youre ever out that way it will change your whole take on Pizza Hut.

Was told that our pizza and breadsticks would be ready at 530, showed up at 5:35 told me its not even in the oven.... not impressed Im a busy person if I told my customers a time I will be there I am expected to be there. And the guy at the door was arrogant. I called paradiso up the street and had a pizza in 15 mins that I pick up on my way through no problems. Faster then if I would have waited for them.. last time I will be ordering from this location

If you are a contractor and asked to do work for this company I advise you to decline. If you don’t mind waiting months upon months to receive payment for your work and don’t mind hearing excuse after excuse as to why then go right ahead. From experience as a former employee of the company still assisting a contractor to receive the payment he is owed I thought I would throw a warning out to everyone.

The Pizza Hut app doesnt allow you to ask for things such as well done and they never answer their phone so you cant call in either (3-4 attempts with 5-6 rings each). Honestly, inexcusable and the food has been iffy and cold at times as well. Never ordering from this location again.

Pizza of the day. $10. Comes to $11.49 for pick up. Good staff and management. Good pizza.Would be 5 stars if they ever get around to offering special instructions on the website/app for pick up orders. Why place an online order, only to have to call with special instructions? Came in and ordered a three topping pizza. Took 45 min. The salad that was ordered as an appetizer took 35 min as they forgot to bring it. There were 10 people in the restaurant. The pizza was consistent with Pizza Hut pizza as it should be. The service was not great as the waitress disappeared and I had to get another girl to clear plates and refill water. All this to say, if you don’t service your customers, they won’t come back. If amazon decides to get into the pizza business say goodnight. It is apparent that there is a lack of management at this location as a lot of the reviews are Similar. I don’t se many responses to the bad review either. Anyways, good luck. As a final note. The bathroom had an out of order on the only hand towel dispenser in there. You might want to take care of that as it looks like it’s been there for a while

Offered to pay with $100.00 bill but they wouldnt accept it then when the debit machine screwed up the clerk became suspicious and asked a big guy to come over. He practically said I was trying to scam them. Finally got the machine to work but no apology. Needless to say I wont be eating there again.

Never going back to this business ever again. They forgot part of our order on January 28th so we called to see if we could get it delivered and we had spoken to their call centre 7 times and gotten hung up on twice because no one could get through to this store. Finally at 9 pm we speak to the Warne crescent store the guy says it’s too late to deliver anything and they can’t refund anything to the card so he would write in their book that they owe us $25 for a carry out for the inconvenience. We make an order today and go to pick it up and they apparently can’t find it so he gives us $14 off which is not what was promised after all this run around. Go across the street to Domino’s guys, much better business over there.

The pizza is good. But my friend is vegetarian and we ordered pizza for a sleepover. We ordered a cheeze and a meat lovers, but got the meat lovers and a pepperoni. My friend was both frustrated and upset over not being able to eat the pizza and instead only eating cheesy bread. Please make sure our order is right next time, I dont want other vegetarians to go without food

Wish I could give less then one star.So disappointed with the service and quality of food being put out of this place.We went in shortly after 7pm and there was only a few other people dining in.We sat down and ordered our food, moments later our server came back to confirm our order. All was good!Twenty minutes later, she started coming out with two orders and missed one. I left it alone for another 10 minutes and she still didn’t bring my food, so when she walked by I asked if she maybe forgot my pasta... she said “no, they had to make new sauce.” I said oh? Okay. Shouldn’t be long she says.Another almost 10 minutes later and I asked her to cancel and she just says yep, sure.Instead of asking if we were okay with waiting for the third order or saying “is it okay if I bring some out for now” she ignored it and said “nobody told me” and proceeded to laugh.Maybe if she gave us a heads up, it would be different but like I said.. she apparently thought it was funny and not her problem!Pretty disappointing. Not to mention the other parties at the table.. the food quality was poor.Definitely don’t recommend anyone go to this location.

Both times I came and ate here (pepperoni pizzaI got sick 2 hours later throwing up my guts. The pizza is literally sitting in a layer of grease in the pan. Our waitress was great. Wish there was some music in the background cause it was wo quiet in there. But will not be going back.

Service was worse..we Waiting for our pizza 1hr. still not ready. The server name Dragon is unprofessional. And very slow to take order. She gave us drinks after 10 minute we order. Also no strows.We really disipointed there service. Also they are not sorry for that..we are never gana go back at this location again.

Went to this restaurant with 3 kids today (Aug 18th at 1.50pm. There were lots of empty seats and the waitress completely disappointed us. (She was not willing to accommodate us at our preferred seats - showed bit attitude. l told her my 2-year-old love window seats and he wants to see out). We walked out but felt very bad for the owner who probably spent in millions to own this franchise. This young woman need training on customer service. We will give second chance near future

Very disappointed with the buffet items - lettuce only for the salad, croutons available on the side and dressings. Bread sticks with sauce were the only items that remained positive. Pizza had what appeared to be a painted on layer of cheese and toppings. Pasta salad was just pasta with some salad dressing and a few pieces of green peppers mixed in. Simply awful - well never return.

I went to the noon hour pizza buffet and was sorely disappointed. It was a very dingy atmosphere, you could see into the kitchen and the mountain of dishes by the sink. There was very limited seating available because a lot of the tables hadnt been bussed and remained that way throughout the meal. What was advertised as a salad bar was in actuality only lettuce, salad dressing, and croutons. The bread sticks were quite enjoyable, if not overly salty. The pizza was hit and miss, assuming you could get any. They accepted too many patrons for a buffet bar that could only host 6 small pizza trays at a time, and often there was a gaggle of disgruntled customers waiting beside it for more pizza to arrive. The only desert available was a sad attempt to combine delicious apple pie with a pizza base and cover it with icing. At least the apples were edible, the pizza base was comparable to soggy cardboard. Overall I was left very unsatisfied with the whole experience. Im not sure if its a lack of staff or a lack of knowledge, but I have a definite lack of desire to come back. However, if you can look past this and appreciate the option to eat all the (not all of it was terriblepizza you want for $10, its a pretty great deal.

The pizza was fresh and very good, as usual. Pizza Hut hasnt changed much in many years, for better or for worse. Basically, you know what you are getting, and thats genuinely not a bad thing.

Decent pizza, no one answered phones so had to order online but seemed to work smoothly. Got take out. Interior seemed nice though so could be a good sit in place

Came for lunch.I had the AYCE buffet. ($8.95)Gross.So greasy and processed. The dough on the pies was almost raw.The lettuce for the salad wasnt fresh.I was discomforted with cramps and mild nausea all afternoon. Ruined the rest of my day.Will never go back.Couldnt ever recommend anyone to eat here.It was cheap though....J

Great AND friendly service! The waitress (Brit Snow on the receiptmade sure to explain every supplemental fee to our orders and she made sure we had everything we needed. Not too crowded (although, we were a Monday on Labor Dayand food came fast. I recommend! (but not too often: lots of fats and calories. But then again, if you want to go here, you probably know what kind of food you want to have).

Prompted as soon as we walked in it to be a 40min wait as they were behind. Restaurant not even quarter full including a large party. Willing to wait but after waiting to be seated for 10 mins we left. Disappointed. Extra star only because man behind counter gave us a heads up on wait time as soon as we walked in.

We ordered three medium pizzas for take out. A Canadian, a pepperoni mushroom onion green pepper and a cheese pizza. You know the five buck deal. I have loved pizza hut for years but could not have been more disappointed. There could not have been less toppings than on these pizza. The cheese pizza was the best!!!!? Really disappointed and it was for a birthday celebration.

Quick service, food quality was up to pizza hut standards. Our server wasnt very attentive but seemed to be trying her best.. had too many tables? Would eat here again.

We have been very loyal Pizza Hut customers and on more than one occasion this location has left sauce off our garlic Parmesan boneless chicken bits. Calling the location to make a complaint was pointless as they didnt answer and we ended up being on hold with a "customer service rep" who then tried to tell us to call the store (which is what we did in the first place and got no where). Their customer service is more than lacking and now Im stuck with disgustingly dry chicken bits. Thanks Pizza Hut for ruining my day and its only 1:00pm.

Ordered food from customer service rep to receive a delivery from this location. I was told the wait would be 30-40 minutes. An hour and a half later I called customer service and they said it should have been delivered by now and put me through to the store manager and was informed to ask for a discount. The store manager said they didnt receive the order and that I should have been called and informed they dont take orders from downtown Kingston calls. Store Manager simply said sorry and indicated I would have to call customer service. 30 minutes later I got through a customer service representative and they said we can give you a $10 credit for this misunderstanding or you can call the store and see if the manager will give you a credit for your entire order. The manager made it very clear to me that it wasnt his mistake and he wasnt prepared to give me a discount. Each person I spoke to was deferring me to the other to ask them for a discount. Terrible experience. Now I have a hungry little girl who has been waiting 2 hours for lunch and I am on work time to top it all off. 40 Minutes of waiting and Here I go to find her something to eat from a more credible organization.
