Ive experienced a good moments, but youve to wait couple of minutes, so its time consuming also

The delivery is too late post ordering...they only focus on online orders rather than customers entering the store...

All most clean sitting place...order timing & delivery within time...proper location...Pizza r awesome...

Tried their bbq chicken pizza. It was too delicious and cheesy. Ambience is too good

Super disappointed with the Cleanliness. It was very dirty, tissues and food particles were spread everywhere. Even tables were not cleaned. Very disappointing, please check all these matters. Hope we get to see the hygienic Pizza Hut next time.

Service is too slow... They say 10-15 mins but it takes ages... Been waiting for half an hour now and we are still waiting..

Received half baked pizza, and took 3 hours to prepare pizza. The management tried to cover it up by lame excuses.Never going to order from Pizza Hut. The management needs to be own their toes about handling of cooking and sense of responsibilities among the employees.

The standard has gone down significantly. It was a much better QSR before, but after the restructuring the pizza tastes different. But I must say, the newly introduced momo pizza and cheesy baked momos are awesome. One must try these two. I hope pizza hut stands out again as before and maintain its quality.

The pizza is definitely good only problem is the hygiene is not maintained properly at the store.Once the customer moves away there is no cleaning @ tables especially in times of covid cleanliness has do be top priority.

This a good place for food. The place is having kfc and pizza hut both in the same location.

I dont know whats the problem with the manager...I ordered online for takeway..can for pick up and he was not even interested in helping me out rather he was busy talking to collagues. This desperately needs change of staff

purchased 4 pizzas for 2500 on saturdaywith the first pizza i had to toss the remaining in the dustbinpathetic low quality local maida used in doughno pizza saucepoor toppings, had to search for toppings with a magnifying glassmedium size pizza costing the same as large pizza of other restaurantspoor quality cheesethe original restaurant i visited in 2015 was something excellent, i would recommend the current owner to close his shop then cheat customers by using low quality ingredients.after eating these pizzas it upset my tummy a lot for two days.

Bread is soft not like Dominos there base are pathetic. Paradise for pizza lovers!Although space is big but this restaurant is combined with KfC restaurant means both outlet is opened in same space.We tried Chicken Pepperoni and Chicken Chilli Barbeque!!

Absolutely delicious.The service was satisfactory, the staffs were courteous.I had opted for a takeaway.Food was the best part.The aroma of the freshly baked pizza was divine. Sanitization, social distancing, and mandatory masking was however not quite followed.

Asked for alfredo pasta, waited for 30 min to confirm if they placed the order. Then the waiter shows up with red sauce arabita after he confirmed . I asked the waiter is this alfredo he says yes it is. I was shocked and did not even bother to remind them if we need water which nobody even insisted to offer. I wonder how do brands like pizz hut get operated with such negligence. Sorry to say but your this outlet is pure disappointment for tourists who stop by to grab their favorite munchies.

Its absolutely the best place to get you some pizzas. Heck yeah better than dominos. The service is good despite the pandemic and being under staffed. The pizza is always a prize winner and you should definitely try the choco chip cookie sundae, it is as tasty as beautiful it is.

Simply overpriced. I didnt like the taste at all. Small pizza sizes. Ambience was ok. But their first impression was not good to me. I didnt enjoy the food experience.

It is a very good place to chill and party with family and friends. It offers very good quality and quantity pizzas and other stuffs like pasta, cold drink , etc. It has nice tables with comfortable sofas and chairs. Basic pizza hut. They had great table service. The menu is pretty much the same as all other Pizza Huts in India. The staff is an asset.

Well I ordered 2 medium pizzas , some starters and pasta in white sauce. The cheesy burst pizza was o.k. but the other one was pathetic. Both pizzas were in 199 offer each. They need to improve in their cooking.

If you show them the particular combo pack they will take it as a order. So try to check out the app!Yeah! If you cant place order from the app then try to collect the verified phone no and call them! If they deliver to your address then they will take your order.

Pretty nice, we had Italian cheese burst veg pizza. Out of the box, superb taste of real pizza after a long time. Staff interaction should be improved . Rest everything is cool

Probably has the best and the softest crust of Pizza.So much of variety available with offers on weekdays and weekends.Staffs are cooperative and well behaved.Not only the pizza but the side dishes are also yum as well as the drinks and ice creams and desserts especially the one with ice cream served on cookie.I love the concept of Pizza being served in a pan.Theres nothing like pizza hut when it comes to the rich taste.Ita basically value for money!

Dunno if its just me, or everyone... This outlet uses the best cheese, which doesnt go much hard when cool...unlike some outlets of Dominos, where I feel Im chewing through bicycle tyres when the pizza cools down!Has a good variety in side dishes!But not many deals and offers as Dominos!

Theres no doubt that you can rush for a good pizza to this place. The pizzas offered are great and so are the side dishes and cocktails. The deserts here are cherry on the top. The ambiance is good and soulful.

The service was worse.... I ordered a signature pizza cheese Max, he gave me a signature without cheese Max. I complained the manager... He exchanged the pizza bit then he gave me a veggie lover with cheese max, completely different from what I ordered. Worse experience... The manager was okay but the other waiters were like "who the hell he is??" I would definitely think twice before going again.
