Way better than Papamoas one, ordered on the app for Papamoa, got there at the pick up time, was told wont be ready for 45 more minutes, canceled order and rang Pizza Hut in Te Puke, 10 minute drive and a 5 minute wait, and the price for same order was cheaper by $6 and the food was great.

Order for it with a garlic cheese base but honestly its hasn’t cook properly and not even cut properly. I spend $15 for this but I would say never visit this place again because of the quality.

Who ever makes the pizzas from the online orders clearly doesn’t read the order properly! For the second week (being deliveredin a row I received the wrong type of base to what I ordered. If I wanted “pan” base I’d have ordered it! Ordering “thin n crispy” base doesn’t mean I want “pan” base! This mucking up of our orders isn’t the first time. We’ve also had issues with incorrect toppings added too! This is why we rarely order for delivery cause at least if we pick it up, we can check that it is what we asked for! We should be able to order which ever method of delivery or pick up we like and know that there isn’t any issue with the order! You shouldn’t have to check your order every time you receive it to make sure it’s what you ordered!Getting extremely sick and tired of this inconsistency! It’s just not good enough!

Fast and friendly. The food is mostly dough but we know that. Ya get what ya pay for :)

Stopped off for lunch. Great food, great coffee and great service. while not the flashest cafe in town, nothing else could be faulted. We will be back.

Really poor pizza, took it back as half was missing cheese, sauce and onions. Was remade for free on a different base, so thats good

Attempted to order 2 Pizzas for delivery on 18/04/21 ... decided to call them 30 minutes after the expected delivery time, it turned out the driver had delivered the Pizza next door without calling us to confirm ... it was over an hour and a half before we got our order

They selling totally rubbish stuff and staff is also inexperienced.. they dont know how to make proper pizzas but they do know how to argue with customers.. ....

Veggie pizza used to be so good lots of veggies last order had more pineapple then veg .

It was really yummy. So fresh. The Base had a wonderful flavour with a yummy topping.

Got a pastrami pizza from here not much pastrami on it. Was quite disappointed

Ordered two pizza’s, one cheese pizza that was burnt and a Hawaiian pizza but was given just pineapple instead. Just like the kfc in this town there’s no quality here.

The New Yorker Range Pepperoni Pizza was juicy and tasty! I ate much worse Pizza Hut Pizza in New Zealand. Recommendable!

Worse pizza Ive had so far in New Zealand 🤦‍♀️its edible, but you are far from enjoying it. Not more than something warm in your stomach when you are hungry.

They put topping so in small amounts which is not cool, people paying for food not for flour 😂

Very low standards for a pizza hut here, regularly screw up orders completely and dont seem to know how make half the pizzas on the menu, is often unclean and the workers will operate the till with food prep gloves on then will use those gloves to make the pizza, would only go here if your disperate for pizza.

Usual pizza hut standard. Good for a quick bite and cheap to if you go for the value range.

This place needs a good clean , it looks very grubby with grime and greasy finger marks on everything , and as they serve at the till with the gloves on then they go back to make pizzas without changing the gloves so would be transfering any bacteria to the food, they need a basic lesson in food hygiene and kitchen cleaning.

Have had sour pineapple on hawaian but since then have told them and got a way nicer pizza next time..

I ordered some pizzas and sides a week or so ago. The delivery man saw me struggling a bit with a baby and 4 year old (no spare hands). He then helped by delivering our dinner straight to our table. The pizzas made it on time, piping hot. We are very happy customers who had a pleasant experience

Pizza hutt Te Puke should be ashamed of yourself. I feel the community needs to know about this.When I went in to buy my daughter a pizza pizza hutt were not busy. As I walked in the workers did not see me come in but as I walked in I caught one of the ladies dropping food on the floor and she picked it back up and put it back on the pizza. I then had her up about it she then with a smerk on her face looking shocked I walked in on it she then told me she cleans the floor daily. The floor was disgusting by the way. Then she tried to make a fool out of me by explaining how clean the floor is and that’s all she could come up with. I then said that’s disgusting you guys walk on that floor all day everyday. She then spoke Indian to her other worker they both stood there with dumb founded face expressions and acted like it didn’t happen. I was apauld no way am I ever gonna but pizza there again cause what kind of person does that and what other dirty tricks do they have up there selves. Not happy if you don’t want to get sick don’t buy pizza from this place. 🤬

Small shop catering to one town so the food taste great and made great without the food being rushed and slapped together

Going downhill fast. Not value for money. Mean on toppings. Think they forgot to put toppings on this week. Each week putting less and less toppings on. Papamoa branch give way more toppings.
