Pizza Hut in Havre

Times have changed, decided to give myself a treat, and regretted it.The staff was wonderful, couldnt be a nicer polite gal. This is not about her service.I paid 25.00 for a small pizza and a 20oz. bottle of Pepsi21.58+ 3.42 tip=25.00The pizza was horrible not enough of anything on it. Garlic Chicken PizzaI could of had someone else deliver for that price , and had a better quality of food.

Excellent pizza, always consistent. Cinnabons r a MUST.

Worst Pizza Hut pizza ever and awful customer service.. plus wrong pizza toppings. You’d think it was safe but bad choice if you’re stopping through. Don’t do it.

Remember that breadsticks come with Marinara Sauce. No sauce, you fail the most basic element. Terrible staff.

The pizza was cold, and stale. The stuffed crust was crumbly as if it never melted

So I placed an order and the call was recorded.Olivia didnt put my full order in and I talked to 2 other employees one being a manager.The manager was rude.Very poor service, over-priced and bad food.Ih and yes they also forgot the ranch so for $42.05 we received 16 wings.Will not order again

Ordered a large pizza breadsticks and a two liter of mt dew. Surprised by how fast the food got delivered but they forgot the drink…no big deal we tipped him and he said he would be right back. But everyone is a scammer and they never brought our soda we paid for (if he did he woulda got more added to his tip). Just kinda disappointed to get ripped off after traveling for 8 hours just wanted some food and drink in our belly’s before bed.

I love pizza! So Im not particularly picky when it comes to pizza but I love pizza hut pizza 😋😍

late customer service, took 2 hours for our pizza, and charged us for twice

The waitress lied to us about the price of my order. When I went to pay for it. I was charged ten dollars more. I should of got a discount for her mistake, not mine.

We went inside today asked what the specials were. The waitress told us the deal for $26 for 2 medium pizzas, we ordered that and then after she came back with the bill, it was $40. We asked why it was so high you told us $26? She said oh I misspoke and accidentally gave you guys the wrong order but you still have to pay the $40. She said I didnt go back and tell you because it was my mistake so you would pay the extra. This isnt the first time this has happened here especially since we are native.

I love the app and the rewards program and my pizza is always ready when they say it will be. I usually have great service there.

Ordered wings, they were cooked perfect and all the way through, our pizza was delicious.

When I attended this place one of my family members had a birthday party, the customer service was amazing. The amount of space wasnt really favorable, but that place isnt really that big. I think it would be cool if enough people and it was a good day, that there could be a pizza hut birthday or special occasion outside in the parking lot. Of course if pizza hut does do this there should be a back up plan incase the weather because bad. The customer service was amazing!

This is the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to! The food is phenomenal, exponentially beyond normal pizza hut fare. Service has been spot on every visit. The employees are doing everything so well, above and beyond chefs kiss!!!

Awhile back they got rid of the sandwiches, the only thing i truly enjoyed from here. They recently got back a selection of their worst sandwiches and i called to see if they could make the Honey bbq sandwich, since they now have all the ingredients. After having the person on the phone waste my time he came back and adamantly told me they could not make it even though they have all the ingredients and it would have been no more a hassle than ordering a custom pizza, they even could have charged me extra for it. If you want poor service and poor food this is the place for you, but i personally will never be eating here again.

For their wing Wednesday deal. It just be Dine in, during Covid-19 even though they told me it would be allowed for carry out. They don’t even know their own deals. Go to dominos for wings.

The food was hot and fresh and very delicious .the gal that waited on us was very friendly and even though they were busy she busted her but. It was very busy cuz it was the day before Christmas Eve.

Nothing like some deep dish pepperoni pizza with a side of garlic parmesan wings. Friendly staff. Good food. Even have an option for lunch buffet during the day.

Took our school here for lunch when we went on a field trip. They opened the buffet 1/2 hour early so we could be done early and get to our next place on time! The food was hot and fresh and they had a nice variety! The building was nice, too. Will go here again on future field trips or just because I want to!

We arrived late on a Tuesday evening after a long day. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us so kindly. We really felt like our business was appreciated. There was one employee in particular, Susan, who went above and beyond.

We ordered pizza while on a train and they were great and accommodating to get it us when we arrived in town for a quick stop even tho we were delayed! Such a great business!

Generally we dont have any problems with our local store. That said, tonight was definately a non-pleasant experience. We arrived to pick up our order, our pizza was incorrect and we were missing our dipping sauces. When alerting manager to the error, we felt she was very rude. Acted as if we were nothing more than an irritation to her for their mistake. We hope the next visit it more pleasant.

Overall love it, come to town once a week for work and always eat here with great staff that recognizes me and my order. However this time I was ignored for 30 minutes after being seated while orders were taken all around my table as well as carry out orders. Not impressed in the least with my latest visit. Ended up leaving with not so much as a drink.09-22-18 2:30pm

Pizza hut in Havre was the worst. I cant even tell you all the problems, because I would have to type forever ! Our service was the worst, never did get what we ordered and we were there over 2 1/2 hrs.......and all we ordered was 2 orders of wings, garlic knots and drinks !!.....you would think after all that, they would offer at least a discount....nope. Worst part of all of it is, its the best place in Havre to eat ! Just bypass Havre and eat somewhere else !

The service was awesome. We had a rather large group, and the waitress got our order completely correct, her attitude was amazing. I wish I would have gotten her name. We were there on March 8th, around 4:30ish

Hot and fresh. Good pizza and good deals. Timing varies quite a bit but if understandable given the different demand levels throughout the evening days.

The pizza was perfect but the 2 waitresses were the absolute worst ever. I stood at the counter for a solid 10 minutes waiting on someone, ANYONE to even acknowledge that I was even standing there much less ask me to take my order. Then when my order was finally taken and completed the redhead waitress puts the my food on the counter and walks away. I then have to wait 10 more minutes before even seeing another employee to ask for the packages of cheese and peppers and thank God that there was a delivery driver there because he is the one who came and helped me get that. Then finally the other waitress came up rang it up and told me how much I owed her for my food. I asked them for their names because I had every intention on calling the corp office. And the red head Jasmine, got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. These 2 girls have no clue what customer service means nor should they be working with the public.

Customer service is terrible. I called ahead to get an order for pick up. We had been on the road all day. I walk in and give my name and they hand me a box. I of course assume all is well. I head out to my car to continue the trek to my house another 20 miles planning to eat there. My husband wanted a slice on the drive. He opens to realize it isnt our order.I turn around to take it back.They were not apologetic and surprised I came back. While I was complaining my original order was just finishing. So they just handed me what was ready without checking and seeing I was early.I explained how frustrating the situation was and could have gotten home to realize I didnt have my food. They didnt seem to understand. I finally was told I have a complimentary pizza on my account for next time.I call to redeem my pizza a month later. The employee cant find it. I asked to talk to the manager. I was told they were too busy and call another day, but he will place an order for me to pay for.I call a week later early in the day. Finally get what was promised. Upon pick up again terrible service.It isnt rocket science to show kindness and apologize. They would not apologize for the inconvenience until I said I would contact their bosss. They need some lessons on customer service. Everyone I talk to arent the least bit surprised at the experience.The pizza is good there but so is Dominos!

This is absolutely the cleanest Pizza Hut Ive ever visited. They are strict on sanitation, and I have never been disappointed with the service. No bias here.

They ALWAYS seem to mess up an order. When they do they deliver 2 pizzas to make up for their error- REALLY??Like we can eat two-how about a refund? Makes my neighbors happy as they have received free pizzas 3 times. My last order was to be 1/2 Canadian Bacon and Pineapple, 1/2 Chicken and Garlic/ Alfredo Sauce. Can you imagine what these combined tasted like? Wouldnt you have thought someone would ask Are you sure? This seems an odd combination.

Their food was great but the service was rude. I ate here with my son along with a school group. The waitresses told us to only sit where the cups and plates were set up. No problem, we didnt know, so we moved even though we seemed squished. The adults had buffet and the children had mini cheese pizzas. A waitress came and told us we cant share any food from our plates with our children. I dont think anybody was?! When we were getting ready to leave, I asked if I can have a to-go box for my sons pizza. Another waitress came and asked me if his pizza was a mini pizza. I said yes. I had it wrapped in a paper towel because they were gathering our used plates. Then she repeated it rudely with her jaws clenched, Is IT a mini pizza? I was like Wow, she just demanded to see it! I said, Here you want to see it? as I opened the paper towel. Then she gave me a box. We were all basically harassed through our entire meal. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. I was never treated so rudely there before.

ABSOLUTELY my favorite place to eat out in the whole city of Havre and I have lived here for 4 years. The food and service are both great! You always know you are going to get what you ordered and if not they will make sure to fix it by either a whole new pizza or a discount. I love this location. Most reliable place to eat in town. They also have a variety of food from pasta to pizza to wings to sandwiches, to salads. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We went there today (Wednesdaywhich is their 2 for 1 special. Needless to say it is packed during the lunch hour. We were lucky enough to have a superb waitress named Patty. She is everything a waitress should be. She was courteous, let us finish our answers completely before running in another direction. Our plates and table scrapes were cleaned up every time she buzzed by. She made sure our hot tea was filled and stopped and answered our questions. Again, I have to say she is one of the top waitresses in this town. Pizza Hut is lucky to have her on their employee team. Vanessa did a great job in making sure the buffet was stocked and ready to handle the crowd. I give Pizza Hut Havre a 5 star rating for handling a crowd with great customer service, cleanliness and customer detail.
