I’d like to let the OWNER know their staff are turning away customers before closing time. All I asked for was a small pizza with 12 minutes before the closing hours. I’ve worked many service jobs and never told a customer to go away before closing time. The manager couldn’t stay 5 minutes late he said. I told them I drove 12 hours today and just wanted a basic pizza. I asked as nice as I could but nope, they couldn’t be bothered.

Placed an order 45 minutes before close, eta 30-35 minutes. Pizza never shows up. Call, they are closed. Check my bank and they cancelled my order without ever informing me. No call, text, or email.

Pizza never disappoints when It comes from this pizza hut!! Friendly staff and stuffed crusted aha. Lots of tasty options for the whole family. I dont think they have salads or steaks tho. Sooooo get some ranch and some other sauces and get messy. This stuffs so good youll want it every night for the rest of your life. Five stars everytime thank you thank you thank you 🍕

Call in to go pizza was ready when I arrived but asked for easy sauce was differently not but was still good. Great employees. Will be back.

This place has changed so much, I love pizza hut, and was so disappointed when I 1st visited this store, but they got rid of the old lazy managers, and replaced them with a real professional, who cares about their product, and the service they provide. My original rating/review was 1 star, and wouldve been -10 of possible. It was disgusting, the manager was wearing a dirty uniform, and had trash in her hair, the employees couldnt take an order to save their lives, you could only imagine how the pizza tasted, which was beyond horrible. Now its clean, the employees are clean, and the pizza is great now highly recommend!

Took an hour to get my order & got burned pizza. I didnt want to wait another hour for them to remake it. They were very disorganized.

When you order what you want eat and they give you something else to eat that you didnt order then they say bring it back no they should have listen to me not at me

I just had a pizza here. It wasn’t too bad but I got ripped off for a cup of tap water. The waitress never mentioned that tap water wasn’t included with a meal and since she didn’t give me an itemized receipt I had to ask for the charges. $1.99 for a cup of tap water. I would stay away from this place. Next they will start changing for breathing the air.

Over 10 minutes and no service... no one in the dining room.. was completely ignored at the register never even got to put in an order.. Worst Pizza Hut Ive ever visited.

First they forgot to put bacon on my pizza. Second they forgot my breadsticks. After receiving my breadsticks they didn’t have any parmesan cheese on them and theMarinara sauce was cold.

They dont like to pay their EMPLOYER Mmy husband worked there a month. AND HE NEVER GOT PAID FOR HIS WORK THEY KEPT BLOWING HIM OFF. He worked in Childress Tx. He asked them for a check when everyone else got paid but NO CHECK FOR HIM. ITS CRAZY THEY HAVE A # for the corporation BUT NO ONE ANSWERS. He has tried to get money but keep saying no info. So he can work for your company but dont pay him. He was there a whole month and NEVER GOT PAID FOR IT!!!!!!!!

We stopped at this location on our way to Dallas and the pizza was delicious. The employee was pleasant and funny. If youre in the area, this location is worth a try.

The two pizzas I ordered were wrong and the manager argued with me about remaking them. I was also missing the two sauces for my breadsticks and my wings. He finally agreed to remake them and they still were not correct and forgot the sauces again!

The people were very helpful. And the pizza was nearly perfect. My thin crust was amazingly thin, but could have cooked for about 2 more minutes. Delivery was so fast, food was hot and delicious!

The food was good and the staff was extra nice. However the food was SUPER expensive. Pizza Hut had done a great job at lowering their prices but they are back up to what they were in the 90s. Ridiculous really.

We ordered 11 large, variety pizzas, requested special cuts for young children, with delivery to our hotel. The food was delivered exactly on time, hot and delicious! The young man, who is the manager, was especially helpful and professional with his dealings. We enjoyed every part of our transaction and would go there again. July 9, 2021

No customer service! I ordered pasta for delivery. The driver didnt bring any silverware even though he knew we were at a hotel. He also didnt give me my receipt. I called the number several times and every time was hung up on. I wont be ordering from them any more.

Quick completion time on the pizza we ordered and friendly service but the dining room was a disaster. 4-5 tables with trash on them still waiting to be cleaned up and it was really really dark inside.

My family orders from her occasionally. When they’re out of stuff they call and notify because we order from the app. Today, the messed up not one but two of our three pizzas. They put toppings on incorrect crusts and then didn’t have some of the toppings we ordered. I called three times to get it corrected. No answer. So I went up there to have it fixed and was met with “oh we don’t have the topping right now (it was pineappleand do you have the pizzas?”. I didn’t bring them with me. Which mean “sorry it’s comp y policy we have to have the incorrect order in hand”. I’ve worked in the food industry. That’s the bs claim they give because what are you going to do? Throw it away. Not to mention I had three starving kids who ate half of it. But the point is— make the pizzas correctly or fix the problem. Won’t bother going back if that’s how they operate. There’s other places to get meh pizza from.

Ordered carry out from Pizza Hut in Childress,Tx tonight. When did y’all start charging for all condiments??? We ordered 32 wings and were told we had to pay extra for ranch. Also ordered a large pizza and were told we had to pay extra for the cheese and crushed pepper packets. We did not ask for extra condiments. We got zero condiments and they said they now charge for all condiments. We spent a lot of money on our order. We will not be back.

Great customer service!!! After a long day traveling, we ordered pizza to our hotel!! Not only was it delicious and delivered quickly, but the driver even included plates, forks and extra napkins!!! ❤️

Ordered At Pizza Hut in Decatur, Texas twice this week and got an excellent Large Hamburger with extra hamburger and cheese. It was 12$ both nights.Christmas Eve in Childress at Pizza Hut, same order, both hostesses, very rude and acted as if I was an imposition to wait on. Same order 21$. And was told a package of pepper was $1.07 each. Horrible experience here. I guess that’s how Childress Pizza is now treating Law Enforcement that they know.Horrible Place !

Literally the worst fast food experience of my life. Buffett had 3 partial stale pizzas and a pan of crusty marina covered noodles. On top of that, the employees where horribly disrespectful.

When we arrived there was only 2 other tables of people in the dining area. But it still took 30 mins to get waited on. Then when she took our order of 5 people she didnt write anything down. after our order was taken it took 30 mins for the waitress to inform us they were out of something. So one of us had to order something else after 2 plates were already at the table. Wich took another 30 mins to receive. At that point everyone but my wife had received their food. When I asked about my order the guy at the front said hed take care of it. He then asked the waitress and she said" she didnt order a salad" so finally my wife received a salad but not the buffalo wings salad she ordered. All in all. Shotty service and attitudes. Food was ok.

Dont try if its close to closing time. Started calling at 20 till and they refused to answer. Downloaded the app and placed an order 5 minutes before 10 PM and got a call back immediately from, I believe his name was Justin, saying it was after 10 on their clock and they were closed and couldnt cook our pizza. I know it wasnt after 10 or the app wouldnt have allowed the order to be placed. Very poor customer service by the on duty manager and laziness by the employees. I guess we didnt need to spend $50 in their place anyways.

The service was slow. There were only a few of us in the dinning area and it took a long time for our drinks to be refilled. The pizza was bland and the cheese sticks tasted like old oil or old cheese. Took one bite and left it there. One of the workers had her child there and she screamed a loud shrill scream that actually hurt our ears the whole time we were there. I would not go back.

Ordered a pizza for delivery to Super 8 , I didn’t open it until the delivery Driver had left, when I opened it the cheese looked like it was curdled, it was white not even tan it was disgusting. I called Pizza Hut they had an attitude they told me they could remake it but I would have to come and pick it up I told them no way I paid $23 for a large pepperoni pizza which was ridiculous to start with. The woman got back on the phone after she dropped her attitude a little bit and said they would deliver it but it would take about an hour I told them That was fine. They re-delivered it and once again it was wrong. Worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced

Service was horrible. Waitress never.came and got our order my wife had to write down our order and take it to the register. Food never came 45 min waiting. being ignored. Just overall bad experience. Poor management poor service. Would not recommend. Finally walked out didnt even care

Our pizza was pretty overcooked. It was a thin crust so it pretty much tasted like a cracker with burnt cheese. We were just driving on through so we couldnt come back but hopefully this will deter people from stopping here if they dont like burnt pizza.

This is the worst pizza hut ive ever ordered from. Waited for my pizza and wings for over 45 min then they get the pizza wrong. I calk back and they tell me its because they ran out of the other toppings. I think they should of let me know instead of just throwing at ne and hoping id keep my mouth shut . Worse customer service. They didnt Even try to refund the extra i paid or anything. Just sorry sir. Very disappointed. Check your pizzas people before they rob you

Absolutely awful quality of food as well as the service. Our waitress was a young girl with glasses and sloppy hair thrown up into a hat partially. There was only our party of 4 in the dining room and halfway through a table of 2 came in. She took our order fairly promptly but everything beyond that was insulting. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, and the cookie off of the "2 or more for $5" menu, along with a side garden salad. 30 minutes goes by and we havent gotten anything yet except for our drinks, 3 sodas and a water. Waitress finally brings over the pizza, no plates or silverware so we eat off of paper towels that were at our table. The crust tasted a bit old but we were so hungry by this time we ate it anyway. We wait another 10 minutes and she brings the cookie pie boxed up but not cut up. We ask about the salad and the garlic knots, she doesnt really say what happened but says oh yeah sorry Ill have those right out. Another 10 minutes go by and shes clearing off tables so one from our party goes up and reminds her we are still waiting on the side salad and the garlic knots. Waitress says sorry shell have them right out but she doesnt stop clearing the table and she continues for another 3-4 minutes doing that. So we finally decide its not even worth it so we go up and pay where she charges us the full $18 bill and no apology. If you cant handle the front of the house dont work it. We were just passing through and we wasted over an hour to only get half of our order on what should have been a 30 min stop. Just atrocious.

Got here at 11:45 to eat the buffet. Waited almost 30 minutes to get 1 slice of pizza. One of the waitresses said that they were running behind today. The pizza was good when it came out. More people came in just a little after 12 and you had to beat the rush to get a slice.

Great place to stop while charging across the street, except for the only Pepsi products thing. Also the variety is limited to pizza, wings and family size pasta. They have an iceberg salad. This is not the place for vegetarians.. just sayin. But the staff is friendly and helpful, and they will turn up the heat if you ask. Not like those other surly restaurants that say yes and then dont. You know the ones.

Food took toooooo long to be served. We only ordered 2 pizzas and there was only 2 other small families in the restaurant. Restrooms looked and smelled dirty. Food was good when it arrived. The main reason that I am giving 2 stars is because of the heavy metal music in the background that topped it off with foul words in it. I had to rush my family to eat so we could exit from the place to avoid the foul language. Very upset that this is allowed in a public place where families go and eat to enjoy a nice meal.

Hot, fresh, crust was nice and crispy. Generous amount of cheese. Delivered to our hotel room ahead of the 30 minute window. Delivery person friendly. Definitely a step above what I have experienced with west coast pizza huts.

The Buffet was old. Crunchy pasta and the buffet sat nearly empty for a bit. And I was saddened that there was no salad bar. Thats the first Pizza Hut Ive been in that did not have a salad bar. There was only one waitress, Renee, and I could tell she was overwhelmed but she did her very best and had a wonderful attitude.

Absolutely disappointed! Took 1 hour and 45min to get a order of 15 hot wings (bonelessand was told 30min to be delivered . I called after 1 hours and was told by a manager that they can not locate my order after it has left the store and was told I should receive this order in 10min but did not till 45min later . Upon reviving my order They forgot my ranch that I was charged for because their wings don’t even come wiith any sauce for free. ( unheard of!the wings were Luke warm and half were dry and had barley any sauce and box was smashed . They said call back and we will compensate you. I called and was told I’m sorry there is nothing we can do we were just busy by a manager .

Very disappointed in our visit. The food on the buffet was all old and hard. Tons of people working but not very good service. There were people cleaning in the dining room making so much noise it was very disruptful. They were finding nasty things under the booths and making loud comments about what they find. It made us not want to eat. They finally brought out a couple fresh pizzas after we asked for some.

Arrived at 8:20pm. Posted closing time on the door is 10:00pm. Staff were already turning over chairs on the tables. Atmosphere was like "oh man, why do we have a customer coming in now?" - just the way I felt.None of the employees were busy but the first available employee that made the effort and got up to see me took my order, but left to get the manager so she can take it from me again.After taking my order, a medium pizza with garlic cream sauce, not the regular marinara sauce, I was told by another employee they only had marinara sauce left, so there wasnt really a choice to begin with.During this whole time, from entering until i finally left, some 20 minutes, the mens bathroom was locked and occupied by yet another employee. That was the only bathroom available. Never got to use it, and not sure I would...The pizza was eventually provided. Its a pizza so you cant mess that up, but the over all experience is way below average, and surpring for a pizza hut.Do not recommend eating there. There are other options.

Do not waste your time time or money.The order was delived over an hour past the promised delivery time. Therefore the pizza was cold and soggy. The wings retained some heat, but were unsatisfactory as well. I called to check on the order after it was 25 minutes late and was told only 15 more minutes. 35 minutes later, the pizza arrived. We recieved no Ranch with our order, and when I asked for some, I was told "No, you didnt order any." This was incredibly rude to hear from the delivery person and I had to point out on the receipt that there was in fact Ranch on the order. Of course, the delivery person informed me that she didnt have any Ranch on hand. In fact, the whole store was out of Ranch. This was not expressed to us when we ordered. she tried to give me $2 back for the inconvenience, but I was already frustrated with the responses I had received and the lateness of the pizza so I declined. It felt really fake and rude. I asked why the pizza was so late and it was explained that the delivery person had flat tire. While I cannot prove the validity of this claim, I was able to find other reviews of this store where "late" and "short a delivery driver" is a common occurrence. Based on the lateness, and lies about the ranch, I would never recommend this place, even if I was offered a compete and free replacement of our meal, including a refund.
