Pizza Hut in Harrisonburg

Very friendly. When I absent mindedly left my jacket in the booth, they kindly fed-exec it back to me in N.Y. We dont have a Pizza Hut near us, so it was a nice experience. Thank you! 😊

I visit this location when I travel to Harrisonburg at least once a month.The pizza is always hot and delicious & the service is always excellent.

This pizza hut is great. Food was good and came out in a timely manner. What really impressed me was I came with a group of 10+ people and they still got the food out easy.

I ordered over $100 for food. They left out part of my order. I called to get it fixed; I get transfered to a automatied order sevice. They transfer me to the store who never picks up the phone. This goes to show the quality and care they give the customer. Over the years my household have ordered a ton of pizza from your store. Ordered big box with cheese sticks but got bread sticks. Ordered two sausage pizzas but only one had sausage. Disappointed.

Good ole Pizza Hut....good as it ever was...only problem was it closed early due to short staffing....common problem these days. Pizza was very good.

0.6 miles from me, made an order 2 hours ago. Never delivered, never received a call, but they charged my credit card immediately :Called them twice, no answer just voicemail.If you cant deliver on time, please do not provide delivery service at all. Im hungry and angry!

Everything was perfect, staff was friendly, food tasted amazing. Pizza could have been slightly more toasted but over all still great!

Waiter did a phenomenal job even though he was extremely busy. He had a birthday party he was waiting on also as well as other patrons. Pizza was delicious and bread sticks were good too! Was a great visit for us! Thank you!

We had excellent service. Was well taken care of. It was very busy and still with only two people waiting tables they provided good service. It was clean and the pizza was good too.

This was an order for carry out. Ordering process was easy. Order was ready as promised. Pizza was made correctly, cooked to a crisp golden brown (sometimes take out pizzas can be hurried along and end up pale and doughy, yuck), and tasted delicious. Workers at this particular Pizza Hut are friendly and efficient!

The first visit was nice, the pizza hot, skimpy on the mushrooms. Second visit pizza was over cooked and dried out.

From the ease of placing my order to the young gentleman that cashed me out. He was very professional and polite.

Not enough sauce, cheese or topings.You get more at little ceasers for half the price. A medium meat lovers cost me 20.18And I was very disappointed with what they gave me. Will not be going back.

The pizza has gotten cheap- mostly bread and hardly any sauce or cheese on top. Also, an 8 piece boneless chicken should have 8 pieces, not 7.

Not the Pizza Hut we knew a while back. The crust was pan, but not crisp and fried like. Tasted like Digiorno and had less toppings on it than a Digiorno.

The food was excellent, but the staff was unrolling to accommodate our whole family. We could not move tables together, even though we were the only diners in the place. We ended up just cramming several extra people at the table...

They offer several different types of crust. We like the pan or stuffed crust.The pizza is a little pricey but it is always delicious. The waiter Jeff is friendly and has a wonderful personality. Everyone is friendly.

We got to dine in. The service was great and the food was awesome fresh and hot. The pizza was the best that i have had in a long time. My husband even made a comment and the pizza was perfect. The Italian sausage was better than the pork. Everything was cardboard and you just disposed of it yourself. Plan on going back again real soon. The employees were very friendly and the place was clean.

Years ago, so many Pizza Hut restaurants didnt make it, and Im so glad this one is still here! Theyve renovated the inside, but still brings back memories too! The people here are so friendly, recommending great specials to help when ordering. Everything we ordered tasted awesome!

I came in here at lunch time and the place was packed. The place was a well oiled machine. My server was practily running, trying to keep up with costumers, cleaning tables, and keeping the bar running, but still found time to be polite and give great service. The people in the back were doing great and the bar was always stocked with food. Very impressive 👍

2 weeks in a row we did a 3 topping carry out. Crust was doughy both times. My daughter had them put it back in the oven the second time we ordered but it was still doughy when she got home with it. Great toppings/ingredients. Why is it so hard getting something the way it should be? We switched to Pizza Hut after Little Caesar’s dropped the ball. Where in the heck do we go now for a $7.99 pizza?

Asked for $5 special waitress had no clue what we were talking about, said in 2 years she worked there they never had a $5 special. After getting a bill for $21 we see a sign in the side window for the exact $5 special we asked about. When brought to her attention she said oh thats what you were asking about? It was exactly what we ordered. $21 went to $11. Are they that incompetent or just dont want to give you the promo price ?

Pizza was good, sauce tasted to sweet compared to normal. Pizza hut should really give their places a fresh updated look, still has that 70s look about them.

Absolutely amazing. Great food and awesome staff. Only pizza buffet Ive been to that they consistently keep it full of great pizza every minute. They are on top of it! Highly reccomend!!

I ate the lunch buffet and my husband had boneless wings. The pizza I brought back to my table was absolutely delicious and my husband said his wings were much better than usual.Why only 4 stars? The service was horrendous. Our server was rude and paid no attention to us or if we needed anything.

Great service that was friendly and fast. This is by far the best Pizza Hut I’ve been to. Locations are usually depressing, not a smile to be seen and abysmal service. However this is not the case at this location. Lots of smiles and friendliness to be had and great food to boot.

Got the lunch Buffett. Very disappointed the Pizza didnt have very many toppings and they were apparently understaffed and unable keep buffett full. Also looks like kitchen needs a good cleaning. Just glad what was there tasted ok.

Good pizza (correct toppings, and it was nice and hot), but way over priced. Staff was friendly. Not the cleanest place on earth, but not the worst, either. Their signs light was out, which made them hard to see when driving. There are many better pizza places, but, unfortunately, when traveling, one tends to be stuck with the chain restaurants.

My family went here for a pizza and they overcharged my dad. There was a special that was even on the website and the guy didnt even mention it to us at the register. There was really no one there. I have been there maybe 5 times, and there is hardly ever more than 2 tables filled, and we still have to wait a ridiculously long amount of time. The staff were not friendly with us at all. While we were waiting for our pizza, another guy walked in and the employees immediately smiled and seemed to get into a better mood. When we ordered and went up to pay, the guy at the register was so bland and seemed unfeeling. Would not eat here again.

To begin with, we had our taste up for deep dish pizza. We called around as well as looked on line. Called pizza Hut and he said , yes we have deep dish pizza ! No, they did not as we found out. We stayed anyway and ordered the thick crust . From the time we got there to when we left we were the only ones there. (Aside from a few "pick up pizzas" that went out the door. )The pizza was good, but dont lie to your "few and far between" customers. Probably wont go back.

Food was alright, but completely wrong. Upon calling customer service and wondering if I myself had misplaced the order, I was received with confirmation that it was in fact their mistake and they were "Sorry, I guess.""Sorry, I guess"... Thats the customer service business model they have here. I would expect some slight form of compensation (nothing huge of coursefor messing up an order, instead I got a half-baked indifferent apology. I hope everyone out there gets their order right the first time, as this place apparently doesnt care about its customers once the order has been sent out. Good luck everyone!

There was a small misunderstanding with my delivery. Some kind of way I guess the delivery driver called and left voicemail. I was in my hotel room so I dont know how I didnt hear him knock.... Regrdless what impressed me was the manager showing up quick as lightning with an order. Gave me a bigger drink and my order for FREE. WITH A SINCERE APOLOGY. GREAT SERVICE. IM GRATEFUL.... GOD BLESS...

Do not order delivery for here!Over the course of the last three years I have ordered delivery from here6-7 times, they are consistent about several things.1. Your order will always be a minimum a 30min late.2. When you call and ask if the driver needs directions, they take your number and tell you the driver will call you. They never call.3. Your order will always be cold.4. After reheating your pizza in your own oven, it does taste good.
