Family-friendly chain known for its made-to-order pizzas.
Friendly staff, Delicious and fresh food, one of the best pizza hut branches.
The vegetable pizza was pretty good. The wings were baked hot wing, not deep fried, but not bad, really. The prices are fair, the waiters are busy but effective and its really a good pizza joint, not exactly as you would find in the US, but good if you want a cheap, decent pizza.
Unfortunately this was the worst pizza taste I’ve ever eaten, the branch manager was yelling loudly for his crew , bad welcoming for us and for sure if there is a rating less than 1 I will choose it
Got kicked out by the manager!! Said I passed the maximum amount of time per customer, one hour. Stunned by this
Amazing Service, staff are so friendly and helpful, they were so kind with my children and fast as well
The pizza is very thin and expensiveYou dont feel the sauce or chicken in itIts not the first time to try pizza hut but actually it will be the last time
Great branch.iv been coming here since 2008, and its still got the same super service level. great young staff aiming to apply quality control on every point. got a great family time ordering the large "family box" of 3 med pizzas + salads and soda, and it was amazing as usual...highly recommended.
Pizza Hut was founded on June 15, 1958, by two brothers, Dan and Frank Carney, both Wichita State students, as a single location in Wichita, Kansas. Six months later they opened a second outlet and within a year they had six Pizza Hut restaurants. One early employee was future Pro Football Hall of Fame head coach Bill Parcells, who had worked for the company while a college student and football player at Wichita State University. A company representative stated, "We have continued to work with NPC and its lenders to optimize NPCs Pizza Hut restaurant footprint and strengthen the portfolio for the future, and todays joint agreement to close up to 300 NPC Pizza Hut restaurants is an important step toward a healthier business."
Literally the worst pizza Ive ever eaten in my life.
Great pizza, terrible management. The upper floor is closed for over a year dont know why? Washrooms are terrible need to be cleaner and smell better. The place is quite expensive so I should get what I am paying for in terms of food and service. Food is great service is terrible and rude staff except a few.
Very bad service .. 20 minutes waiting for the waiter that’s very terrible
Pizza is over expensive and empty
When coming to Egypt I was affraid of the Pharaohs Revenge, so on the first day I decided for something safe and landed in this Pizza Hut. Then, I came there each day of my stay cause the service was so nice and the food was really good. I definitely can reccomend this place.
I ate pizza there and it was good, the location is easy to go. And the stuff is respectful
Smelly waiter (heshamis rude and uncooperative. He gave us the wrong order
Awesome coleslaw, terrible pizza. Youre better off throwing money than actually eating there.
I ordered a takeaway meal and it should’ve included salad, the cashier asked me about it but didn’t receive it and I realized that after leaving the area 😏
Pizza hut in tahrir cairo egypt is the worst pizza you can eat very bad tasty after i eat i have a pain in my estomac i take a medicament for it i was very ill not recommended for any one to eat there another thing very bad service from the waiters the girls are impolite talk in bad manners with clients i feel yhat i am at egyptian poor restaurant not at pizza hut the american restaurant not recommended if you want pizza in egypt go to papa jones
The staff were really nice honestly one of the best fast food experiences
Overall service and food quality was good at this branch
Very long time to wait. Salads are small and tiny. But pizza is really good
Was hot, staff were friendly. Thats it. First time hating pizza.
Downtown brunch is very good
Staff is super friendly also the taste remains good
The food quality is so poor, the staff does not know a thing about hoteling or hospitality.
Spicy chicken and thats it. best pizza they ever had.all the crazy cheesy bites not stretchy at all no matter how soon u eat it!
Very clean place with high service the pizza tastes delicious
The staff was very friendly, even those who did not appear to speak English. A good destination for those in need of a meal who are already tired of playing the Baksheesh game with every person they come across.
Nice view in the heart of the cairo.Pizza can be much better as in other restaurants in the same price range or even less.
Good cheese pizza! 4 stars because the sauce of the supreme pizza tasted weird and different than the cheese pizza.
Great pizza taste; however the menu selection is limited.Price is fine for a large group gathering only specially after the recent price hikes.
Neither good value for money, nor fine taste if compared to local pizza & pasta or Syrian restaurants located nearby Tahrir street or Huda Shaarawy Street.
The only good thing about this branch is the waiter... he was really doing hard efforts to please us .. but the food is very bad ...we tried most of their appetisers.. I promise nothing taste good .. dry, tasteless and very small portions
5years ago pizza Hut was awesome and number one of the fast food pizza restaurants. Unfortunately its now on bottom of the list. The food is no more tasty , the pizza is always burnt I dont know why.The prices are way way overpriced compared to the served food.Overall experience is bad unfortunatelyI recommend papa Johns for a nice and tasty pizza
Legit best vegetarian pizza in Egypt
I cant find a reason why this branch is so bad like that, the pizza dough is bad the tast is not good and the service also is normal, if you want to have a pizza in downtown, dont go there, really its not about the money, but about the Quality of food, the salads are normal and not tasty, for me I will not recommend that branch to anyone, pizzahut have higher standards in other branches but not that one
The worst meal I ever got from pizza hut worldwide. The pasta Alfredo was literally over boiled bunch of macarons with NO sauce and Caesar salad was half frozen with smth which couldnt be named chicken. Such a shame on pizza hut!
Strategic location, comfy and delicious.
This is your average pizza hut, nothing more. The branch is strategically placed and that caused the staff and the service quality to be lower than what youd expect in other branches. Good for a casual meal if youre able to ignore the nuisances.
Great taste, always fresh, few meters from Tahrir Square. Service is average but take away is fast ( in 15 min. ).
I like it when Im forced to 5 stars a place.. The staff had this amazing smile on thier faces so the welcoming was super warm.. The atmosphere of the place is neutering you wont dislike it.. The quality of the food was spectacular both pizza and appetizers.. I would recommend everyone to order the cheesy bites or stuffed crust additions.
Food: Ok ..Staff: slow. not so friendly.Place: not clean. dirty tables , & flies are everywhere. youll spend most of your dining time trying to keep them away from your food .. & your face ...
It all started in 1958 in Wichita USA, when brothers Dan and Frank Carney opened the worlds first Pizza Hut restaurant by borrowing $600 from their mum. It was the start of the biggest pizza name in the world, and in 1973, that fantastic pizza came to the UK.
Fair enough pizzaBut the A/C is too bad.
Pizza Hut in Egypt is definitively different to european stores.Same as in Europe it is a clean, fast and a good option for a quick pizza hunt.Differences are small and sometimes a little confusing:The dough is completely different to any pizza dough I knew. You get ketchup with your pizza! Ketchup!!Im glad that you dont have to use it. Even if the egyptians love ketchup on their pizza.
Extremely Perfect, fairly good prices!I got the take away order in 15min as promised, hot and fresh cheesy bites Chicken Supreme and a dish of Lasagna! One point to consider, for take away, you need to pay for salad and soft drink separately!Anyhow, I highly recommend it!
Super amazing pizza
It is pocket friendly and a conducive environment for families as well. The pizza tastes amazing and its fresh. The staff are quite helpful and friendly.
the place is one of the standard pizzahut places, yet the cleanliness/feel of the dining hall needs a nudge up, but overall the experience will be fine, and the food will be good
Same as any other pizza hut anywhere else. Might as well venture out into downtown Cairo if youre looking for something different. Why not try some of the new Syrian restaurants spring up around Cairo. The lahmuccan is guaranteed to beat anything pizza hut will serve u.
