Pizza Hut in Hagerstown

Absolutely love this pizza hut. Everything is always delicious, hot and fresh. I just recently got the new Detroit style pizza and its amazing!! Please keep this on your menu! Ill definitely be buying it again soon

Food was good just had to eat it in my car.

Not enough sauce on the pizza. It was dry and bland.

Ordered garlic parmesan sauce for my pizza and the pizza came with no sauce on it at all. Easily worst pizza Ive ever had. The cookie I received was awful as well. Severely disappointed and will never order from this location again

We always love pizza hut pizza! The one thing wish more specials on 3 topping large pizzas.

Please keep the pizza hot. The food was barely warm when we picked it up. For 50 dollars, I expected more than this. We were not satisfied at all with the quality and temperature of our pizzas, not with the wings.

The cinnamon rolls had too much buttery taste and butter laying in the little serving container also found a piece of plastic from the icing in the bottom of box where the cinnamon rolls where in

The Customer service I received from Mrs. Kadee was so genuine & I truly appreciate her patience. I’m almost certain it made my meal taste even better!!! I made a mistake on my pizza & she fixed it so effortlessly for me.

Fast service pizza sauce was different this time but breadstick are awesome and cinnamon bun great

75$ order and all 3 pizzas were way over cooked. My veggie lovers vegetables were all dried up with very little sauce. But wings were great.

For the 4th time now tell your drivers to not be rude and innapropriate we home school, and have old neighbors who are by the book on rules for our neighborhood and every single time this guy delivers to us his music is blairing some loud music bass booming and nothing ever gets done about it so i guess we wont be customers long. Ive told the store everytime that we get in trouble because of this and they need to be professional

I always have a great experience when I order at this Pizza Hut. The staff is extremely good and I always get exactly what I ordered. There’s no waiting And the staff is quick to wait on you.

Want to Thank You for the free Cinnamon Sticks for my Birthday... You have the best pizza in Hagerstown, Md... But there was too many mushrooms put on the topping... The girl at the wido, when I pick it up, she was very friendly and nice !!!!

Perfect pizza delivered exactly on time by an excellent delivery man.

We ordered stuffed crust and the cheese in the crust was runny. And there was not much sauce at all on the pizza.

The Pizza Hut team was welcoming and friendly. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty!

When we drove up to pickup our order there were 3 female employees (2 sitting on the curb and 1 standingsmoking cigarettes. As we waited to be recognized we had to smell the cigarettes. The female who was standing smoking walked inside opened the drive thru window with out washing her hands and asked for our name and what we ordered. Again before washing her hands she opened the warmer and handed us our order. Employee had no mask on when she spoke to us or handed us our order.

Twice I wanted regular amount of sauce on my pizzas and both times the pizzas were dry. It actually seemed like there was no sauce. I was very disappointed

The pizza was undercooked and doughy. It fell apart before we could eat it. The dessert was nice but the cinnamon buns could have been cooked longer too.

They get the order right, have it ready on time, and are pleasant and friendly. Plus they make a good pizza!

My order was large and almost correct. One of my pizzas was missing olives - my only complaint. Everything was delicious, hot, and ready at the appointed time

I love pizza hut pizzas, they use the best sauce for there pizzas. Other pizzas I get has a sour tomatoe taste but not pizza huts its kinda sweet.

Whenever my family or I order from this Pizza Hut they either mess up our order completely or our food is not good, my pizza is always super greasy and crust is thin and barely any cheese. Id rather go to a different Pizza Hut.

Waitress was very friendly and efficient. Food was good, too,tho it took a little time to make 2 large pizzas. All in all, a pretty good experience.

Nice people, I ordered out and they accidentally lost my order. But they had made it again super quick and gave me a 2 ltr soda to make up for it. Very nice, very apologetic. Hey, cant complain they made it right for me. Pizza was as I would expect from any pizza hut of good quality. Happy customer, but had to ding them for the accident. I surely will return in the future.

I called to place a order and I was on hold for 14 minutes and 30 seconds. I drove to the pizza hut and placed my order. By the time I got back to work. I had 15 minutes to eat. Wasnt very happy. While I was there waiting for my pizza. The phone rang 5 times and nobody answered the phone.

Best drive thru service!! I mean, pizza pick up and ya dont even have to get outta ya car, always greeted with a smile!! Love this place!!

We came in later in the evening with 6 kids, who were a little wound up. But the server was extremely nice and helpful! They had a great time.

I ordered 3 pizzas and one order of breadsticks, after waiting for an hour , i got my pizza took it home and had 2 double orders of breadsticks and two pizzas, i took the food back and the manager decided to throw all the food in the trash and remake my order causing me to wait another 20 mins. I did not ask for free food but you would have thought that he would have at least offered to let me keep the extra breadsticks and even the pizza .but nope ,

Ordered pizza for delivery and when it came the lady went to the wrong room at our hotel. Then she left half our order at the restaurant. She said "oh Ill bring it to you when I get around to it." The pizza dough was still raw. So I called the manager and they offered to remake it or give me a credit so I took the credit. A week later I called to redeem the credit and the manager called me a liar and said there was nothing he would do that is no credit on my account.

Food and service were really good. Sharmeika, our server was extremely efficient,caring, prompt, and made us feel as if we were at home in NC. Thanks for a good dining experience.

The already pricy stuffed crust pizza came so thin there was a chunk missing from the center. Will contact corporate with the pictures i took. I know pizza places can get busy but quality should never suffer because of it

Can I give this place a negative star rating?!? I use their dam app for the first time - so shoot me, I havent had a smart enough phone before! LOL 😁 - and THIS Pizza Hut cant make a pizza right to save their butts!!! They say - quote - "they arent responsible for mistakes using their app". Really?!? Ill remember THAT one!! *I* didnt make the mistake, as it was my first time, I was VERY careful.ONLY manager Katie can get an order right OR get the "employees" to make anything right there! Dual Hiway Pizza Hut ROCKS - H/T to Teri Mowrey and her compatriots! But the MD Ave Pizza Hut SUCKS except when Katie takes my order. Suffice it to say the MD Ave Pizza Hut "ate" a large order and we didnt pay for it! (We wouldve taken it, had they shown some monetary consideration on such a large order, but they refused - see reason above. *grrr*)App uninstalled, bye bye MD Ave Pizza Hut without Katie taking our order!

Pizza was great service was wonderful and they had a dining room. Also restrooms were very clean. My 2 daughters, 4 grandkids and I had a very nice lunch here.

Worst pizza I have had, they need to close this one too, all 4 pizzas are going in the trash. Crust was paper thin and absolutely no sauce, even though we ordered extra sauce. So disappointed.....wanted them for the big games today. Will never get from here again!!

That was the best Pizza Hut pizza I ever had! Crust was just the right golden brown, toppings were generous, just perfect! And our server was great. Friendly, prompt, and helpful. Excellent experience.

Best pizza hut in hagerstown. I order my Pepperoni pizza and barbecue chicken and bacon all the time for family night and these people know what they are doing. When ours is reopended on Pennsylvania ave this manager and cook at this location should train the manager and cook at that location. Ill will be returning more.

Food was okay, but the staff needs some work. I wouldnt say they were outright rude, but they werent particularly welcoming or friendly either. I dont need them to be my best friend, but a little interaction goes a long way. I felt like my presence was an inconvenience for them and I wont be back.

Two stars is pretty generous. I normally get my pizza from Dominos but decided to try Pizza hut today. Worst mistake ever. The worst crust I have ever eaten. Everything is just crumbling. If I could return the pizza, I would. I guess the trash can will be hosting a pizza party tonight.

People on the phone were extremely nice but bc I had to call and tell them to come to the front bc the lock on the back of the building was stuck and wouldnt open the delivery guy gave me the biggest attitude I even apologized and all he did was huff and puff at me and leave. I dont ever post reviews but I just find that extremely rude. We all have bad days but you dont need to be rude to your costumers

Only 50 percent of the bulbs in the place work, about the same as the amount of the ceiling that doesnt have water damage. They could also use some tips on cleaning, like making sure to pick up wrappers, and wipe down window sills. On the plus side, they were very nice about telling us our horrible meal was free.

this store is a joke!! I will never order from it again. costumer service is horrible!!I have a complaint. Last year i had my daughters birthday party at one of your stores. They gave me a deal on the pizzas and soda. it was $5 a pizza and $.99 a drink. I called to do the same this year. They called me a liar stated they never did that for me and was very rude. They said if i dont know the store manager personally then they can not give me that kind of deal. They stated i would have to pay $9 a pizza. First off i dont like to be called a liar. 2nd off i know what i paid last year, because i was impressed with the price and service. I also think it is poor customer service to state they can only give you a discount if you know the store manager. So i am canceling my birthday party. i will be ordering pizzas from else where. This party would of been at least a $100 for you all. But due to the poor customer service i will not be ordering from pizzahut again.
