Pizza Hut in Faro

Better than any UK Hut in all ways, food, service, cleanliness and efficiency . Staff were great offering an English menus without us having to ask.

Pizza muito boa , ambiente agradável , bom atendimento dos funcionários , um problema que existiu no dia que fui , é a falta de funcionários no local , apenas 1 garota pra atender todo o espaço que estava com muitos clientes , fazendo assim eu esperar por mais de 20 minutos pra conseguir fazer o pedido .

An oily, refrigerated pizza that is size of a hand. Best avoided if you can find an alternative (suspect that even Burger King would be better). Service was prompt.

Desta vez foi rodizio. Nada de negativo a apontar e o serviço foi cinco estrelas. Quanto às pizzas foram excelentes como sempre. Onde poderia falhar, não falhou. Recomendo.

Wir haben mit Kind dort essen wollen.Bestellt wurde eine Pizza Magharita und eine Pizza mit Peperoni. Geliefert wurde eine Pizza mit Salami. Wir teilten mit, dass wir Vegetarier sind und Peperoni wollten. Leider wurde uns keine neue Pizza angeboten und diese musste weggeschmissen werden. Wir bezahlten 30€ für 2 Pizzen und verließen den Laden. Furchtbarer Service.

Muito mal atendimento fui ontem jantar éramos quatro pessoas pedimos rodízio só veio 4 pizzas e muito demorado e a atendente e boa para ir buscar a morte e no fim pagamos o rodízio completo é assim que se ganha dinheiro

A variedade de pizzas no rodízio e muito limitada e os sabores são basicamente os mesmo

É a segunda vez que peço pizza margarita e das duas vezes a pizza veio super salgada e ninguém consegue comer. Aqui em casa está toda a gente decepcionada e não voltaremos a encomendar.

Every time we go to Pizza hut we dine in because of our 4year old boys. The service is quick, food taste good and they are so understanding of our naughty twins 😊

Buena calidad de las pizzas. Pésimo servicio. El señor que nos atendió tiraba una o dos pizzas en la mesa así como el menú y se iva casi corriendo a pesar de solo estar 2 meses ocupadas . Pedimos al final una pizza dulce , era rodízio y ni nos preguntó si queríamos_ comimos sin servilletas, ni platos.ni cubiertos.la. Pizza dulce. Ya estuve allí otras vezes y nunca fuí tan precisamente atendida el domingo 09_01_2022 a las 19.00 horas. Quedé sin deseos de volver.

I was dining with a friend. Long waiting both to order and even more to be served. Even paying took so much time! And the house was only 50% because of restrictions. Nice attention to coupons and discounts in the end. Pricey...

Excellent pizza

Bonne pizza, mais service lamentable... Après 10 minutes dattente, aucun serveur ne sétant manifesté, je madresse au manager pour passer ma commande. Celui-ci me redirige agressivement vers un autre comptoir où jai dû de nouveau attendre plus de 10 minutes pour passer ma commande. Cela naurait rien coûté au manager de la prendre directement. Au final, une fois la commande passée, on mannonce 15 minutes dattente, or il sest écoulé une bonne demi-heure. Le manque de professionnalisme et dorganisation du personnel rend lexpérience amère.

Excelente restaurante desde a decoração o atendimento e simpatia dos colaboradores, muito atenciosos e prestáveis. As pizzas deliciosas como sempre e como só a Pizza Hut sabe fazer.

Shame we were looking forward to this, big price tag maybe we should be students for discount !!! Barbecue pizza and we couldn’t taste the bbq, the waiter offered us bbq sauce but slammed it on the table !!! No tip here wish we had read reviews :( :( :(

Never had I witnessed such a bad service, I got in at 19:40, ordered 30 minutes after because no waiter came to our table, after that long wait, our food took one hour to come, we were served differently than the clients that order the same, "Rodízio de Pizzas", and eventual after we asked to see the manager he didnt give us reason, and talked back to us. I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone, for too many reasons. And I normally give good reviews.

There is a Pizza Hut express type for take away and there is a full table service Pizza Hut restaurant right next to each other in the food court.

Everything is perfect!

The garlic and cheese bread was awful. Moisty (in a bad way...), soft and not the flavour I remember. This was the worst pizza hut ever. The service was lazy and the food not the best at all. The pizza was okay and so was the desert, but still far from the golden old days. On top of that when we were leaving we saw a small cockroach... Please dont go here.

Very very slow service - Was waving my hand in the air, often for minutes to try and get someones attention. Other customers came after me, ordered before me and left before me. Food was average - Some of the food was bland compared to other Pizza Hut stores. I would go elsewhere in the Faro shopping centre.
