This review completely based on my visit after renovation👉 No one at counter when i call out then someone came (who handle billing as well as cooking counter)👉No AC turned on (later turned on when we ask them(quite hot day it was))👉 Ordering time they have old menu with old pricing (so no clear understanding what to ORDER)Now finally we placed our order and after placing got to know the pizza we order we can get it at Buy1Get1 free (like we pay 313 but same pizza we can get in 1PLUS 1 OFFER @249 FOR TWO PIZZAWhen we ask staff about this they call u just ask for one (ohh god)Okay forget all these now lets talk about PizzaBase ausom even better than Dominos crust is soo fluffy and tastyCheese quantity below average i got more cheeze and sausage at pizza hut even at 1/3rd of its priceOverall pizza taste okay not that great that we pays for(not even at half price)But sitting and after renovation overall outlet looks eye catching and greatHopefully they improve their product quality and keep us in with their offers running at

The pizza base are more fluffy/soft as compared to other pizza brands/ outlet

Staff was very unprofessional. Rude. I ordered online n went to pick up, when i reached the store only then they had started preparing my order. Shame. But pizzas are very good. Especially cheese base compare to dominos cheese burst. Pizza hut over Dominos but staff is savage. They not trained to work with humans. Instead a robot would be better. These people should not be allowed to see the customers let alone talk n take orders n delivery. Pta ni kha se dund k job di hai. Dont expect any well mannered behaviour from them.

Pizza was not so good. Staff was also just fine. Good for one time. I have many better options than PHD nearby.

Nothing wrong with the order, issue with the behaviour of your staff. I think you should give some classes of how to talk with customers.

As usual taste was pretty much good , but one thing Pizza hut should look upon is the seating place. Please increase the seatimg capacity so that someone who is waiting for the order can also get him/herself seated till then.Overall taste is good.

Unclean place. Had flies. I asked the staff twice if they can spray under the table but he gave random excuse . Never seen such lazy and bored staff

Staff behavior is so worst that can not be defined totally Unacceptable... Even cleanliness is not there. In a scenario if staff remains the same pizza Hut can go under lossess... It is advisable to change the staff.. on ASAP basis...

Its too late delivery service. Totally waste of time and i tried contact via call to pizza hut so many times but always i listened please check the number u have dialed... That number provided on their offical pizza hut app...

Hi,The order was taken too late by staff as well they were not accepting anykind of card payment apart from the Paytm. The order was delivered 15 minutes late from the promise time. Sitting arrangements was not proper as well AC was not working.

The taste of pizza and all other meals are amazing. There is Self service. Space and sitting capacity is very less. This shop is south facing with complete glass wall in summer noon due this it become little bit hot inside even if AC on.

The main problem u would face is there is less space for seating...... They should improve that...... although food is good !

Worst quality ever seen in Pizzahut......there is some problem in this site especially.....a guy on billing counter did not provide bills...... Quality of pizza is stale.. ..guy does not know how to bake n make pizza.....when we asked him to taste he just throw it in dustbin..he replaced our two pizza with one and with less toppings . Even asking it again for bill he prepared wrong bill twice and I didnt get any confirmation in my message box .kindly look into the matter as one person is enough to take Pizza hut Goodwill down. I have all the proofs with me

I like the base used for preparing the Pizzas here. Overall, a good choice to consider visiting with friends and family here. The staff is lovely and friendly here.

Worst pizza Hut.. The guy sitting on billing machine did not provided bill..i asked him twice.. Even I felt embraced.. Asking again and again.. Nor I received bill on ph no via sms.. I think he is doing some under table income from that..

Order was not delivered in time. It was kept pending after preparation and allowed to cool and become stale. Bad experience. Others who came after me and booked order after me were delivered order earlier than me on the ground of making urgency.

Staff taking his own time in making pizza, may be due to less manpower.Else overall seems good in taste and hygiene.

If there would have been zero stars I would have given zero, absolutely pathetic pizzas , tasteless and a complete waste of money and time , feels like you are eating only the crust without the topings... I would say never be befooled by them pizza wings as well as all others are doing a good job in this regard

When I tried pizza here for the first time, it was really good. But the second time was horrible. The pizza was doughy,chewy and I just could not taste the toppings. It was bland. Really wish they also had a larger space. Would be easy to do chitchat with friends without feeling claustrophobic. The first time I tried the pizza was really good though!

Food: was good except choco volcano cake, which was overcookedService: was goodAC was not working, hence it was a bit suffocating

Quality of pizza okk but not value for money

This place is kind of Okay... But three things, for 3 stars and not 51. The place has really low space to sit and eat... Really and and most of the time, especially at the evening time, its full.2. It takes a lot of time to cook and get those Pizzas ready, but in the nutshell youll get the good taste out of the box.3. If you are looking for home delivery, it delivers to more places than the competition, but takes more time than them as well... 45 minutes.

Pizza huts have good ambience but what they lack is taste. They aint able to provide taste like Dominos.The presentation is beautiful but taste. matters. I hope they would keep this in mind.

I placed an order and waited for 1 hour. In the meantime I called the service enter twice and waited for the order. The fact that the store is just 200 meters from my house annoyed me the most. I lost hope on their delivery service and might not order again!! So disappointed from this experience by a premium brand

2 star for the pizza only. Because it was good.Staff is unprofessional in terms of customer order taking and management.Theres no first come first served policy which is a waste of my time and yours too.Dont trust them When they promise something like their promise delivery time of 15minutes on takeaway as it took 30minutes just to confirm what I had ordered 30minutes ago. And theres literally so little sitting place.People take 50% off on takeaway pizza offers and then occupy the space inside the pizza hut itself and due to so small space for customers to sit and wait for their orders it becomes hectic sometimes. I am looking forward to some improvements in their management.

Very unhygienic, poor customer dealing and service standards..

This place seems to have lost or ignored the recipes of Pizza Hut and I doubt its not a real pizza hut because the pizza I ordered was pathetic in terms of taste. Also they forgot to add one ingredient I asked for. Secondly, the customer service there was really bad. Ive been eating pizza hut for ten years in Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Delhi etc places but this is my first worst experience. I believe pizza hut forgot this franchise for quality testing and standards.

They really need to increase their area, as it is the only pizza hut in Rohtak. Staff is not at all helpful. Pizza also dont taste that good. Once you have placed order, you really have to wait very long for your order to arrive. You will find very little options on menu. Surely doesnt match any expectations. Very disappointed.

It’s a small pizza outlet........ They have limited seating and limited customers. Pizza bases are really soft but they take too much time to process the order. Once order placed you have to wait for very long......... just okay place to go with your friends..... not big enough.... no parking..... but easy to be observed from the road.... some of the 🍕 pizzas are good.... not good behaviour of staff members... self serviceThough pizzas are good.

Extremely disugusting outlet. There staff is completely uneducated and don’t know how to behave.. they commited to deliver my pizza in 15 minutes but after 45 minutes what I get to see is that staff is busy eating pizzas themselves. No hygiene. The person who was preparing the pizza was not even wearing hygeine gloves. On asking them them again and again for the delivery the guy at the reception just said “I’m not responsible for the delivery, the guy preparing your pizza is taking time”

Service? GoodPrices? EconomicPlace? Not big enough, very small area with around 15 chairs and 5 tables.Very Good Pizzas and very good service with very low prices and you always get some Offers.

Horrible experience. I dont understand why pizza hut people have so much of attitude here. I ordered 4 pizza which they delivered in an hour , backing with the point that its bulk order.Also, I spoke to manager, named meet in Rohtak outlet who doesnt know how to speak only. I think you people are working on customer satisfaction which you are not able to take care of.I think it is very important to take strict actions.
